The US pays off $500 billion from the $11 trillion national debt still left. This leaves $10.5 trillion left. Obama announces that the 2012 economic report is out. An overview is that the 1.8% unemployment is down to .65% a drop of 1.25% which means that over 2.5 million Americans are no longer unemployed. The surplus budget that was predicted to be $80 billion was actually $101 billion. The external debt of $277.315 billion has been paid off. The Chinese debt is not being counted at this moment as the US is paying that off in other means. The National debt is down to $10.5 trillion from $12 trillion. The US has begun several programs to aid nations around the world but will also begin several programs at home to aid US citizens as well. The US also raises the minimum wage from $8.75 per hour to $10 per hour. Inflation has ended and deflation has dropped prices by 7.5%. Oil prices with the new algal oil hitting the pumps is down to $.75 per gallon and the companies involved are still estimating record profits. The US economy is booming and the average per capita income has risen to $58,675. In Baja and Puerto Rico the average per capita income has risen to $49,385. Even though the poverty line has risen it is estimated that only 12% of US citizens are below the poverty line with that number estimated to shrink yearly. The US takes out another $1 trillion loan from the banks in America using the same loan process established recently. The loan is a 20 year loan. This is used to pay on the National Debt. The ND is now $9.5 trillion. |

China has announced the construction of 10 Wind turbine manufacturing centers, based in western China, which will produce newer, more efficient wind turbines. Mongolia has been picked to be the new base of our wind turbine farms. Mongolia, with it's mountainous terrain, and colder temperatures, is host to a very large wind capacity. As shown in red below, Inner Mongolia, is already the home of about 50% of our wind farms now, and we will expand into mongolia starting immediately. Unemployed folks from the inner cities of the east are being sent to the Mongolian steppes as part of Project : Lofty Dragon, to install 50 GWe of wind energy in Mongolia within the next two years. 140k people are being transported for this program. ![]() Individual turbines are being seeded throughout the nation in smaller remote villages, to alleviate their need for gasoline generators |

Very well, a contract can be worked out for 40 Million per set, totaling 2 billion for 50 sets. OOC: I searched for a price, but was unable to find anything, so I just kinda threw something out there, if you don't like the price, then you can try and find an accurate price. |
