Hello everyone, thanks for joining!

First off let me tell you how I have come up with this idea. A while back a friend and I thought of this tactic and put it into practice. It seemed to keep us motivated in our writings. Each week or as we progressed, we would exchange our projects with each other and the other would read it and give us feed back. Unfortunately, there were only two of us and we were very busy. I feel that with more people this could be very successful. If one of us is too busy that week, there will be more people who will be able to keep us going. Please understand that not everyone will like and appreciate your work as you do. Do not take constructive criticism or difference of opinion negatively. I understand it is heart breaking to put so much of yourself out there and not to receive the response you want, but understand that it is a chance you have to take in this profession.
With this being said, the rules are as follows:

Appreciate feed back, even if it is not what you wanted to hear. Members have taken their time to review your work in order to try to help you stay motivated and produce the best writing you can.
Be kind. In order for this to work, we are working as a team. To be a successful team we will need to get along and appreciate each others differences.
Judgement free zone! No prejudice of any kind is welcome here.

Reminders:
Please remember to review what you can and leave some suggestions or appraisal each week in wattpad. Fanning each other may make it easier to find one another, vote if you like it enough.

Thanks for joining my group! I hope everyone is as excited as I am!

Jasmine also came up with a brilliant idea to implement on the forum/club, before you begin your critique of another's work, you must make sure that for every negative/constructive comment you have one positive comment to create a balance.

The rule is implemented because despite the good intention in pointing out each other's flaws, learning about them can be very discouraging for a writer. We're trying to have fun and make great stories here, so we need to be able to encourage each other.
