i'm wanting to start a Tau army (purist, after seeing the last AUS WD
 )for modelling, i'm not too keen on the vespids, but the kroot fluff has me and the Forge World models? OMG!  so i'll have to go for tau/kroot DM

Vespids are great marine killers personally i find the Kroot something of an oddity they arnt that great at assualt and thier guns arnt really that good either part from the Krootox weapon  anyway i voted Vespids as even though i cant stand the model the rules make them a great buy

I have to say Vespids. The models are so so but the rules rock. The just in case factor works for me

Though in WD a bloke made them with jump pack thingys and a different looking gun which looked fairly cool if anyone trys it post em up |

I said tau purist because for 1 they look cool and 2 because you didn't have a kroot purist army that is scarey to go up aganist ( not sure if that is legal of house rules) |

I dont know Kroot are just terrible, they are only really useful to dump in some terrain and hold that area, i just cant stand them i love the fluff for them which is a shame

I doubt it as i would have 7000 points of whatever to use and in most i will be able to outshoot and assualt them and not have to worry about thier shooting, though in CC they may tie some units up |

When I versed said army I felt like you do any opted to use a dense jungle board which was a big mistake but proved to be an awsome game |
