First question: Can I activate cards like Bulls-Eye if I don't search them out at the start of a game? Say I draw it during turn 4 and want to play it, can I activate it or is it just dead? Also, If I get rid of a King piece can I still use the attack on that card? Say I was playing Yusuke, The Raver and wanted to save the event piece for last. That piece has no attacks on it, and it would be pretty hard to win without having an attack to use. Could I use an attack on a piece that I previously got rid of? |

For Bulls-Eye I'm not positive on, but I think no. For the King question, you can't use any effect or attack from a lost piece, but if you wanted to save that Yusuke piece with no attack for last, remember there are always techniques that you can attach to attack with. |

Any of the set up cards can be played at anytime, but, with the exception being vill wages, if they are not played during set up the card resovles instantly and fizzles out. What this basicly means is this. If you play let's say blade storm during turn three, the card will resolve like any other event, but since its not being played during setup it goes to the discard pile and you do not gain the floating effect granting you the unlimited cap to energy. Bulls eyes effect is worded to prevent you from using it execpt during setup. So once more in that case it whould just fizzle. Example You play bulls eye during turn 5 Since its not setup you don't get the hand shuffle effect or the effect that sends it to the winners circle Event is resolved and goes to the discard pile Ddl. |

ddl is right. nothing keeps the set ups in play. they have a time span, being in the winners circle keeps them in play which lets their effects happen. if they are outside the winners circle they have no time span and nothing keeps them in play so no effect can happen. in bullseys case, the act of putting it into the winners circle triggers its effect. if you dont do that, you cant get its effect any other way. |
