Control Panel from Desktop Icons?

Hello all,

Is there not a way to adjust the default icon for Control Panel, NOT as a shortcut but from the actual original desktop icon in Themes> Desktop Icons? It seems to be the only one that you cannot change the default icon for. I'm wondering if there might be a reghack specific to Windows 10 that allows one to modify the default icon. If a SHORTCUT of the Control Panel is created, the custom icon cannot be pinned to the Start Menu as an app which is why I prefer NOT to use the shortcut.

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
