Basic Information Name: McRemitz, Zachary Ziggy. Gender: Male. Age: 19. Race: Human. Race Description: This, surprisingly, is the race to which we all belong. Humans inhabit the Planet Earth, and apart from a few individuals (Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Roshi, Krillin), most are comparatively weak along side people like the Saiyans and Namekians, because most of the race does not know anything about Ki manipulation. Home World: Earth. Alignment: Good.
Powerlevel: 1,000.
_______
Appearance Even for a human, Ziggy's stature is one built for a warrior. He stands a head above most males of his age at around 6'2” and weighs in excess of two-hundred pounds. Due to not being fully matured, Ziggy's muscles, though being well toned and pretty obvious to the naked eye, are not as pronounced and if not for a better word, defined as much as they could be. Though of course, this is simply because of his age; in a few years when he transcends the late-adolescent phase, and moves into the proper phase of manhood, this will all change; but he still has a good year or so before this.
Oddly, Ziggy doesn't come across as the imposing figure that you would expect from someone with his rather larger then average build. It's unknown whether it's to do with his choice of clothing or simply his overall build in itself, but he actually comes across as more of a leaner build than his body actually is. Though he still is in possession of a broad chest and fairly wide shoulders, his build makes him seem less imposing of a figure than he actually is. This has lead to him being underestimated by others in such things as underground fighting Tournaments, where he was forbidden to use his Ki, but it's not very often.
Ziggy has put his body through many hardships and rough sessions in his training in order to push himself further up and be able to protect the world which he lives in. This is signified by the amount of abrasions and small cuts and bruises which are nearly always seen on his body; however, rather oddly, he doesn't have any permanent scars which most of the longer serving, stronger warriors possess. It's unknown why this is, but it's just one of the many odd things which stand out about Ziggy himself.
His facial features usually give him a rather sinister and dark feel about him, matched by his very focused eyes, which seem to pierce deep into those whom he looks upon. His eyes are a deep sapphire colour, and are constantly seen emitting an inquisitive and exceptionally focused look about them, which is usually coupled by the fact that he looks right into whoever he may be talking to's eyes. However, he has to habit of zoning out when someone is talking to him, so he gives off the impression that he is staring right at the other person, which usually gives them quite a cause for unrest. It is known that these icy tundras make it so that not many people can look him in the eye for more than a short while, though they are usually drawn to his hair.
The oddest, and probably most noticeable thing about Ziggy is his his hair. For the majority of it, it is a black coloured void which stands straight up, creating a sort of spear-head kind of impression; however, unlike Saiyans such as Chaya, who have it exceptionally long, Ziggy's is relatively short in comparison, only standing at around three to four inches up. Be that as it may, Ziggy has a rather lovely and very noticeable streak of crimson coloured hair which is about two inches wide, and stretches from his roots all the way up to the tip of the point. It goes all the way through his hair, so from the side it isn't noticeable, but from either front or back, it is very.
Ziggy's sense of clothing is rather fitting for his title as an 'Underground Gladiator'. He dresses more for manoeuvrability and comfort, rather than simple aesthetic pleasing. This usually comes in the form of simple, dark coloured jogging bottoms accompanied by a loose fitting shirt (worn untucked), usually just the first one he can pick out of his closet. These are joined by a set of leather gloves and simple black boots. Always accompanying him is his long, black trench coat. This trench coat somehow manages to possess the John McClane's Vest kind of attribute, in the fact that it rarely ever is seen dirtied, or even tarnished slightly if Ziggy himself is in a fight. This doesn't apply to the under-layer of his attire, but it seems that it's just the coat which is out of the norm.

Personality On first impressions Ziggy is shown to be a very laid back and casual type of person; he takes everything that comes at him with a smile, and just enjoys the road ahead of him that is life. He is a man that likes to make the most of every situation, meaning that even though he is bound to the same general area of Disra, in the underground fighting rinks, he tries to make the most of the situations he is put in when he's there. This also means that he usually revels in the opportunity to visit new and unseen places, in order to further his goal of fighting all over the globe. Oddly, Ziggy has blamed his personality on his upbringing in the 'streets', and for someone who holds as much honour and moral judgement as he does... It's quite the opposite to most who blame their actions on the same reason. Being the laid back man that he is, there is very little which can faze, or even anger Ziggy for that matter. All the years of training himself to become composed have led to a good cause.
Though, for someone with his kind of attitude, Ziggy has the habit of being a rather outspoken and careless individual; though he usually tries not to hurt others' feeling by making comments which are what people want to hear, the man has the pretty bad case of letting his thoughts slip off of his tongue, and thus is prone to making sometimes pretty awful comments, and then following up with a “I just said that aloud, didn't I...” Albeit, those who know him have become used to his rather careless ways, for others who meet him for the first time he may come across as a fairly rude individual, even though he usually tries his hardest to be the opposite. He is really a good man... He's just hopelessly useless at stuff like that.
The above stated fits perfectly in with the man's biggest trait; his outright careless and clumsiness. Though he does try, bless him, Ziggy is rather awful at keeping himself reserved and 'not himself' around others; meaning that he usually says things or does things which may seem out of place or maybe even rude to others, even though most of the time it's usually just Ziggy himself trying to fit in with the rest of them. Unfortunately for the man, he is also naturally clumsy. It is not rare for him to not look where he's going and end up face planting a wall, or simply zone out when talking to someone, simply because... Well, there hardly ever is a reason; he's just prone to zoning out. This could be said to do with his age, as he is still quite young.
Around women, Ziggy is very brave, to say the least. If he likes a girl, he won’t stop himself from walking straight up to them and telling him how he feels, even if they happen to be with a man. This gets mixed reactions, as some find it charming and other think of him as a pervert. Although, he doesn’t say anything to do with sexual relations, it’s more like he just comments the woman and tries to get to know her before doing anything. This could be attributed towards his careless nature, as it is something of his, which is more of a thinking before acting kind of ordeal; he blames it on instinct... Whereas others see differently.
Now, when fighting, Ziggy's supposed 'real' self comes out; the one he has when he's not trying to fit in with those around him and to just be himself. He has stated himself that “I keep myself solely for fights.” When in a fight, Ziggy has a rather fight-loving and pretty badass demeanour when it comes down to it. He has the habit of smirking a lot, and insulting the opponent even when there is little need for them to be insulted; then again, he does have the habit of complimenting the opponent also, but it's just that his insults usually have more attention paid towards them. Though, usually, because of his high strength and skill in fighting, these don't count for nothing, as more often than not, he'll win without breaking a sweat.

History
Childhood Arc ”People say Disra is poor... Dirty... Full of robbers, muggers, rapists and pretty much the scum of the Earth itself. Well, they're probably right. Though, if you truly take the time to look around you, you will notice that this is the same everywhere. Shenwa, London, Washington... Every city is brimming with strife and criminality; it's just Disra has been used as the scapegoat... The 'centre' of the World's criminal hotspots... In fact; there's probably more shit in Shenwa than there is here. But, of course, Shenwa is perfect.
People say Disra holds secrets... You can't even begin to imagine.” -Lucas Crown, otherwise known as 'Streak'.
Ziggy was born Zachary McRemitz, to John and Linda McRemitz in a small apartment complex on the South Eastern portion of Disra. John worked as a Consultant in a large Hospital in the city, whereas Linda was a small time accountant with her own business. Ziggy himself was the second of three sons, Marcus, Zachary (Ziggy) and Robin. Marcus was born four years before Ziggy, and was always more of a friend than a brother growing up. Robin was more of the seclusive type, keeping to himself and his own business whenever and wherever possible. This was probably for the best, as Disra was notorious for its rather less than legal activities which were ripe in the area.
John and Linda tended to go with the 'laid back' approach to parenting; which meant that as soon as the boys were old enough to be able to think and act for themselves, they were allowed to do pretty much whatever they wanted, as long as it was inside of the law, and not overly dangerous. Though, due to them not being constantly monitored, the boys broke these two rules quite often. Around the age of six, Ziggy began to go out nearly every day with his brother into the slums, to explore and play; whilst they usually avoided contact with others, the two had the habit of making friends quite quickly and soon enough there was a gang of around six children, ranging between the ages of six and thirteen, who used to play together.
Of course, for a growing child, this kind of interaction was welcomed, and until around the age of eight, Ziggy and Marcus were hardly ever from each others' sides. It was around this time, that the rumours of 'The Pits' seemed to reach the two children. Albeit Ziggy had heard of them before as some sort of underground area kind of club thing, he had deemed it an urban myth, and thus continued his joyous outings and playing with his friends. But when Marcus got 'tickets' to watch matches there from a 'friend', Ziggy couldn't refuse and simply had to go along with his brother simply out of curiosity. He had heard that it would be dangerous; but due to the tickets, he had been lulled into a sense of security.
The two children were greeted by a man in a black gi, who lead them down into an area in an abandoned multi-story carpark, the entire lower levels of which had been converted into a large version of what appeared to be an amphitheatre type structure. Once they had got into a seat, alongside many different spectators around them, the announcer spoke and it soon became clear that the two children had gone to watch some form of Martial Arts exhibition, which was exclusive only to Disra. Excited, nervous and a plethora of other emotions, the two brothers watched the spectacle as it incurred. First was a battle between two mixed martial artists, whose quick and powerful blows and dodges brought awe to the boys.
After three fights, the announcer signified that it was the end of that day's tournament, and that a special kind would be happening next week, in a more 'secure' location. Fortunately, all of those who were in the arena at the time, even the two boys, were presented with tickets to the next fights and a strip of card with an address on it, which obviously told them where they would be going. They were however warned by the man who was handing out the tickets that if they attended the next fight, there lives “Would never be the same.” Brushing it off with genuine childish curiosity, the children went home and began to impatiently wait for the following week.
Soon enough, whilst keeping there mouths firmly shut and denying all knowledge of 'The Pits' to anyone who asked, the time finally came, and the boys went to the area that was defined on the slip of card. It was a manhole... It had been opened, and the man in the black Gi stood beside it and asked for the boys' tickets when they arrived. Once presented, the two young boys went down to ladder of the manhole, which lead down into a massive area, which had a massive, steel plated, circular room in the centre, with small slits in big enough for people to look through. Due to the children being... Well, children, someone kindly presented them with chairs which they were able to stand on to look through, and inspect the show which was about to happen.
There weren't as many people watching this as there had been the other, even though the fighting arena was bigger, and there was more room for spectators. Be that as it may, the boys didn't care and just watched the show which was performed. The two men who were involved in the first fight were different to those who had been in the other ones, they were much quicker and more powerful, seeming to just vanish and reappear... Then came the lasers. The boys were instantly captivated, and though slightly scared they were still drawn to it, and couldn't leave. The men somehow managed to fire lasers from their hands and mouths at the opponent.
In the end, the man who was soon labelled as 'Streak' was proclaimed the winner, and he was escorted from the ring, whereas the other was taken away in a bodybag. The boys were slightly perturbed by that, but it was completely overpowered by the fact that they had seen the lasers. Without even wanting to watch the next two, they instantly began to leave... When they were stopped. The man in the black Gi stopped the boys and offered them a chance to get “closer to the action.”
Then... The new life began.
Training Arc “The life of a warrior is something untouched by the outside world. Focus only on your task at hand, never get distracted, and you will not fail.” -Santiago de la Peña, Ziggy's mentor.
Marcus had denied to man's offer, but for some reason Ziggy hadn't had so much common sense and had accepted before leaving his brother. He had been lead into a large room, breaking off of the arena which was around the same size as the arena itself, but had large scorch marks and many different holes and cracks in the walls which had been caused by some kind of extraordinary power, which was more than likely the lasers which he had seen the two men firing at each other in their fight. Although it was slightly scary for the boy, the simply instructed Ziggy to meet him at the manhole the next day at noon.
Filled with curiosity and excitement, the very next day Ziggy complied to the man's statement and even though his brother warned him not to, went and met the man at the manhole. Ziggy had told his parents what had happened and they had been cautious at first of the man's intention, but after they received a phone call from him, seemed calmer and more okay with the idea. It's still unknown to this day what was said to them. Around this time was when Ziggy and Marcus lost their previously close bond; Marcus, being older, thought that Ziggy was far too young to act on his own and had tried to force him out of going, but Ziggy had managed to run out of the door before he could stop him.
When he met the man the next day, and after introductions, they went down into the room adjacent to the arena where it was discerned he was going to be trained to become like the men he had seen the day before. He was then presented with a choice, “Train under me and become a Gladiator... Or go back to your life with your family.” Of course, after seeing what those men had been capable of and being at such an impressionable age, Ziggy instantly chose the first option, and was soon enough thrown right into full blown harsh training with the man. Though it was tough at first, Ziggy soon became more used to it as time progressed.
First off, Ziggy had to become quick, agile and strong. Meaning that before he was able to use the 'lasers' which were explained to be Ki by Santiago, he would have to have a body which was capable of backing it up, as well as having a second form of offence, which would come in the form of Mixed Martial Arts. Every now and then, shows were put on at the area where Ziggy was trained and he met with some of the Gladiators, but his training still pushed on and on, until when he was around the age of eleven, he was an exceptional Martial Artist for his tender age. Though still being nowhere near the level of his Mentor, Ziggy was a natural at it, and with enough training he would become much more stronger.
Finally, he was allowed to be taught how to use his Ki... Once having it explained to him once, the boy almost instantly figured out how to do it, and it was only about a week or two before he was able to fly; though it would take him a couple of months to actually get proficient at it. The same happened with his Ki Blasts; he was able to fire of smaller, less accurate versions, but they were tasking, and it took him a while to build up enough energy and mental power to use them proficiently. At this point, his training began to get much more harsh and brutal; Santiago stopped going easy on the boy and treated him as he would an enemy, whilst still managing to throw in the odd lesson here and there.
Fame and Glory Arc “The true path to victory lies in not only skill, but determination. You do not win if you believe you shall lose... It's a simple fact. Simple, yet important.” -Ziggy, On his first Victory.
At age fourteen, Ziggy was entered into his first fight by Santiago. Though it appeared to be an almost impossible task, against a man known as 'Red Belt', Santiago was confident in the teen, and he was confident in himself. Oddly enough, Marcus was there to watch the fight with his fiancée after being informed of it by Ziggy himself. Although they weren't as close as they were, the two were still on good terms, and Marcus wouldn't turn down such a momentous occasion like this for Ziggy. The start of the battle, as always, was simply a grapple and close combat tie, which Ziggy himself came out on top, utilising his youth by manoeuvring around the man to hit his weak points.
Then came to easy bit; though 'Red Belt' was more proficient in using Ki and flying than Ziggy, the teen had the clear advantage because of the damage he had already caused the man. It was just a simple task of defeating the man in the end; after dodging a Ki Blast, Ziggy moved behind the man, before performing a powerful aerial kick to send him into the ground. He then followed up by using his first ever original and signature technique, which he dubbed the Sarajevo Beam, after hearing about the city in a Geography class in school, which he was still attending here and there. The blast completely vaporised the man at such a range, but Ziggy had been taught that any Gladiator had to be prepared to kill or be killed.
Following this came the flurry of fights and even more training for Ziggy, where he started to become more famous in the underground of Disra. At around the age of eighteen, he was known as one of the more formidable and more intimidating Gladiators... He had also never lost a match, which lead to him being dubbed 'Immortal' by some, though he knew it was simply his skills. He still continued training with Santiago until his nineteenth birthday, where he finally defeated him in a Spar, and surpassed him. Letting Santiago take a new recruit, Ziggy took it upon himself to train and keep winning. After all, he was 'Immortal'. _______

Techniques: - London Crest – After forming a large amount of purple Ki into his right hand, Ziggy holds his right arm up in the air and projects a large, circular barrier of Ki which is able to block most Ki based attacks. Due to its power, this technique also costs a high amount of energy, and thus is only used as a last defence.
- Washington Blast – Ziggy leans forward and points all five fingers of his right hand at the opponent. Then, he charges up five small purple energy spheres each on the tip of each finger. Finally, Ziggy fires the energy spheres at the opponent where they merge as a large beam, inflicting a great deal of damage.
- Sarajevo Beam – After forming a large amount of raw purple Ki energy between his two hands, in the shape of a sphere, Ziggy supports one of his arms with another, before firing it in a very powerful and devastating wave of energy.
