Fraternal Irish twin brothers Connor (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Murphy (Norman Reedus) McMannus were out celebrating St. Patrick's day when they piss off some Russian mobsters. After fighting them off with the most divine intervention (or dumb fucking luck) ever, they believe themselves to be on a mission from God to wipe out all of the evil in Boston. With their best friend (David Della Rocco) in tow, and FBI special Agent Paul Smecker (Willem Defoe) on their tails, the newly christened "Saints" must race to finish their quest. Eight years after the first movie, the McMannus brothers are living quietly with their father (Billy Connelly) in Ireland. Until they get word that a priest in Boston was murdered; the assassin using their signature. Going back to Boston, they find themselves up against new foes, led by the son of their first target, and are being tracked by FBI agent Eunice Bloom (Julie Benz); protégé of Agent Smecker. These movies fucking ROCK. They're just such a blast, and I can't recommend them enough to people who enjoy dumb fun violent, and profane action movies. They've become a St. Patrick's Day tradition for me. |

I love this series so damn much. The Deleted scenes of the first one should have never been removed from the movie. The Second wasn't as classic, but still perfect. Need the third soon please.
