Last week was a mixture of ups and downs for Orlando. An up was that Alexis manage to escape and got back to the arena before Ocean and Cross could ripped each other throats out. A down was the fact that he nearly lost to Lisa. It wasn’t like Ocean was going easier on her, it was simply that he doesn’t care when he faces her. If he has choice for now on, he won’t even show up to the show if he faces Lisa in another singles match. This week in the life of Ocean, he has new situation he needs to deal with before anything goes haywire. One thing he doesn’t need is more insane people chasing after him. He has The Order of the Meshiach wanting him died for some odd reason. He has different organizations that want their piece out of Ocean’s flesh. He needs to figure out what is up with the lady that was in his room because she seems familiar. He has too many question and not enough answers. He needs to stay focus this week because his opponent is no scrub. He is facing Steve Thomas and to Ocean displeasure he seemed to pull his head out of his butt. Steven seemed to found his groove here in ACW and is slowly become someone Ocean needs to pay attention to. Before too long he could challenge Ocean for the chance to challenge the person at the top of the mountain. == Ocean sits at an outside table at a local coffee shop in Lafayette, Louisiana. He slowly stirs the coffee as he looks absently off in the distance wondering how many enemies Shredder actually have. How many people are gunning at him currently and how many people have been eliminated at the hands of Shredder. No not by Shredder’s hand but, his own. Ocean’s attention was brought back to the present as a woman in a long black dress sits down from across from him. This is the last person he wanted to see today. Ocean slowly rubs his temples as asks, “What do you want, Hurleur?” She slowly pushes her dark hair behind her ears as she says, “I’m not here to make an example out of you, Lord. I’m here because I need to talk to you about issues going on. I won’t come to you if it was minor but, these issues are pretty server.” Before Ocean could speak the waitress come to his table and asks, “Madam, do you want anything to drink?” Hurleur says with a slight grin as she stares at Ocean, “Some tea would be nice.” The waitress nods and heads back inside, “Right away, Madam” Ocean right eye begin to twitch, “How in the world can she see you, Hurleur? You’re supposed to be a demon thus normal people are not supposed to be seeing you. Did you kidnap an innocent woman to talk to me today?” Hurleur playful laughs, “I didn’t borrow any other woman’s body because I like my own body very much. You have no right calling me demon because that’s like calling yourself a demon. You didn’t kill me like you thought you did but, what you did was that you ascended me to a different league.” Ocean says dryly, “I turned you into a Dark Mistress. Well, really can’t say dark because you decide which way you want to go. I didn’t have a choice in my decision because Shredder was in charge. This would explain why the sword refuses to allow me to use it anymore.” The waitress returns with Hurleur’s tea and heads back inside to help other customers. Hurleur asks as she slowly dips the tea bag up down in the liquid, “What did you mean it’s not allowing you?” “If I use the sword for personal gain and not for the good of the civilization, the sword shuts you out for some time before you earn its trust again.” Ocean says as he takes a drink out of his coffee. “The Requite recently was given back to me because my pupil failed at guarding it and was tricked to use it for evil.” “Are you talking about Newfoundland?” Hurleur asks as she blows on her tea before taking a small sip “He is one wild student and he doesn’t know the boundary for what he can and cannot do. I’m more surprise that you took him under your wing but you did lie to his face about what you can do for him. You never could bring his girlfriend back from the dead.” “I tried but everything I did fail horribly!” Ocean snaps as he slams his fist down onto the table. Other customers stared at Ocean and begin to mumbling quietly. He continued with clench teeth, “It’s impossible to bring a dead person back from the realm of dead without bring something else with them. I will not sacrifice the world for one person dead crush!” Hurleur smirks as she slowly drinks, “Ah there is my Lord’s fire and hatred. You don’t like failing and you only want success. Failure is not an option in this world you’re molding with your hands.” “God damn it, Hurleur” Ocean snarls “What do you want because you’re ruining my afternoon coffee.” “You seem angry. I will come back at later time because I don’t like you when you mad.” Hurleur says as she stands up and begins to walk away. “The reason why I’m angry is because you brought up old scars from my past.” Ocean says as he slowly stands up. “Why did you come here in the daylight to talk to me, Hurleur?” Hurleur says over her shoulder, “Those Children were created from you and another person. If you don’t put two to two together then you’re thicker than I thought you are.” Hurleur enters a taxi that pulled up before Ocean could respond. As the taxi drove away, Ocean sets back down because his legs become unstable by the thought of having kids running about on the loose without knowing right from wrong. He mutters, “I hope I can round them up before they get corrupted by an outside force.” Kodiak turns the chair around and sets down across from Ocean. He asks, “Did I miss something? You’re white as a ginger in the face. Did you just see a ghost?” “You could say that.” Kodiak begins to say, “So, about Steve Thomas….” Ocean slowly raises his hand up to stop Kodiak. “I’m not in the mood talk about wannabe Rockstar, who believes the he is going to beat me this week. All I know is that I will make quick work of him and hopefully crush his throat so he can’t sing anymore. I had enough of his stupid Christmas songs already and if hear one more of his songs I may kill someone.” Kodiak smiles with big a dorky grin, “Boy, what happen to not talking about Thomas?” Ocean slowly stands up and walks across the table. He then slams Kodiak’s face into the tea cup. Kodiak flails around, “I can’t swim!” |
