I am supposed to do dishes at my house on my days off. That's all well and good and I'm fine with that. However, when I'm off on a Tuesday and people leave dishes from Monday and you don't cook dinner on Tuesday I'm going to assume there should be no dishes to wash...because there fucking shouldn't be. Therefore, do not fucking get pissed off at me on Thursday after I've come home from working for 7 hours when the dishes from Monday still aren't done, especially after I've explained how exactly there shouldn't be any fucking dishes there to begin with (to which you respond "Well I'm not going to argue with you blah blah blah - you're not going to argue because you know I'm right and refuse to admit it). I'm not cleaning 4 days worth of dishes when I should only be cleaning 2 days worth at the most...that's bullshit.

Also, threatening to not cook at all if nobody's going to do the dishes (which is bullshit because people would do the dishes if the amount of dishes was distributed fairly as it should be) is only going to make it worse. It makes no difference to me if you don't cook because there's like 5 fast food restaurants I can walk to in order to eat...and if you don't cook, I'm definitely not touching the dishes considering other than when you do cook I don't even eat at the house.

Bottom line...quit letting your kid sit around upstairs smoking weed with his friends all day, make him spend 30 minutes cleaning the dishes he should be cleaning anyway (especially since he's the one that fucking dirtied 50% of them and it's not like he couldn't have done them Monday, Wednesday, or earlier today) and don't bitch at the guy that works 30-35 hours a week and ALSO does the dishes on his days off that your kid is passing his dishes off on and you're letting him get away with it.

But no...it's all my fault instead. Of course it is...

Update...apparently she cooked something for her and the brother in law and not for you know the other hard working person around here...so I went the half mile or so to Arby's (which I've eaten twice in three days now) and come home to the smell of my nephew and his friend smoking weed upstairs...note that when eating good mood food the good mood only seems to last for about 2 minutes after leaving Arby's.

Also, dishes still aren't washed...*irritated face*

About 95% sure I'll end up doing the dishes tomorrow anyhow just because if I don't I'm going to take a bat and assault something/someone with it...

In short, fuck my life in the ass with a razor sharp dildo...yeah, I went there.

Sadly, this is only about 1% of the total things that have been aggravating me.

Sorry peeps if you don't want to hear anything about the gun law, just don't read my post. Need to Vent.

What the frick do people think! No they are saying that we shouldn't whine about having our fucking rights taking away cause it 'isn't taking the 2nd amendment'. Fuck yes it is. Then you go ahead and claim that those who are fighting against the UN gun law need to get their facts but then go ahead and state that why do we need assult rifles? That was just most contravicting thing I have heard! It isn't just assult rifles, it is hand guns, rifles, etc that will be affect. Infact, Obama has already pushed some ammo to 'dissapear' off the marker already. The UN law will not brin about 'world peace.' It will bring sensless killing for do they really think that EVERY fucking country is going to do it? Fuck no. Iraq, North Korea, all the backstabbing countries will sign on but then turn around and attack the countries that actually followed the rule (like Obam would force us). Oh but our military is going to have weapons to protect us? NOPE! The gun law will limit even our military weapons.

So who the fuck can whine now and thank you for reading my rant.

(the said person who sent me off was a relative and I had to 'screen' my conversation to stop a fight.)

Dear Alexis/Orlando's Sister...

I <3 you. I was bothered by the same issue for two reasons, even though I don't own a gun. First and foremost, people fail to understand this: if we outlaw guns, guess fucking what? Criminals are still going to get them, and the shootings are going to be all the more severe. That in of itself makes me hate the concept. Two, I don't necessarily believe in the abilities of a police man to save my life five minutes after I call 911 if an intruder with a weapon is in my house. Sorry, I just doubt them. And another reason (I know I said I had two) what if the police man decides to fuck with me? I have the right to protect myself.

But yes...take away our guns and second amendment, only good will come from that. You know who else agreed with this bastard-child of an agenda? Gaddafi, Hitler and Stalin; only three of the best humanists to ever fucking grace the Earth.

/end rant

I guess I skipped a few lines in my rant. I keep telling others that those who have the minds to kill, WILL kill. Wither it be with a 'weapon' or a spork is up to what is most convient to them. But we will never see a spork band now will we?

Guns don't kill people, people kill people. I'm sure if this dude didn't have guns, he'd go in there with the next best thing.

I was debating whether to respond or not to this gun control issue but I got so turned on :P by Lexi's passion that I couldn't contain myself.

By nature I'm a moderate and peacemaker, so I try to find the appropriate balance between two extreme views. I am for gun control but I am also against banning guns entirely. Plus, banning weapons entirely is not feasible. I think where we need to have a discussion concerning this topic is how are people with serious mental weaknesses getting such easy access to weapons. I think law-abiding, responsible, and moral people should have the right to own and bear arms. It is a right given in the Constitution. However, we need to remember the context in which this right was given in the 1780's. Our founders put this amendment in the constitution so that the people would always have the ability to protect themselves from a rogue government (in this case it was England) turning against its own. Our founders were leveling the playing field. In the 1780's they did not have assault rifles much less automatic weapons. Unless you got shot in the head or chest, gun wounds were much more survival-able. And remember that to cause real damage, you had to be in close proximity of your target. Now in the 21st century, it's a whole different story. They are more sophisticated and accurate. You can kill from over a mile away with precise accuracy. Our founders did not conceive of the evolution of our weapon capabilities in the 1780's. The right is still valid but we need to review who gets access to what.

Also our founders lived in a time period where morality was valued and expected from its citizens. As much as we may not like it, our founders saw morality as objective. In the 21st century, morality is now subjective. Times have changed. The comment that people kill people is correct. Whether you believe if the Bible is true or not, within its first 3 chapters we have the murder case of Cain and Abel. Obviously evil was present since the dawn of time. My question to everyone is, What happened to the ideal of doing unto others as you'd have them do unto you? (The Golden Rule). I'm sorry but we're a Me First society now. In general we think about things in terms of how it affects us first then others. I thank God that there are still people in this world that resist this temptation and put others first (i.e. the principal and teachers that used their bodies as shields to protect others in CT.) It gives me hope that this "others first" ideal still lives among us and one day we can go back to it and be better people for it. Our founders were these type of people. In my opinion, these are the people that should relish in the right to have weapons. They are the ones that will use the weapons appropriately to protect their loved ones and their fellow human beings in times of trouble. They are the ones that made up the rag tag group of people that started the American Revolution for independence.

I think we need to have a serious time of reflection of what kind of people we want to be regardless of what religion or lack thereof we profess. Morality is not religion. It is a mindset. Atheist, agnostic, and religious people can all be moral. We just have to be intentional about it.

That's my rant. B)

(I'm open to other opinions and am willing to revise my view.)

For the most part, I completely agree with you Cross. However, the playing field between our government and our people must be leveled. Our government is one nasty motherfucker, that, if they wanted could do unto us as they did unto the Native Americans, Hawaiians, Africans, Palestinians, and Vietnamese. I don't know about you guys, but I don't sleep to well knowing that the US government 'has my back'. As far as the 'me first' society, it's survival of the fittest. I'm one to put people's needs ahead of what I would like. However, as far as needs go, my obligation is to protect myself and my family. Whether it be self defense or not.

You are right in a sense, Jimmy. The government does have the superior weapon capability than its citizens and it has a horrible past track record. I want a level playing field too. But not at cost of giving superior weapons to immoral and irresponsible people.

In general, I always keep a diligent eye on the government's actions. And is some instance society has changed for the better. When the government did those horrible atrocities to your mentioned groups, there still wasn't an acceptance of the civil rights movement. Although some parts of the country refuse to acknowledge the civil rights of others here in the 21st century, I think we are progressing. I don't think, we the people, would allow such atrocities to happen again on our soil. (I don't want to speak to what we've done in other countries.)

Survival of the fittest? I don't buy into it anymore. The reason being is that if the "fittest" is in any way outnumbered, survival can only occur through assimilation. Humanity is a collective. America, however, espouses individualism. Interestingly, the American population (an individualist society) is decreasing while those outside our borders (collectivist societies) are booming. (Sorry for my sociological rant.)

Long story short, I do agree with you about government but I have to keep my faith in people to do what is right when necessary. After the recent shooting tragedies, my faith in people is a little shaken.

....I liek my gun rights. I don't like the corrupt govt, nor trust them... especially concerning protection. Really... I care about keeping my CONSTITUTIONAL rights. And tbh? If there was a sign saying: "The teachers on this premises are armed, and have been trained sufficiently. They have been given permission to fire their weapon if someone is to put the lives of them or the children of this school in jeopardy" or something like that... on the front of the school, or something similar on any public building? There'd be far less mass murders. *shrugz*
