The following should be adhered to when writing matches and segments for consistency in the show's general formatting. If you forget to include the coding, a staff member will do it for you.

For Match Writing

The Ring Announcer should always be in Bold, and must announce entrances thusly...

Code:

[b]Vincent Lewis: The following contest is a [match here and allocated time-limit] scheduled [number of falls here]! On [his/her/their] way to the ring, [talent accompaniments are optional, such as managers and valets, but they should normally be introduced first], from [location here], weighing in tonight at [weight here], [nicknames are optional, but should be included in-between quotation marks], [wrestler name capitalized]!!![/b]

Here is an example...

Vincent Lewis: The following contest is a Singles Match with a Fifteen-Minute Time-Limit, and it is scheduled for one fall! On her way to the ring, being accompanied by Paxar Vega, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in tonight at 135lbs, she is "The Herald of Holiness", REYA SERRA!!!

Extra Note Regarding Announcements: Only announce where they are Billed From,, not their Home-town. Sometimes people have different locations for SL or Character reasons, but always go with where they are Billed From.

The end of matches are the same.

Code:

[b]Vincent Lewis: Here is your winner by [Pin-Fall/Submission/Referee Stoppage/Count-Out/Disqualification], at [time won here], [winner in capitals]!!![/b]

Here is another example...

Vincent Lewis: Here is your winner by Pin-Fall, at 13 minutes, REYA SERRA!!!

The match description should be in Italics, and the commentator's names should be in Bold, and have their full name.

Here is an example...

Specter performs a leap-frog over the charging Iser and turns around upon landing, but Iser rebounds off the ropes and catches Specter in the face with a Running Big Boot!

Clive Shepard: Seth Iser has taken Adrien Specter down with that big boot, and Specter is still down from the impact.

James Harriot: This is gonna get uglier as it goes on, Clive!

Count-Outs and Pin-Falls must also follow a specific format. Count-Outs must be in Italics and be numeral letters, like this...

1...... 2...... 3......

And Pin-Falls must be Bold and written in words, like this...

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!!!

Crowds can also play a part in matches if you so wish. Here is an example...

Crowd: THAT WAS AWESOME! CLAP-CLAP-CLAPCLAPCLAP! THAT WAS AWESOME!

That is it for the Match Writing format. If there is anything I have missed, please inform me.

Additional Notes: You can capitalize or bold Finishing Moves if you so wish, or emphasis certain spots in a match with capitalized letters as well.

For Segment Writing

Segments follow a similar format to when writing a match.

Descriptions must be in Italics, and names should be in Bold, with the full name. Here is an example...

The camera pulls back and Anna Gilessspi is being joined by Orlando Ocean, sporting sunglasses and a smart shirt as he smirks with arrogant satisfaction.

Anna Gilesspi: Orlando Ocean, you are moments away from...

Ocean raises his hand to prevent Gilesspi from continuing on with her question, looking towards her as he smiles broadly.

Orlando Ocean: I'm aware what I'm moments away from. It's what I've been preparing all week for. The time has come for me to prove something to the idiots who still don't believe what I can do in that ring, and they will be silenced.

That's about it for segments, on a backstage basis. You can also have crowd interaction, like in matches, but vulgarity must be kept to a minimum.

Again, if there is anything I have missed regarding the segment format, please inform me.
