"That's enough for today. You can go home now." The club president clapped and everyone began to pack their stuff together. Himeko was sitting at the window and staring outside. When she wasn't practicing this just felt like a waste of time, even if she finished her homework in the meantime. The members of the theater/acting club were mostly female like Himeko and she had a lot of so called friends among them. "Goodbye.", she said and got up. She had to get home immediately or something terrible would happen. Today was one of those days were she was on the verge of snapping and even if it was tempting to go to Junes and eat some ice scream, Himeko knew that she couldn't do that right now or they would just have to move again.

It didn't take her long to get home. She didn't even had to ride the bus like she always had to in Yamagata. "I am home." She yelled as she entered the little house that her father and her mother bought. Himeko slipped into her slippers and took a look around, but nobody seemed to be at home. Her mother probably was at the river again, searching for inspiration. Himeko slowly walked up the stairs and entered her room. She had to take deep breath and she pressed her back into door. Her school bag fell to the ground. Himeko was breathing heavily like she had just trained for marathon. Why me? She put the palm of her hand on her forehead and began to laugh in a really creepy tone. "How can they all be such idiots? They are all so easy to fool. Tchhee...." Himeko made a fizzling sound and kicked her bag to the other side of the room. She was angry and yet tears began to roll down her cheeks. "Lower life forms that can't even uncover one of the simplest masquerade. I should be their empress, their queen." Himeko burst out into loud laughter and smashed plastic case on the ground. It was pretty robust and Himeko usually chose robustness over other traits, because Himeko would just destroy them if they would break easy.

But some things would just be something that Himeko could easily break while she was trying to get rid of the anger inside her and especially things that would show her reflection. That was why she slowly replaced everything shiny with things that had a matt finish, everything expect her TV. Himeko slowly walked up to the bulky little thing and saw her reflection inside the glass screen. Her grin was terrifying even if that person was herself. Out of nowhere she slammed her fist into the TV and completely destroyed the glass screen. Himeko probably was pretty lucky that she didn’t injure herself to bad. She looked at the little shards of glass in the back of her hand and tried to suppress her urge to scream. She was back to “normal” self again and stormed into the bathroom to care about the wounds while small rills of blood dripped from her hand. It wasn’t the first time she had to deal with wounds like that so she quickly got the bleeding under control again. Damn it, now I have to buy a new TV. Azusa had spared some money to instantly replace the things she broke and maybe she had been sick of it already.

Azusa didn’t even have the time to change into some regular clothes and pretended that the TV had just fallen of the stand. Without a single word she left her house. Junes would probably have one on sale and she wasn’t really into big screens so something small should be fine enough. Himeko just hoped that she wouldn’t meet some of her classmates. She was standing in front of the bigger screens and was just looking at some prices. Her father already owned such a huge TV and something like that would just be too big for her room. She sighed and moved on to the small screens which were standing on the other side.

Shin stood outside his door in the foggy morning, breathing in the air before heading toward his car. He paused once he reached the car door however, as he glanced left and right at the fog around him. Hmm...I wonder...

He reached into his vest pocket and pulled out what seemed to be...a second pair of glasses, these ones with dark, reflective lens. He took off the normal glasses he was currently wearing and swapped them with the dark lensed ones. Now wearing them, he looked again to where the fog was...and smiled.

"I feel like today...is going to be a lovely day for an experiment..."

Junes
~~~
After his shift at the highschool, Shin had returned to his house to grab his black coat, complete with a large hood, and set out for Junes. Ever since the incident with Bran, he noticed that it was not just a select few TV's that seemed to have access to the alternate world. In fact, Shin had hypothesized that ay TV could act as a gateway to the world of fog. He wished to test this theory some more, as well as study the other world. With this trip he planned to kill two birds with one stone.
Entering the electronics store however, he saw a student from the highschool. Hmm...perhaps I could knock over another bird...
Glancing left and right, he saw that the electronics store was mostly deserted at the moment, and the girl happened to be standing in front of a rather large screen. Perfect.
Shin waited several more moments before quickly walking up behind the student and attempted to shove her forward into the large screen, doing so in a way that made it look like he was only bumping into her by accident. "Pardon, excuse me, so sorry!"
Himeko didn't even notice that she wasn't alone anymore and even if that was the case it wasn't something odd in a big mall like Junes. Himeko sighed and looked at the prices. Why did she have to break her TV all of the sudden just because it showed her reflection. In moments like these when her other self was put to rest she always asked why something like this happened to her.
The next could not be called a gentle push and knew that much about martial arts that even with a small figure like her that something like that couldn't be an accident. Himeko didn't saw who pushed her and she expected to hit the screen with her head but it didn't happened. Her head dived into the TV and her vision blured out.
Shin watched the ripples settle across the screen the girl fell in with a contemplative expression as he adjusted his glasses. "A fluid entrance...I wonder..." he mused to himself. He glanced around the store a second time, looking for anyone who may have seen. His timing seemed rather impeccable, the girl didn't seem to notice him until she were pushed in, and Shin could find no witness to the act. Why, it almost seems like the perfect crime, he thought with a mischievous grin.
Still, he concluded as he pulled up the hood of his coat, its brim veiling his face. One mustn't keep a lady waiting. I wonder what you will reveal to me, young one...
And with that, the black clad man quickly leapt into the screen.
