8/22/2011 Update I've started listing the features for CSRPG2 and here they are CSRPG 2 Overview[tabs] [tab=General]-Now more than 3 types of stats -There will now be equips like armor and accessories -More enemies -More of an adventure RPG now[/tab] [tab=Character Customization]-Removed custom eyes and mouth -Name and custom color will still be there -Much more simple color customizing(No more needing the hex) [/tab] [tab=Weapons]-No longer random weapons -Weapon classes/types -No longer just bought, materials need to be obtained -Different weapon classes have different effects on the player[/tab] [/tab] [tab=Battle System]-Still turn based -Player will have an action timer similar to FFVII’s -Multiple enemies in a battle** -Actions available to the player will depend on their class -“Defend” will be a universal action[/tab] [tab=Save System]-There WILL be a save system -It will be based on cookies saved in your browser -Maximum of 2/3 saves*** [/tab][/tabs] ** - This annotates that it may not be actually featured in the final release *** - This annotates that the feature will be there but the variable applying to the feature will vary |

8/27/2011 Update Well I finally started to do some designing this week and working on code! I got the character customization with color changer up! It has no real element to the game right now but it obviously will when I get more deep into the game. Here are some preview images [tabs] [tab=Pictures] [/tab] [tab=Next Step] I plan on inserting the code that will save your color you've chosen and your name. I'll probably put in the class selection screen soon too![/tab] [/tabs] |

9/12/2011 Update The stick customizer is near completion. Just a few more tweaks and it should be good. After that I will begin the stats. Which I believe will consist of these: -Attack (Damage) -Defense (Resilience to physical damage) -Magic (probably attk and def variables for that) -Speed (How quick your action timer will go) -Luck (Ability to obtain certain items from enemies) After that I will begin coding on the save system. That’s it for now more to come later. |
