First thing is first, congratulations on making the merge! You managed to make it past the tribal phase of this game, and now it is all individual from here. Any thoughts on how your game has been up until this point? Now that you are here, do you think the merge will help or hurt your game? As far as it is away, the prize is on everyone's mind. What do you think your chances are of winning this game as we all go in to this merge? ~Please provide a ranking of your fellow tribe mates once you get acclimated. ~ |

Oh, the merge is gonna help. I mean, if merging screws up your game after a shuffle you probably didn't have a very good game going did you? (Watch those be my famous last words) I'm not really sure what my odds are at the moment. I think I'll have a better idea after the first boot. I'll have a better grasp of where things lie after that. Right now things are completely up in the air. My plans are to continue building my relationship with Corinne and Crystal as well as with Carl and Frank. I want to keep my options open moving forward. I think my relationship with Lex is dead. His PMs have gone the way of Kim. I'm just getting single sentences from him now. Probably has something to do with the fact that he thinks I betrayed him or something. Screw him and his paranoia. I'll take pleasure in voting him out. I'm sure GC wouldn't mind helping out with that. GC actually isn't that bad a guy and I take back my previous statements about him. Ranking will come in the next couple days as I get to know my new tribemates better |

Ok, I figure I'll get around to doing that ranking now. It's been a slow couple of days. Hasn't been much activity from most people as far as I've seen. Anyway 1. Frank - I think I trust him the most right now. He's a solid threat though, so I'm not really planning on going to the finals with him if I can help it 2. Crystal - I don't trust her one bit but she's in a strong position with the old Crianca members and I think she likes me, though I doubt she trusts me either. So I'm planning on riding that train as far as it'll take me and then jumping off. Ideally though, I'd like to have her out in a couple rounds. I figure if I don't break up her alliance soon I'm going to be in trouble 3. Carl - I haven't heard from him in the past two days but as far as I can tell he's still stable, although he's pissed at Frank for flipping. 4. Matty - I like Matty. He's not the most social but I get a good feeling from him. I think I can use him moving forward. 5. Charlie - Also not the most social, or the most active. But he's nice and friendly and while I don't think I'd be able to convince him of any kind of betrayal he's still a fun person to talk to when he does talk, so there's that. If anything he'll make a decent goat just because he's barely around. 6. Corinne - I don't know what to think about her. I want to like her but I've seen her online too many times when I've sent her messages and gotten no replies so she makes me uneasy. She's definitely not to be trusted in my book. Plus she can beast a puzzle challenge and who knows what other challenges so I'd like her to be gone soon. 7. Dan - I've gotten one PM from Dan. Not sure what to think about him. He's just there. I think I could definitely use him if he'd talk to me so I can get to know him a bit and make him feel comfortable. 8. GC - He's smart and strong and well positioned. I don't mind him anymore as a person but I'd like him gone soon too. 9. Lex - He's really getting on my nerves. Barely any communication, a vendetta against GC for no real reason, and he threw me under the bus with a bunch of lies because of his stupid paranoia. If he's trying to do some kind of Lex schtick, great, but he's going to screw up my game if he doesn't go soon. I'd be ok with him going next to be honest. I don't see him being helpful as anything but someone to take to the finals as a goat but I don't think I'd even want to do that. He's to destructive. |

At Benry's request on the main thread I'll post a confessional, although honestly, there hasn't been a whole lot going on. It's been fairly quiet around here. I've talked with Frank the most, although I suspect he's got something in the works with Dan, Matty, and GC. Although I can't be sure. At this point I don't trust anyone like at all. I feel like I'm pretty much alone in this and have to watch every word I say and every step I take to avoid stepping on the wrong toes and pissing off the wrong people. Carl is supposedly going to be the target for the next round, which is a shame because I think he's the only person I could trust at least a little bit. Not sure why he's the target to be honest. Corinne mentioned it to me and I told her that I'd rather see Lex go. I went with the angle that if myself, Corinne, and Crystal are going to work together, Carl might be able to offer us an extra number that we might need since he's a little on the outs with Frank after their time on nuVelho. I figure Lex is a complete wild card right now and I don't think he'll be reliable in any capacity. His vendetta against GC, as I've said before, is just stupid and is going to do nothing but put a target on his back. Although maybe it's all a facade and he's taking the Phillip Shepard approach: looking crazy so he isn't perceived as a thread, but I think that's giving him too much credit. He's completely lacking in tact and is basically just making it his goal to last longer than GC as far as I can tell. Good for him, I guess. He can destroy his own game if he wants. But he's getting in the way of my game and I can't have that. If I can convince Corinne and Crystal to vote him out instead of Carl I would successfully remove a threat to my own game, show my loyalty to Crystal and Corinne so they'll trust me more, save Carl and in doing so, save a vote that I could use, and also gain a little leverage in this supposed alliance I have with Crystal and Corinne. I think if they vote at my suggestion it would help alleviate my own concerns that I'm just a number to them. |

Thnx for the update Do you think it is likely you will be able o successfully shift the target from Carl to Lex? Have you had much response to this idea as yet?

I just realized I said "although" a lot in that last post. Oh well. Anyway, I hope I can. Like I said, I really don't see any use for Lex anymore. But people surprise you, so who knows. I think getting rid of him is the safest bet though. I've only mentioned the idea to Corinne. Talk of the vote hasn't been really prominent among most people yet, at least with me. Crystal brought up the idea of voting Carl to me a little while ago. She also mentioned that she thinks GC, Dan, and Matty might have a three amigos thing going on and that they pulled in Frank. I see that as a possibility, but I'm not so ready to sell Frank down the river yet. She suggested that we vote Frank out next. Which to me definitely says that I'm just a number. I think the three amigos thing is plausible, but Frank joining up with them is slightly less plausible. I'm not going to rule it out yet though, just because I'd hate to be caught unaware. But voting out Frank when you think he's the fourth vote in a group of three makes no sense to me. One thing's for sure though, I'm not going to play this as safe as I have been. You can be sure that I'll be voicing my opinions and trying to push my own agenda. I may not get to the end that way, just because I feel like I'm vastly outnumbered right now, but I'm sure as hell not going to let myself get dragged there. I'm pushing Lex as much as I can today and tomorrow, and if Carl goes then you can bet your boots that I'm pushing for a Crianca. Probably Matty or GC. Especially GC. I think he's got a good leg up on things right now and hopefully the other girls can see that, even if they may have had some past deal with him. Not to mention if I can get rid of GC, I think Lex will love me for practically forever and give me his vote just for that if I can make it to the finals. |

I just suggested my idea of Lex being dangerous and Carl being more helpful than harmful to Crystal. I guess now we see if it takes me anywhere. It'd be fantastic to be able to say that I helped sway an entire vote when the odds were against me and everyone was set on someone else. This would also help me get some loyalty from Carl. If I can get things turned in a different direction I'll let him know what was going on. I don't want him to start scrambling yet though. I don't need him hurting my own chances of moving forward. I'm still going to be at least a little cautious. |

Finally heard back from Carl after all this time and some new stuff is in the works for us. I think as far as trust goes, he's the only one I can trust around here. We figure that the two of us plus Frank can pull in Dan and Matty and take down Crystal, Corinne, Charlie, and GC, because based on what Matty told Carl they are a big power alliance. This doesn't surprise me at all. Unless they show that they actually do want to work with me and aren't just using me as a number, this is the side I'm going to stick with. It helps my game the most and I feel the most secure with it. I feel as though going with Crystal and her group is a sure fire way to either get voted out 5th or become a goat at the finals with everyone on the jury hating me for selling them out. |

Carl has won immunity, how does this work towards your plan for the next vote off? Did it disrupt it? Did it help it? Who do you feel is your biggest threat in this game right now? Do you feel in danger at all for Tuesday's vote? And who do you think would be the best person to eliminate for your own personal game? |

Well, I'm glad Carl's safe. Truth be told he's the only one I feel like I can trust completely right now. But it kind of sucks because apparently now the vote is between myself and Frank. Obviously, I'm going to vote Frank. So Carl getting immunity could potentially screw me out of the game. Please tell me jury starts after this round? I think the biggest threat for me right now is Crystal. She's a strong, smart, very in-charge person. She proposed a final 3 with me, her, and Corinne. The three ladies of the merge. But no way is that going to be my final 3. Crystal would win hands down if that was the end situation no matter which way you slice it. I'll obviously go along with her, like I've said, because I need her and I think she's protecting me right now. If Frank goes over me this next round I think I'll actually be able to trust her a bit. But she's still a huge threat to my game. So I'll need to stab her in the back eventually if I can get that far. As I said, my name is apparently out there for the upcoming vote. Supposedly GC, Dan, and maybe Charlie are people who might be voting for me. You could probably throw Matty in that group too, since Dan and GC are doing it. So I'm definitely at risk. The best person to eliminate for my game right now, if I could have my way completely, would be GC for the following reasons: 1. He's targeting me. That's a given. One less person targeting me. 2. He's supposedly in an alliance with Crystal/Corinne/Charlie. Having him gone would lessen that threat. 3. It would lessen the threat of the Crianca male alliance of him/Dan/Matty/possibly Frank 4. It would rid the game of his schtick, which, imo, has gotten rather old. It's difficult to get to know a person when every message they send you has some reference to saggy tits. |

I think I'm going to be safe this round. Frank has no idea that the vote might be on him. He thinks it's Dan. I feel kind of bad because I do like Frank, but I don't really see too many alternatives. I need Crystal and the gang to trust me and I can't put other names out there without fear of my own name coming up again. Crystal has insinuated that she'd be open to voting for GC next round, so that's what I'll push for if I survive this one. I hope Frank really is scheming because it'd suck to lose him and need him later. But better him than me. |

I don't know what GC has against me but I decided to be the bigger person and not let him get to me. I know that won't make things as entertaining for you hosts but I think it'd be a better move for my game. You've still got Lex to engage his tomfoolery though

With all this mess that has suddenly emerged it's become painfully evident that Crystal and GC both carry a lot of weight. I think that'll help put some targets on both of them. Except maybe GC. There's no way he expects to actually win if he goes to the end based on the way he treats people. He probably figures that his behavior will just make him more likely to get to the end. I guess he'd come up with a good speech to make his case, but I know he wouldn't get my or Lex's votes no matter what he does. |

GC told me he hates me just because, to quote him and his oral elegance "u r boring" and when I told him that he hadn't put forth any effort to get to know me while I had tried to start a conversation with him and he wouldn't engage me his biting retort of "k bitch" helped me make up my mind that he's everything Lex said he is and not worth trying to socialize with  |

There is a lot going down right now. Definitely making up for the quiet weekend we've had. GC is apparently sticking with voting me. Frank thinks he's got me 100% on his side and I'm voting out Crystal with him. So he thinks he's safe and either myself or Crystal is going home. Corinne sounds like she might be down for voting out GC next round. And if I can pull that off I'll get a little bit of control. |
