The hectic noise of standard Earth civilization was left behind. Something was bothering Raditz, and he needed peace and quiet for a time. This was supposed to have been his vacation. Raditz landed near the entrance to The Mount Paozu national reserve. There was something in the wild land that Raditz NEEDED TO FIND, and that something would be acquired through training and focus. Saiyans were not lazy, they were hard workers and were known as the fighting tribe. Raditz immediately felt the temperature change as he landed. It felt very warm in this area, almost like a tropical environment. A small group of Humans were camping just ahead, and Raditz nodded with appreciation towards them. A child wandered up towards the big Saiyan. Raditz smiled at the child, picked her up and walked her back towards her parents. "Make sure this one grows strong." Raditz said calmly. He handed the child back to her Mother. "Ah, thank you children can be such a handful!" She said calmly. "Do you have any General Raditz?" Raditz paused for a moment, wondering how they knew who he was. It was still difficult getting used to his title of General, he had only recently acquired it. "No I do not have the time to raise a family. I have a world to protect." Raditz said plainly. Raditz looked in the general direction of the wilderness then back to The Humans. "How are the local animals behaving today?" Raditz asked. "There are an unusual concentration of predatory monsters out lately. Something has them worked up out there." The husband said seriously. "Might be that meteor that fell the other day." The wife added. "A meteor you say?" THAT caught Raditz's attention. In this day and age falling stars were usually ill omens. "Yeah just beyond the Eastern Ridge." The husband pointed in the general direction where it fell. Raditz saw smoke in that area and knew that was his next goal. "You guys should probably head back home, it's not safe out here for the untrained." Raditz said. "We were actually packing it up before you arrived. It's still daylight and we got plenty of time to make it back to North City. Anyway, General Raditz, it was a pleasure to meet a good leader like yourself. I hope things continue to go well for you." Then, the husband saluted and went the humans went back to their work of packing up their vehicle for travel. Raditz observed them for a while longer, and then began to walk towards the general direction of the meteor. His eyes narrowed as he felt the unusual temperature the closer he got to the meteor. "It's hotter than normal..." Raditz said quietly. "If the monster is upset the meteor is probably causing it." Suddenly, he detected several Chi signature moving around his position. "Flanking positions..." Raditz said. His sharp eyes stared at the wilderness with intensity and he waited for the first of the attackers to arrive. Raditz moved into a simple combat position. He was surrounded quickly, the predatory creatures were likely a variation of Velociraptor. There were five all together, and Raditz prepared himself for direct conflict. There was a screech in the air, and Raditz looked off at the source of the sound. It was a wild eyed raptor, just as Raditz had suspected, and he tensed his muscles up in preparation for the assault that would come. The first darted like a bullet, rushing towards Raditz with sheer grace and power. Raditz reacted quickly, on par with the beast. He shifted his position to the west of the raptor in a strafe technique. The raptor screeched as Raditz pivoted his body and send a powerful punch down towards the head of the beast. Raditz swung his mighty fist down in an arch towards the head of the creature. With his Saiyan's might, he easily broke the neck of the raptor and it screeched, writhing as it died. Raditz crouched down low and looked menacingly towards the remaining raptors. They began to approach him. They had surrounded Raditz and were prepared to attack all at once. Suddenly, a massive roar pierced the air. The air vibrated with the intensity of the sound. The sound seemed to ripple through the air, Raditz managed to catch one of the raptors entirely off guard before the others ran off at the sound. Two down. Then, he turned towards the sound and saw the owner of the sound. It was a huge dino, rex-class creature. It stood at about fifteen feet high, with leathery red and brown flesh. Raditz swore as he saw the aggravated state of the beast. The creature smelled blood in the air, and was clearly agitated by the nature of the disturbance all around them. Raditz looked up at the beast, unafraid. Maybe I should run... He thought for a split moment. Nah... Raditz ripped a single large claw from the foot of one of the fallen raptors. It would serve as a deadly dagger-style weapon. Raditz: "This is my lunch buddy. Better get your own damned food." Raditz then took it upon himself to ENGAGE the massive creature in close-quarters combat. Raditz's aura burst around his body, and he dashed TOWARDS the rex. It's massive maw loomed directly overhead and in front of Raditz. It cast a large shadow on the combat field, but for some reason, the rex hesitated. That's when Raditz noticed it. The rex no longer stared at HIM per say, but at something just beyond. This is my chance... Raditz was almost ready to engage. Voice: "Wait!" Suddenly came an unfamiliar voice. The voice was male and belonged to a powerful ki signature. Raditz suddenly stopped himself in mid-movement, and dashed off to the side, landing on the ground and rolling hard. As Raditz skidded a few paces to his left, the rex roared mightily and ran off in a different direction. Raditz turned towards the owner of the voice who interrupted him. Raditz held the dagger like claw in his hand, tightly, as he looked at the robed figure before him. An energy signature he'd never seen before swelled off that mysterious fellow. Raditz frowned. Raditz: "Who the Hell are you!?" (Enter Here) Raditz Word Count=546 Raditz TOTAL Word Count= 1,622 |

appearance: http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d133/AngelicsenPadme/ChichiDBZ/Chichipink.jpg It had been a two weeks since she stayed at Central City by the command of Gatz. The reason she stayed at the apartment was mainly because someone had been after her. Gatz went on a mysterious conquest to discover why exactly they were after her. Since the last time she had seen him, she had neither been attacked nor bothered. She was ordered to stay in the apartment, but taking orders was against her stubborn nature. Rather then stay at the city, she decided to venture out into the forest and up towards the mountains. Her legs needed some extra exercise while her lungs yearned for fresh air. There was nothing better than mountainous fresh air to sooth the soul. "Ahh, I should take more vacations like these. All this stress will give me wrinkles. I definitely don't want that." She said out loud to herself because she thought she was alone. Most of the city people never ventured off into the wild. The wild had dangerous animals around that kept people away. She was not worried though because she was stronger than most humans. Not to mention, most creatures were frightened of her. Considering that she was capable of sensing energy signals nearby, she was clueless to the trouble that awaited ahead of her. WC: 230 |

Raditz was annoyed when the stranger let his words linger in the air for a moment or three. Stranger: "I mean you no harm." Raditz: "Who are you?" He asked in response to what the robed mystery man said. Raditz was detecting an unusually powerful signature coming off of the fellow. It seemed to him like a very real danger. Yet, the fellow was not attacking. Radtiz straightened up his body and looked at that fellow. The fellow stood considerably shorter than Raditz. The robes were elegant and somewhat dashing. Raditz studied the stranger for a long moment. Something about the markings on the fellow's robes seemed quite familiar to Raditz, but he couldn't quite place from where. The stranger suddenly lowered his hood. What Raditz saw next would change everything for him. Kaioshin... Raditz thought to himself as he saw the familiar blue skin tone of the well seasoned veteran warrior. The man had long platinum coloured hair, and he walked right towards Raditz. His eyes looking at Raditz's own eyes. Jetoru: "Raditz." The Kaioshin began. "I have been sent to you as an Envoy, a caretaker. You have been privy to finding out an important secret, and the eye of the enemy will be FIXED on you now." Raditz: "S-secret...?!" Then it dawned on him. Of course, THE JOURNALS...DAMN.... "Tch...All right, Kaioshin. You have my attention. What are you playing at?" Jetoru: "My name is Jetoru." He explained. "And my purpose is to train you and your allies for what is coming. The Darkness is gathering in strength even as we speak. Like I said, the eye of the enemy is now FIXED upon you and this world. I am here to protect you and raise you to grow strong." Raditz: "Strength..." Raditz then continued to speak. "...If you are offering me something tangible, you have my full attention." Jetoru: "You must become strong Raditz. To protect all Life. The secrets that I will teach you and your gathering companions will be of utmost import." Jetoru continued. "But I have risked everything to find you. Now we are able to meet." Jetoru continued to speak. "I chose this place because you were destined to come here to train. And so was SHE..." Jetoru pointed in Chi-Chi's general direction. The last month was a disaster for her, but the walk in the mountainous forest refreshed her mind to the point that she forgot about those who made up stories about her lost memories, being attacked, losing valuable clothes after spending hours shopping, and being forced to move out of Fire Mountain and to the city without saying good bye to her father. All the bad stuff seemed to disappear with the peaceful and serene scenery. Humming a tune to herself because she thought she was alone in the mountains, she then halted to a stop. Her large black eyes caught sight of two strangers who looked like trouble. Instinctively, she hid behind the biggest tree nearby where the two strangers stood. Her back pressed firmly against the tree to avoid being spotted. She did not want to be found because if they were as troubling as their appearances, her month was about to get worse. Slowly, she leaned over to study their appearances. One of them had very long, black hair. He was tall too and had a similar built to a saiyan. However, he had no tail which momentarily ruled out the possibility that the man was a saiyan delinquent too. As for the second stranger, he was shorter and wore a cloak. It wasn't until the 2nd stranger removed his hood that she reacted. "Great, now there are blue people. What is going on here?" She muttered to herself sarcastically. "My life can't possibly get worse." It seemed that the 2nd unknown man said something about her. Since she had never met either one of the weirdos, she assumed they were talking about someone else, but who? Whoever this person was, she felt bad for because that "she" was in for a world of headaches. WC: 314 TWC: 544 Edited by Bel Zephyra, Jan 12 2014, 02:38 AM.

Raditz looked in the general direction that Jetoru pointed at and he saw Chi Chi standing there. Narrowing his eyes in confusion, Raditz wanted to chastise himself for letting himself get followed so easily. For crying out loud, she could be an Assassin, or worse! Raditz shook his head angrily. But then looked at Master Jetoru calmly. He felt the beginning sparks of rage building up in his heart, but he had learned to control himself. The Humans taught him something called self control. And that self control would win the hour. Raditz looked at Chi Chi for a long moment. Raditz: "This is probably really confusing for you, Human." Raditz began to explain what was going on. Raditz lost his tail a long time ago, mastery of Oozaru never did interest him. His eyes narrowed as he looked at Chi Chi, but there was a sort of kindness in them. Albeit, it was very rough around the edges. Raditz looked back towards Master Jetoru. "Master." He said calmly. "She is probably just lost, are you SURE she is meant to train with us up here?" He hated questioning a Kaioshi on such matters, but things were moving swiftly by that time. Raditz waited for the Kaioshin's response who seemed deep in thought. Jetoru: "Forgive my excited tendencies." Jetoru told Chi Chi and Raditz. "I am here on important business to insure the safety of all life." Raditz knew what Kaioshin were from personal dealings with them, but he didn't know what Chi Chi knew about things. He realized that two exponentially strong warriors out in the middle of Mount Paozu was probably dirty business. She wouldn't be too far off either. Raditz listened to Master Jetoru as he spoke. "If you do not wish to have involvement with our business, you are more than welcome to go. Only leave with caution, Human." Jetoru paused for a moment. "There are many dangerous animals out here. But I am certain you can handle yourself well." Raditz: "If you're just lost feel free to be on your way." Raditz smiled, it was a strange expression seeing on his face. But it seemed to fit the persona. He was a Saiyan raised by Humans in a way, and learned much in his time spend fighting alongside them. Raditz pointed back towards the main camping areas of Mount Paozu. Furthermore, he was pointing back towards North City which was the closest city in their immediate surroundings. "Camping area's back that way if that's where you want to head. North City is a ways off in that direction as well. I'm sure you can ask another camper out there for directions." Raditz said calmly, Then, he looked over towards Master Jetoru. "Master, if we're to train up in the mountains, we should be on our way." Raditz Word Count=472 Raditz TOTAL Word Count=2,478 |

While she hid behind the tree, she heard the long-haired man point her out. She exhaled in defeat because she was found. "The day just got worse." She muttered to herself. Slowly, she turned and then stepped away from the tree to get a clear view of the troublemakers' faces. The both of them knew that she was hiding the entire time. How had they known? Her intense, black eyes watched them cautiously. This day could get worse if the two of them decided to attack her for eavesdropping. Rather then wait for the two of them to talk, she took the initiative. "Who are you people?" She studied the barbaric man's features. Though he did not wear the saiyan spandex like the others she met, he had the distinct appearance they shared. His hair was messy, his muscles bulkier than most humans, and the energy she sensed from him were dead giveaways. Nevertheless, she avoided bringing up his heritage because their plans about her were more important. The warrior-like man was the first to speak to her. He mentioned that this situation was confusing to her. He was right. The two of them, being out in the middle of the forest, made no sense. When he called her human and assumed she was lost, she snapped at his rudeness. "I have a name you know, and I am not lost for your information. I was just out here for a walk like normal people do. I'm not sure what the two of you are doing here, but it doesn't look like you're out for fresh air. It seems like you're going to cause trouble." The irritation in her voice was obvious. She had not liked that her peaceful morning was interrupted. To keep them from knowing who she was, she avoided stating her name because she did not trust them. The blue man spoke up next. He apologized for his taller companion for being rude. He seemed to be more polite until he called her human too. She scoffed when he called her human without having asked her name. To show her disgust with the situation, she folded her arms. She was stubborn, and the mysterious duo were about to find out how headstrong she was. "I don't know what business you two whackos are out here doing, but I don't like it. You might want to find somewhere more private to cause trouble." She stated rudely. Raditz felt confused for a moment. So now people minding their own business in a forest are crazy? Says who?! Raditz felt his Saiyan's blood heating up, but he had learned self control. Unlike most of the members of his race. He took a deep breath and relaxed. He noticed that the Kaioshin was looking at him with a kind expression on his face. The last Kaioshin that Raditz had encountered was also equally kind hearted and taught Raditz a lot about self control. Raditz listened to everything that the strange Human said. He ran his hand through his long, spiky hair. Then looked at Master Jetoru. Raditz: "Look, lady. I don't know what your idea of trouble is, but I was out here to train and clear my head. I have a lot of stuff in my head since I became a General, I do have an army I have to watch over." Raditz kept his eyes locked on Chi Chi. He then pointed at Jetoru. "He's Kaioshin. You must not know the true nature of the universe if you don't know about Kaioshin. However, me and my companion have previous business to attend to. So unless you want something, we'll be on our way." Raditz said, he was a leader. Leaders always acted decisively and with character. Raditz carefully looked at Chi Chi for a long moment, and then turned his attention to Jetoru. "Let us be on our way then." Raditz powered up, and his ki flared around his body with the usual sonic boom type of sound. He prepared to crouch down and fly off towards the deeper area of the national reserve. He decided that he didn't want to keep dealing with the Human girl unless she had something further to add to the conversation. He looked at Jetoru, who was already levitating up and off the ground. Jetoru: The Kaioshin turned to look at Chi Chi. "Maybe next time." Jetoru said casually. Then, he and Raditz flew off towards the deeper area of Mount Paozu. Their brilliant auras shining around their bodies as they flew off towards them, leaving behind the area that they were just in. Raditz Word Count=364 Raditz TOTAL Word Count=2,842 |
