The battle waged on between Chichi and Ex. Disappearing and reappearing in random areas of the dusky street, they matched each other blow by blow. The fatigue set in for Chichi. The longer the fight continued the stronger Ex became. She got her shots in with variety of punches and driven knee strikes, but with every attack her exhaustion became more obvious. What she had not known about General Ex is that he was an android. Being an android, his energy did not drain like hers.

She was a more skillful fighter than Ex, but his power proved too much. Every blow he connected broke her down physically. His strength overtook her. In the struggle, she was forced to retreat and defend. While back peddling to block Ex's punches, she lost her step. Her heel sunk into a pothole in the sidewalk which caused her to lose balance.

One mental slip is all it took for the General to punish her. When she tripped, Ex slugged her in the face. Her face jerked to the side from the devastating blow, and she was knocked into a shop's brick wall. She winced when hit the wall. The bricks cracked, yet did not crumble. Since the wall had no give, her spine got the worst of the attack. She bounced off the wall like a ball, and then she landed face first onto the sidewalk. It was a horrendous scene to watch for anyone with a soul. Unfortunately, the only person in the area was a soulless monster. Once belly flopped onto the ground, her hands slid upwards to her face. She placed her hands firmly against the ground to get into a push up position. Her strained muscles from the fight made standing more difficult than it needed to be. A couple of times she fell back onto her knees.

"It looks like someone is getting tired." He stalked over to Chichi who could not stand. She was in a push up position which brought a devious smile upon his face. Seeing her look like a wounded animal, he wanted to inflict more pain. He wanted to kick her while she was down. He wanted to hurt her badly for trying to challenge him. His heartless behavior was how he instilled fear on his opponents. It had not mattered if she was a woman or wanted alive by his superiors. The soulless general would beat her into submission.

"Here let me help you up!" He kicked her stomach as if it were a ball. The ruthlessness behind his kick caused her to cry out for the whole city to hear. Hearing her anguished scream, caused him to laugh at her pitiful state.

"Aw, did I hurt you little baby? Come on don't cry like a girl." He laughed at his comment, but she kept quiet. Her lack of response concerned him only because of the the objective. She was to be taken alive. If he had killed her, it was a failed mission.

"Uh oh. I think I broke her." He said casually. To check if she was alive, he lightly kicked her arms. For a prideful woman like Chichi, it was humiliating.

She lay motionless on the floor with her face pressed against the cold sidewalk. In the distance, gunfire and calls for help were drowned by the needle pains that pierced her sides. Right now, she was on the brink of passing out. The kick broke her ribs, and her injuries retained from the previous rounds of the fight took their toll. There was little she could do, but she continued to fight. As if to add more insult to injury, the General tapped her arms to check if she was alive. She kept quiet and remained still to gather her strength.

The distressed cry from Chichi alerted Paul and Gatz who had one another in headlocks. They were unaware of what happened outside. Even with the burning buildings, the panicked couple who were no longer in the room, and the dusky ashes that blew into the window, they were clueless. When her voice was heard, they released one another instantly. They forgot about their fight.

"Chichi?" Gatz's called out to her, but she did not respond. Not hearing her voice answer to her name, he rushed to his apartment room.

Paul jogged to the window when Gatz's left to check the apartment room Chichi was staying at. His bushy eyebrows raised when he saw the destruction that was outside. He never saw such carnage. In the room over, he heard objects being thrown and broken.

"Chichi!" He called for again, but still nothing. He did not see her in the room which made the always collected android frantic. He went mad. In a frenzy, he trashed his apartment in search for a clue of her whereabouts. He threw objects into the wall. The objects whether chairs or the t.v shattered onto the floor. Finding nothing that showed where Chichi was, he panted heavily from the adrenaline in his veins. His hand ran through his hair in the attempt gather his thoughts, but no idea came to him. His stressed state kept him from sensing out her energy which would have been the best option.

Being peturbed, he paced back and forth in the room until the missing balcony caught his attention. He ran over to it. It was then he saw the carnage outside. The burning buildings and dusty streets were an indication that there was a war waging on. He was too busy fighting with Paul that he did not notice what happened outside. Chichi must have been on the balcony when the city was attacked. He grit his teeth at the thought of her being injured.

Paul walked into the room and saw Gatz staring out from where the balcony used to be.

"Where is she?" He asked because he was worried about his female companion.

Gatz turned to Paul when he asked where Chichi was.

"I don't know, but I am going to find out. You better not get in my fucking way or I'll kill you." He warned because he was in no mood to deal with with anyone. His cold blooded tendencies were out of his control to the point he could snap at moment.

He heard Gatz's threat. Fortunately, he was more level headed than the hot head in front of him.

"I know you got this need to be Chichi's protector and hero, but she is my friend too. You're going to need my help with whatever the hell is outside. This ain't a fight for one person. We can find her faster if we work together." He suggested because it was the best way. He'd be damned if he were going to let Chichi and Gatz fight alone. Still yearning for a fight, he wanted the chance to pound someone's head in before the night was over

Gatz's chuckled sarcastically at Paul's peace offering.

"I'm no hero. I'm the fucking villain. Those freaks outside are dead." Though he hated Paul, he accepted his help. The quicker he found Chichi the sooner he could get to ending Paul's existence.

"You take the ground. I'll look for her through the air. Let's go before we waste time." He instructed Paul, and then jumped out the window to take to the skies.

Paul hurried out the door and headed into the complex's underground parking lot where his motorcycle remained in one piece.

"Time to show these punks who the Toughest in the Universe is." The motorcycle rumbled aggressively when he turned it on. A song blasted from the motorcycle's built in speakers. The music pumped into his system like an adrenaline rush. He would find Chichi and kick the ass of the person who messed with his friend. Revving the engine of his prized possession, he then kicked the stand of his bike and sped out of the parking lot to the dusty roads of Central City.

Song playing from Paul's Motorcycle

Gatz scanned the area for Chichi from the sky. The environment was in ruins, and it would be considered a nightmare to most. For Gatz, it was the scene he thrived in. While floating, he witnessed wild flames burst into the air from the buildings. He looked away from the buildings to search the ground. On the floor, there were scraps of metal that lay to the waste side on what used to be a busy street. It was a graveyard.

The smoke made it difficult for any person to be found, but the Great Android Terror had advanced sensors. His mental circuitry beeped to inform him that there was an object in the area that belonged to his target. With his advanced senses, he pinpointed what the beeping pointed to. His eyes widened. He ignored his shock and descended to what he found. It was Chichi's prized Bansho Fan she carried with her everywhere. It was on the floor, but she was no where to be found.

He picked it up off the floor and scowled at it.

“Whoever did this, I will make their death painful and slow.” He thought to himself. His intense glare remained fixed on the Bansho Fan because he was having a moment to gather his emotion. Behind him, a loud rumbling broke the silent moment. It was Paul Phoenix's motorcycle.

When he caught sight of Gatz, he braked to a stop. His booted feet rested on the floor to keep the motorcycle balanced. Then he stared at the object Gatz's held in his hand.

“Ain't that Chichi's fan?” He asked because he too saw her carry it weeks ago. He never asked what it was for because he figured it was personal.

Gatz's gazed broke from the Bansho Fan to give Paul attention. His wandering eyes saw the flattened car behind Paul. Unlike the other cars that were in good shape and abandoned, it looked like it was used as a weapon because it looked like a pancake. The front windshield was missing and the hood had body-sized dents. Uncontrollably, thoughts of Chichi being tackled into the car flashed through his mind. His breathing became heavy. His nostrils flared like a Bull preparing to strike. Gritting his teeth and clenching his fists to restrain his rage, he answered Paul's question.

“It is. She carries this around with her everywhere. She can't be too far from here. If someone is with her, they are going to wish they were dead. They are dead!” His voice sounded with power. It echoed off the buildings and shattered car windows. He wanted the freak to know he was coming. Keeping the bansho fan in hand, he looked around at the nearest vehicles. With a fit of rage, he stomped over to the nearest black, modernistic motorcycle and swung his leg over the top. His long coat flawlessly followed his movement.

Getting his leg over the top, he straddled the bike and studied it for a second. Once he learned the controls, he turned it on with a key that was conveniently left behind by the previous owner. The engine roared aggressively. His hands were steady on the handle bar Being in a hurry, he stepped on the accelerator hard. The sudden acceleration and power caused the bike to speed forward into poppa wheely. With his weight and arm strength, he controlled the motorcycle from toppling over. The front wheel landed on the floor to give the vehicle full traction. After the skillful mastery of handling the motorcycle, he sped off into the dusty road ahead.

“We should get moving.” Paul pumped the handlebar of the motorcycle to get the engine to roar. Seeing Gatz's take off with an impressive motorcycle display, he followed. The two sped forward to unprecedented territory.

The street was littered with objects. Paul and Gatz maneuvered from side to side to avoid crashing. As they sped down the street that was currently an obstacle course, the woman they searched for continued fighting.

Chichi lay on her stomach and kept motionless to gather strength. She felt Ex's soulless eyes observe her. It sicked her because he only observed her to see if she was alive. Since he was unable to tell, he tapped her arms with his foot to get her to move.

General Ex was clueless that Chichi remained conscious. After tapping her arm several times, her lack of movement lowered his guard.

“Well I guess I should take you in since the higher ups want you. I don't get what the hell you'd be useful for.” He was about to bent over to pick her up.

Feeling him get closer to her, she went on the offensive.

“I'm not going anywhere!” She pushed herself off the ground with all her strength that got her onto her feet instantly. It was a last ditch effort to escape from the General. When she pushed herself from the floor, she delivered a punch that was aimed for the General's face. She thought she got him by surprise, but was mistaken.

Ex's android reflexes saved him from getting a face lift. The instant Chichi got onto her feet his reflexes went into overdrive. She sent a fist towards his face. At the last second, before her fist could smash his nose in, he caught her fist. The shocked expression on her face bought a smile to his lips.

“So you do have some fight left in you!”

Her fist was caught.

{No way!} She thought in disbelief because she was positive his guard was down. In desperation, she tried to punch him again with her free hand, but it was no use.

Ex predicted she would strike again. Like with her first fist, he stopped the second one. He had both of her fists within his grasp.

“Nuh uh uh” To subdue her, he let go of her fist and reached for her neck. He then pushed her roughly into the brick wall that was cracked from her being thrown into it.

Her eyes closed tightly when Ex grabbed her neck. She gagged when he squeezed the air from her airway. With one of her fists in his clutches, she instinctively placed her free hand on his arm to ease his grip. His strength caused her to back pedal as she fought struggled against him. As he drove her back, she stomped at his toes. The force she put into her stomps would have broken a normal human's toes easily, but he felt no pain. He was unfazed. Try as she may, she was eventually over powered and pressed into the wall behind her.

She winced when her sore spine touched the wall harshly. The tantalizing pain made her eyes watery. When she opened her shimmery black eyes, a sinister pair of white eyes stared into hers. A creepy smirk reflected into her pupils.

“I don't want to play any longer. You're finished. You're coming with me.” He stated as if she had no choice in the matter.

She refused to believe she was finished and that this was her destiny. He acted as if he were victorious. Hearing his ultimatum, her terrorized expression faded, and her eyes narrowed fiercely. Her water-eyed expression heightened the intensity behind her refusal. She was not going anywhere, and she wanted him to hear it.

“N-never!” Even with her airway tightened, the pride behind her croaked words came forth.

Paul and Gatz raced into the scene.

When Gatz's heard Chichi's voice, he gunned it and sped passed Paul.

The motorcycle hit its top speed. Gatz kept control as the bike blitz by burning objects and through thick flames. In the distance, he saw her pressed against a wall by a military man. He knew immediately that the man was not human because he sensed no life force from him. Nevertheless, the fucker was finished. He looked over at Paul and motioned his head towards Chichi's direction. It instructed Paul to go get Chichi without him saying a word.

Then, focusing back on the General, his eyes darkened because the brutal killer inside of him wanted to be unleashed. Before the fucker could do any more harm to Chichi, he jumped off the bike and into the air. The unmanned motorcycle crashed into a light pole exploding on impact.

Paul saw her too. Seeing Gatz's head point towards Chichi, he nodded and raced at the unsuspecting General.

Gatz, peering down at his victim from the sky, charged a red ball in his hand.

“Get the fuck away from her you freak!” He demanded with rage. Without hesitation he then fired the ki bomb directly at the General.

General Ex, with his back turned, heard the commotion behind him.

“Huh?” His senses felt the blast fired at backside, and he was forced to release Chichi. Abruptly, he spun to defend himself. He slapped the blast away from him at the last possible second. The deflected blast hit a building from across the street. The building was obliterated the moment it was hit. After seeing the aftermath of the attack that was intended for him, he glared at the mastermind who was behind it.

“You have a death wish. You know that?” Ex commented with certainty. His ghostly eyes gazed at Gatz who descended from the sky to land on the street ten feet in front of where Ex stood.

Chichi was released, but not seen how it happened. Being too tired to stand, she slid downward against the wall until her butt sat against the pavement. Her untied strands of hair fell over her shoulders. Her face, which was covered in soot and small cuts, showed how battle worn she was. When she was released, she was able to breathe again, and it was a relief to her lungs.

Paul skid to a stop in front of Chichi. Before he picked her up, he looked over at Gatz to see how he coped with the General. He wanted a piece of the freak too.

Gatz glanced over at Chichi and saw her weakened condition. He closed his eyes momentarily to keep himself from losing his cool completely. Keeping himself from turning psychotic, he opened his eyes and instructed Paul on what to do. He needed Chichi out of the area because he planned on annihilating the whole city. With her safe, he could focus on what his killing.

“Get her out of here. I'll deal with this freak.” He ordered and expected Paul to do it. Then he tossed his long coat aside to get comfortable for the slaughter.

Paul knew Gatz was right. Looking back at Chichi's battered body and torn clothes, she had to get help fast. The city was in ruins, therefore, leaving the city was the best chance she had of getting help.

“Come here” His rugged tone softened to not startle her.

“We are going to get you some help just hang in there.” He bent over and picked her light body off the floor. Then he gently placed her in between his arms and in front of him to keep her steady on the bike. By having his arms around her, she was secure and would not need to hold onto him.

When she was placed on the motorcycle, she was barely conscious. She heard Paul's and Gatz's, but she was too tired to respond. For now, she stayed calm.

Gazing one last time at Gatz, Paul sped off with Chichi.

Gatz watched Paul ride off with Chichi. Once they were a distance away, his cold stare fell onto the General who did not notice that his objective was being carried away. He looked unconcerned either. Staring at Ex's face, caused him to erupt with anger. The moment Chichi was at a safe distance he charged at the General with a mighty rage.

“YOU ARE DEAD!” His fist connected with the General who blocked with his forearms. The general did not know why he was being attacked, but he defended it anyway. The moment it connected a shock wave of energy blew from his fist.

Meanwhile, Paul raced towards the exit of the city with Chichi in between his arms. He did not expect for her to wake up, but she did.

A booming breeze hit her face. Feeling an increase of wind against her skin, she opened her eyes. The last thing she remembered was being pressed against the wall by General Ex. She observed her surroundings. Right away, she noticed buildings whizzing by. She looked around until she realized she was riding with someone. Her half opened eyes gazed at Paul who was too focused to see that she had woken up. While staring at Paul, she recalled Gatz's voice in her memory. She searched for him, but he was no where to be found. Not seeing him, she came to the conclusion that Gatz stayed behind to fight the soulless ma known as General Ex.

Paul felt Chichi's fabric rub against his bare forearms. He stared down at her and smiled in relief. It brought him peace that she was able to move.

“Look who finally decided to wake up.” He said cheerily.

She pushed his attempt to lighten the mood aside. It was urgent that he listened to her.

“Paul..y-you have to go back. The sick delinquent is too strong..for Gatz to handle alone. He licks his own blood for crying out loud.”

He knew all about being the Toughest in the Universe, but what Chichi asked of him was crazy. He usually listened to her requests, but this one was out of the question.

“You're a tough chick, but there aint no way I am taking you back there especially if that loser licks his own blood. ” He wanted to make himself clear. With his attention on Chichi, he hadn't noticed the group of footed soldiers ahead of him that blocked the exit of Central City.

She sighed in defeat because in her current state she couldn't out muscle the bearded fighter. Looking away from Paul Phoenix, she muttered something to herself.

“Try to stay alive Gatz..” Her hope was that he could handle General Ex alone. Then, out of curiosity, she looked at the road. Her eyes widened.

Paul brought his attention back onto the road after he Chichi got rid of the idea of going back. Once he looked up, his eyes widened to look like Chichi's.

“Woah!” Paul and Chichi hollered at the same time when they saw the armed soldiers in their way. With urgency, Paul's motorcycle skid and slid to the side. He placed his foot on the floor to keep the motorcycle from falling over.

“You crazy driver we almost crashed! We can't go that way! Turn around! GO GO GO!” She exclaimed because there were too many soldiers to take on. Being panicked, her fist punched against Paul's shoulder to get him to move.

The soldiers rose their guns when they saw Chichi and Paul on the motorcycle. They started to run right at them like crazed zombies.

“Alright, new plan. We're going back!” He said as if he was the one who wanted to go back in the fist place. After skidding to a halt, he turned the motorcycle and sped off to where they had come from.

Gatz heard Chichi's complaining in the distance. After he punched General Ex, he jumped into the air to see what had happened. Even through the thick fog, he was able to see the road block Paul and Chichi ran into.

“Time to clear out the trash.” From his armor plated forearms, red bolts of electrical energy crackled as he prepared an attack. He waited a couple of seconds for Chichi and Paul to get out of the area. Staring at the soldiers, in the distance and with a twisted smile, he thrust his arm forward. A red beam shot forth from his hand at the men who were busy firing at the escaping duo on the motorcycle.

Paul kept cool even with the blast that erupted behind him. He saw General Ex sitting in the middle of the road a distance away. A thought of running General Ex came to mind. It was de ja vu because they were back to where they started from.

Chichi thought the soldiers were chasing after them until she heard an explosion. Soon after the explosion, she noticed a red light shine from behind Paul. Raising herself in between his arms, she glanced over his shoulder and saw the army of soldiers deteriorate within the blast. It was a gruesome scene. Not only did she witness their deaths, but she listened to them too. She heard their anguish moans within the red blast, but in an instant, they were gone.

Gatz's smirked at his handy work because he had thrown out the trash that was partly the reason that Chichi was injured. Being a killer android, he found pleasure in destruction and chaos. The main difference was he liked it more when it was out of vengeance. Their screeching howls of death was music to his ears. There were no more armed soldiers left to disturb him from torturing the fucker below him.

General Ex fell over from the punch Gatz's delivered, but he was not hurt. Seeing Gatz jump into the air and fire a energy beam, he caught onto what was happening especially after he heard faint cries of his men in the distance. They were gone in a flash. He looked over to see if his objective remained where he left her. Noticing Chichi gone from the wall, he snarled for being tricked.

His sensors caught her energy signal a distance from where he was. Getting onto his feet, he stood in front of the motorcycle that raced towards him.

“Where do you two think you are taking MY OBJECTIVE! She is the property of the Red Ribbon Elite!” His white eyes glowed menacingly. From his anger, a lightning bolt shot down from the sky He blasted the backside of Paul's bike which caused the motorcycle to flip forward.

“NO!” Gatz's shouted when he witnessed the motorcycle flip. Without a second thought, he darted towards General Ex. He tackled him into the street. The two wrestled for the power position. Gatz growled with rage as he tried to subdue the fucker for trying to attack Chichi again. Her scream drove into his mind like a knife.

Chichi screamed when the motorcycle flipped forward.

“Ah fuck!” Paul cursed at his luck. Being used to tense situations, wrapped his arms around Chichi and dove off the motorcycle. They rolled across the pavement floor. He heard Chichi scream in his leather coat. With Chichi in his arms, he took the brunt of the impact. Unfortunately, he could not save his motorcycle like he did Chichi. After they stopped rolling, he stabilized himself on his elbows to keep from crushing Chichi from his weight. He momentarily forgot she was with him. Then he looked up from the floor to see that his motorcycle was in flames.

“Damn it to hell!” He punched the floor with anger. It took a lot to make him mad. His patience level reached its brink. Destroying his motorcycle, was an insult to his manhood. There was no more Mister nice guy. He would join Gatz in his fight to kick some ass.

Quieting herself, she looked up at Paul who was livid. Had her temper rubbed off on him? She heard Paul curse and watched him punch the floor. His fist made another pothole by her side. Why was he upset? Following his eyes, she turned to her side to see his motorcycle in flames. She knew he liked that motorcycle. Did General Ex have no limit to his trouble making ways?

Paul stood onto his feet. Snarling to himself, he picked Chichi up off the floor and carried her to a shop across the street.

“You don't have to carry me Paul. You should have left on the floor.” Her eyes were half opened. Coughing after she commented, made her remark useless.

“I want you to be as far from the ass kicking as possible. It won't be pretty what I'm going to do that shit head over there.” Once he reached a shop that was off the street, he placed her on the floor with her back upright against the wall. He crouched in front of her to wipe the long locks of hair that covered her soot covered cheeks. His thumb rubbed off the small scabs that had formed from her thin cuts.

Fight Music

“Stay here.” He left her alone to help Gatz with General Ex.

She closed her eyes because her pride took a hit for being sidelined. She wanted to join them in the fight to take down General Ex. It was unlikely that she'd be able too. Her ribs were broken, her back sore, and her body thrashed. To most, she looked like she barely escaped a bus wreckage. Sitting alone against a shop's wall, she drifted into unconsciousness which unknowingly heightened her senses to the battle that would wage on among the three men.

Gatz's triceps flexed when he gripped his hands around General Ex's neck. He managed to get the power position during their struggle after he viciously tackled the General to the ground for attacking Chichi. He had a tight hold around the General's neck. His intention was to choke him and snap it in the process, but the General would not be killed so simply.

Ex clawed at the unknown attacker's plated forearms to get him to release his neck. Grunting with strain, his bear-like grip clenched the long coated man's wrists. They grit their teeth to put an extra OOMPH in their struggle.

Paul entered the scene to see the two men on the floor. He stood by as Gatz's had his fingers gripped around Ex's neck.

“I....am going to..kill you!” Gatz's voice sounded strained because of the effort he was putting in trying to break the Ex's neck.

While Ex was trying not to get killed, Gatz's was attempting to end his life. It seemed Gatz's had the upper hand until Ex did something unexpected.

The General's white eyes glowed brightly. Like a bullet, two small energy beams shot from his eyes.

Gatz saw the General's eyes illuminate intensely. He was preparing an attack. This didn't look good. As close as he was to killing the fucker beneath him, he had to be smart. He was sure of it. Having no time to think, he dove to the side. The two white beams skinned his arm, but it was better than them piercing his heart.

Not giving Gatz any time to recover, Ex flipped onto his feet and stepped forward to kick him while e was on the ground. He had not seen that Paul was at his side though.

“This is for my bike asshole!” Before Ex could boot Gatz, Paul grabbed him by the collar. He then turned his back and threw Ex over his shoulder. The main difference between this shoulder toss in comparison to others was that Paul did not release him once the Ex was over his head. Once he got the General over his shoulder, Paul flipped himself too to go along with the ride. This made Paul's back fall and crush into the Ex's chest.

Example: http://youtu.be/gOVz5RZLkP8?t=2m10s (The Throw at 2:10 seconds)

After flipping, Paul rolled onto his feet. He thought the General was finished, but he was wrong. The asshole had more in him.

Gatz touched his wounded arm. Feeling no blood, he looked at Ex who just went for a ride, but seemed strong even after Paul's attack. His cold glare rested on the General again. He ignored Paul's presence even though Paul stopped the General from booting him in the ribs.

Ex was taken by surprise by Paul's blind side attack. He figured he was killed in the motorcycle accident. Perhaps he underestimated the leather wearing punk. After being shoulder tossed and then crushed underneath Paul's weight, he slowly rose to his feet. It would take more than some fancy throws to defeat him. His primal instincts took over him. Sensing that he had to end this fight quickly, he ripped his fancy, military jacket off.

There were blue tattoos on his chest that began to started to flicker. The light coming from is tattoos was part of an special maneuver he was readying for the two idiots that dared to challenge him.

“I hope you guys like toast.” He snickered creepily.

Gatz swung his arms across his chest to loosen up. He took no interest in Ex's ability to glow. After loosening his arms, he put his fists up.

“I'll put you into the ground freak.” His glare intensified at the sight of the General conjuring up his energy.

Paul punched the palm of his hand and placed his fists up.

“I like my toast extra crispy. I'm hungry enough to pound your ass back to wherever you came from.” He said slyly.

General Ex was amused by their responses. There would not be any fight to be had because his attack would be enough to finish them both off. Soon enough, they'd be begging him to die. They were in for a torturous night.

“Let's see if you two can handle more pain than that female you two are so fond of.”

Gatz snapped and let himself go into a dark place. Hearing him talk badly about Chichi, infuriated him. It was the end for him. With a mighty rage, he sprinted at Ex determined to punch a hole through his chest.

Paul followed Gatz. Running side to side, one of them was bound to get to Ex or so they thought.

Before either of them got to him, he finished charging, and he was about to unleash whatever it was that he was preparing for them.

The intensity of the brightness from chested tattoos heightened. He smirked wickedly when Gatz's was about to punch him in the chest.

“Go to hell!” Gatz fist drove forward and was headed straight through Ex's chest. With the power he had behind it, his fist would shred any insides that the General had.

“You first!” His thrust one arm forward at Gatz. Along with his arm, a bolt if electricity hit Gatz's chest sending him skidding into the pavement. His body tore the black tar like it was a piece of paper.

Paul was soon to follow Gatz. Pulling his red glowing fist back, he then went for his Death Fist finisher that would kill Ex.

“BRAAAAAAAAAAAH!” The bearded man grunted along with his punch hoping it would knock the General out. Unfortunately, like Gatz's, he was stopped before his punch could do any damage. He was sent crashing into the pavement into Gatz.

“The pain games will commence. The first to die wins.” Ex laughed at his cruel joke. Noticing that the two were getting back onto their feet, he stretched his arms forward. His hands shot out an electricity. In a blink of an eye, the two were caught in the surge. Their bodies jerked from the high voltage.

Gatz was the first to be struck by the high voltage. His face cringed when the current hit him. He was being barbecued alive.

Then it was Paul who succumbed to the Ex's attack. He grunted in pain, but refused to fall onto his knees.

“I'm the TOUGHEST IN THE UNIVERSE” Paul yelled out to keep from giving into his pain.

“You'll be the toughest in HELL BHAHAHAHA” Ex taunted Paul with his laughter. As he laughed at his sinister joke, the electricity surging out of his arms increased in power which would only make the pain worse for the two would be heroes.

Gatz clenched teeth feeling the pain overwhelm him. He clenched his fist and grimaced. Looking over at Chichi, he used her as motivation to keep himself from submitting to his pain. He would not cry out for the Ex's satisfaction. Keeping his fists clenched, he hoped for an opening that would not come.

Paul, as tough as he was, didn't know how much more he could take.

The two men were faced with an impossible situation. While they were being tortured, Chichi's unconscious state sensed everything that happened. Their fight was brutal, but now it had become on sided. She heard their strong souls calling mercy, but they were too proud to admit it out loud. They were men.

Mentally, she begged the General to stop, but her mouth had not moved.

{Stop it! Stop hurting them you jerk!} She pleaded so that her two friends could be released and not suffer anymore. She did not want them to die for her. Unable to rid herself of the thoughts, she came out of her unconsciousness.

Her eyes opened slowly. At first, her vision was blurred, but blinking helped clear her vision. She saw the two men being tortured in front of her. They were to proud to beg and would rather die than give in. It was then she saw Paul fall on one knee. The brave Gatz continued to stand upright despite the pain he was in. His eyes met with hers. Seeing how hurt he was, triggered the volcanic eruption that was her temper. She was giving in to herself. She was giving into her rage.

Through the pain, Gatz was somehow able to see Chichi sitting up right against the wall. His sensors picked up on her increase in power that was about to break loose. He had known about her hidden power. If she had tapped into some of its depths, they were in trouble. Knowing she was unable to control them, he started to struggle more within the confinement of the electrical current. If Paul and him did not leave the area, they were finished.

The General continued to laugh until he too picked up on the increase in power from behind him.

“What the?” Ex let his guard down which had given Gatz the chance he needed.

Gatz grunted and his muscles flexed. With his muscles fully flexed, he powered out of his restrained. His aura broke Paul free too.

Ex turned to see that Chichi was standing again. His smirk faded as he studied her defying appearance. Her blackened eyes glaring directly at him. They were watery and enraged. He had seen that when they were fighting, but this time it was different. It was like she was possessed..

Wasting no time, Gatz grabbed Paul who still remained on one knee.

Paul was not as eager to get out of the area as Gatz was. Feeling himself get dragged, he fought against it.

What the hell are you doing? Chichi is still back there, and this fight ain't over. I got to kick his ass and show him who the Toughest in the Universe is.”

Gatz didn't have time to argue with Paul's slogan. Growling with impatience, he tossed Paul into a liquor store. He followed right after. Grabbing a bottle of Hennesse, he opened it and started chugging.

“The fucker is already dead. Trust me you don't want to be here when the nucluer Chichi bomb goes off. You better sit back and take a drink. We're in for one fucked up ride.” He laid himself behind the counter because he was expecting the worst to happen soon.

Paul landed flat on his stomach inside the store. He didn't know what the hell was going on.

“We just left Chichi out there with a maniac!” He was about to get up from the floor and get Chichi, but Gatz's grabbed his arm.

Gatz put the bottle down and looked over at Paul like he was stupid.

“You mean we left the General out there with her.” Though he wanted to snap the General's neck, he was not about to go out there when he knew exactly what was going to happen. During his journey, he discovered something about Chichi's heritage that he would tell her when the time came for it.

“I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Did you see what he did out there? I still feel the shock in my hair.” He touched his gelled up hair to emphasize his point.

Gatz snarled and tossed the bottle at the wall.

“Just wait and see” His built in sensors were never wrong.

Chichi was lost in her emotion. Her black pupils glared into the General's white eyes. The ground had begun to shake. Beneath her feet, the pavement cracked. She had her arms at her sides.

“Stop this foolish game woman” For the first time in their encounter, it was Ex who was feeling unsure. He didn't know what was going on with her.

She said nothing because she was lost. A red aura ignited around her to give off warning that the energy inside of her was on the brink of being released. The moment he mocked her it set her off. The volcanic temper was unleashed. With a mighty scream, she looked up at the sky with her arms stretched out as if she had wings. Underneath her, the pavement caved in from the pure force behind her scream. Her high pitch cry released a surge of power that blasted from her body. The platonic white energy destroyed everything in its path. The nearest buildings disintegrated, cars annihilated, and the city turned to ashes.

“NOOOOOOOOOOOO!” He choked as he was taken with the blast. The General was engulfed in the nuclear bomb that was her energy.

“Oh shit!” Paul covered his head as the glass windows shattered onto his head. He heard an explosion outside that momentarily deafened him. The rooftop of the liquor store blew clean off.

Gatz who was expecting Chichi to do her worst placed an energy field around Paul and himself to keep the white blast from killing them. His squinted at the bright light that likely left behind carnage and destruction. He knew more than half the city would be gone. Grabbing his bottle, he took another sip to ease the insanity he witnessed.

The light came and went in a matter of seconds. Once it was gone, Gatz and Paul slowly rose to their feet. They looked at one another when they noticed that the liquor store, that they hid in, was no more. Carefully, they forward to what used to be the threshold of the store. What they saw outside was nothing more than sand.

“W-what the hell?” Paul looked around at the devastation. There was more than half of the city missing. It messed with his mind how there were buildings still standing on one end, but where he stood there was nothing left. He was too awe struck to notice Chichi laying on the floor.

Gatz wasn't as shocked. Then he saw her.

“It's not hell.” He answered casually. Seeing Chichi on the ground, he jogged over to her and leaned over. He pressed his hear to her chest. She was breathing, but needed medical attention. He scooped her into his arms and started to walk on the sandy floor towards what used to be the exit of the city.

Paul shook his head and saw Gatz pick Chichi up into his arms.

“She's gonna need some medical attention. Hang in there Chi were gonna fix you up.” He walked alongside Gatz who knew it too.

“That was unreal.” Gatz thought to himself. Chichi's head drooped back within his arms which showed off her lengthy hair and accentuated her beauty. It was a inspiring moment. While she had not known it, she saved them both.

Chichi lay on the ground motionless like sleeping beauty. She was lifted into Gatz's arms. After releasing the depths of her power onto the General and to the city, it drained her. She would not remember what happened when she woke up.

However, the threat that was General Ex was gone for now.
