Anju and Gatz were commenting behind her, but she was lost in her thoughts. She had another mood swing which meant she was no longer angry. Her mind wandered off about how and when exactly she would have a child. The memories of her previous children did not exist. Behind her, she looked back to see the duo floating in the sky as if they were patrollimg her. The teenager spoke about lunch, living at their apartment, and being included. She already wanted Chichi to be a mother she never became.

It was difficult to swallow the pressure. In her mind, she was young and niave. Was Gatz truly the man she would be with? Was Anju the daughter she one day wished to have, yet was unprepared to handle at the moment.

The problem was how suddenly everything fell onto her shoulders. She was not only hunted, but she had become more than a village princess in a matter of months. As she eyed the two, she decided not to blurt out her concerns as she usualky had. Like with Goten, she would attempt to give Aniu a chance. Her pure heart was behind giving the young one a chance. Silently, she groaned at Gatz's rudeness. It would take a lot more than his muscles and a future prediction to get more from her especially with his manners.

"I want to shop first before we go to the apartment to eat. There are a lot of sales I don't want to miss, and I don't want to break the bad news to Paul that he will have to sleep on the couch." Paul also lived with them since he aided her with thr black bow problems. She provided him home cooked meals, training partner, and a place to say. He was a goof ball, but one of her first real friends.

Gatz smirked at Anju's smart mouth. With her being his offspring, it was no shocker. He floated up in the air alongside Anju to keep a watchful eye on Chi-chi. His joking demeanor didn't display how protective he was of the woman on the ground. He did like to troll and tease her, but at the end of the day, she meant more to him than she would ever know or he would ever admit. The fact that he had a child with her, who had come back from the future, was proof of it.

The girl was hungry and needed a place to stay. He remembered how needy teenage girls could be. Since he was no expert at being a father because he was not one as of yet, he didn't comment as most fathers would. Looking over at Anju and remembering that Paul was also staying at his apartment, his smirk grew. Chi-chi had a point. It would be rough trying to explain to the clown why he had to give his bed to a new girl.

"You'll have to fight Paul for his room and scraps of food." He teased, but had a serious expression on his face so that Anju would believe he was being truthful. He wasn't though. The clown had a tendency to be nice so he would assume the goofball would cough up his room without a problem. It wouldn't come without complaining though. As tough as that freak was, he could act more childish than himself.

The money portion wasn't a big deal in the slightest. Gatz was loaded with money due to his underground and very illegal fight club. He was an android of destruction, but he knew how to invest his money wisely. It's how he grew a fortune. Owning more than a quarter of the city business, the cops left him alone. The club brought in a lot of money. His apartment was large enough for all of them to have rooms. The main thing he would have to do is encourage Chi-chi to stay in his. The serious expression on his face was replaced by a pervious grin.

"You heard the princess Anju. We have to go shop for more shit she won't wear. I'll just buy your hungry ass some food at the mall before we got back to the apartment. I should bring some for that Phoenix clown so he won't be eating all our crap in the fridge." He was reminded of what happened last time they didn't bring Paul food. He rummaged through the fridge and ate everything in it. It took a lot of willpower to understand why he let another man in his apartment. Remembering how Paul was Chi-Chi's friend and had aided them through the Black Bow Army fuckers, he was lenient with the dude.

Anjus ears perked up at Phoenix's name, though not because she was surprised to hear his first name.

"Mr. Phoenix lives with you guys?" She asked, unable even still to imagine it. Though she knew some things about her parent's past, there wasn't much she knew to Paul's.

And ontop of that, her father suggesting the man would need to be fought off, for room and board.

She shot him a glare at such a statement. Why the hell should she be tested? But then she figured, perhaps that was just how her father was.

She shoved her hands into the pockets of the jacket she was wearing.

"I guess it's only fitting to have to fight Mr. Phoenix off." She went along with it. Mostly due to not wanting to argue the matter with anyone.

Though also, she figured Mr.Phoenix would be good for sparring with. And letting off steam on.

Once her father suggested instead that he'd buy her a meal from the mall, she softened up a bit.

"That sounds awesome. Well, not the part about Mr. Phoenix. Thanks uh...dad."

She finished awkwardly, because she simply didn't know how to feel. First he was a jerk, then he'd soften up, then he'd propose more jerkish things.

An odd process, given most of her childhood had been spent with him distant.

If this was her dad when he was normal and not distracted, she didn't know fully if she could accept it.

Though she did know she could accept sitting down out of the glare of the sun, and have a snack. Especially before meeting, and beating up Mr. Phoenix for her right to stay in her parent's house.

She admitted however to herself, how severely lazy that sounded in the end. But only to herself.

She kept at the same pace she had been going. Though to be fair, she also wanted to go faster. Suddenly she wished she hadn't panicked and took her mother this far away from the mall and city.

And since her mother didn't enjoy it when she was flying, she figured she really wouldn't enjoy it with dad doing it.

But she did not enjoy going this slow. Not when there was trouble around at possibly every corner. And her patience was wearing thin.

She tried to fight it however, so she could avoid scaring her mother again for the fourth time today.

"How many sales are going on today?" She mused, hoping they wouldn't get home too late.

But having experienced first hand how her stubborn her mother was, it wouldn't have surprised her.

She shrugged and decided to keep her guard up then. She felt slightly better that her father was around too, just in case they did run into any big trouble.

She overheard Gatz mention that she would buy more useless items that she would not wear. This was not true in the slightest. While she did purchase a variety of clothes and items, she did use them at least once or twice. There was a sale. Why waste the chance to further enhance her closet? Not to mention, it was a great stress reliever. After finding out she was a mother, to yet another child, the stress relief was what she needed.

"I'll have you know Mister Gatz that I do use all the items that I buy." She reminded him after he commented about her shopping habit. Since he accepted going to the mall with her, she won for the time being.

The city was in the distance. She could have called for her nimbus, but preferred to walk to let some steam off. The two behind her were flying. She never learned how to fly mainly because she was afraid of heights. With the Nimbus, she at least had some stability. She did get more comfortable over the months with allowing Gatz to carry her. However, he liked to mess with her phobia, and she wasn't in the mood for it.

Anju was shocked to hear that Paul Phoenix lived with them.

"What is so surprising about that? He is a bit messy, but he at least doesn't walk around with no pants on." She glared over at Gatz who had a tendency to be open with his nudity. He was as unconcerned about manners as it came. Nevertheless, she found it funny sometimes when Paul would remark on Gatz's style because Paul was no better himself. They were two men plain and simple

"Paul may be a stinky fellow sometimes, but you will get along with him Anju. He is friendly despite his bad manners. I would suggest not talking about any bears though. He hates them for whatever reason." She suggested to Anju. Paul mentioned to her that he hated grizzly bears. Since Chichi didn't bother to ask more about it, she left it alone. It was intruiging how a strong man like him could be scared of a bear.

The mall was a distance away and walking wouldn't get them anywhere. For the time being, he kept his distance from Chichi until she mentioned him walking around half naked around his apartment. Her sharp mouth was about to get the same taste because he just enjoyed making her turn red and irritated. Smirking after her comment, he swooped to the ground and landed next to her.

"Don't act like you don't like it. Besides Paul's a lot worse than I am when you're not around. He may not so kid friendly especially when he walks around naked sometimes to get something out of the fridge." He didn't need to sleep, but he had the misfortune of catching Paul in the act. He was sneaky about it too. After saying she liked him being half naked, he unzipped his hoodie and tossed it to Anju. He was bare chested now.

"It got hot all of a sudden. " He didn't care for Paul's hatrrd for bears. He was more concerned about getting in and out of the mall.

"This shit is taking forever." He got bored of walking. Effortlessly, he grasped Chichi and scooped her into his arms. Then he flew up to Anju.

"Don't drop the hoodie squirt." With that request, he flew towards the mall even if Chi complained.

Anju crossed her arms thoughtfully and nodded. Well this was true, Mr. Phoenix wasn't as distant as her father had been in her timeline.

Though around her, he at least wore pants. And she shook her head a bit.

"Well this no pants strutting is going to stop right quick. I'm not interested in looking at the other gender's junk just yet..."

She mused to herself proudly. She figured one, maybe two kicks to Mr. Phoenix and he'd be down for the count.

"Cause I certainly don't need to see that... that's just...not on the agenda."

She said, as she kept her mind free of dirty and obscene thoughts that most other teens her age might've had.

But while thinking on changing the behavior of her mentor, something blocked her vision suddenly.

Holding back a screech, she pulled the offending piece of cloth away from her face, taking a deep breath of fresh air.

She shot her father an annoyed glare. With her cheeks puffing out in annoyance.

"Might I add it's a little T.M.I to tease your daughter about what her mother likes about you in particular...? I just said I don't wanna know that much about Mr. Phoenix, that goes double for you two when it comes to...when it comes to you know!"She rudely replied.

She shook her head, yeah admittedly, it was getting warm. But she certainly wasn't going to get into the same habit her father apparently had.

Besides, she figured if she had stripped down, he'd flip due to the orange, tight tube top she had on underneath. Not the best type of clothing to travel in.

She guessed she'd just have to change that, keeping hold tight of Gatz' hoodie.

"Couldn't you just buy another one if I did?" She shot back at him, speeding up as she flew at his pace back to the mall.

The cool air against her face helped her cool off under her thick hoodie.

Tucking her father's hoodie under her arm, and even tying the arms of it around her own, she kept up at his pace and twirled around with a smile.

Flying was such a blessing in her mind. A quick way to get where ever you wanted.

So she didn't much understand what her mother's problem with it was...other then a fear of heights perhaps.

But deciding to leave the subject alone for now, she didn't say anything about it. Enjoying the fresh air and wind in her face, blowing her shoulder length hair back.

"You really have no manners at all Gatz!" Her hand slapped his forehead when he lifted her off the ground. She was shocked to see that he was shirtless too. Her mouth gaped open as if she was offended by his remark about "liking it" when he was half dress. Once she slapped him across the forehead and made sure it would hurt, she folded her arms angrily. It was even worse when Gatz mentioned about Paul walking around nude. The thought of a naked man walking through the apartment caused her cheeks to turn red with rage. It was more than she could bare.

"I surely hope I never see that from him." She muttered to herself, but then to her defense came Anju. Her black eyes glanced at Anju. For the time being, she was distacted by Anju which meant she paid no attention to the fact that she was in the sky. Her fear of heights was momentarily subdued by her admiring Anju's manners. The girl had more respect than she thought. For the first time throughout the day, Chichi smiled pleasantly. If Anju was truly her daughter to be, she at least had someone who defended her as a proper lady.

"Yes, you shouldn't comment about those things in front of a young, impressionable teenager Gatz. You should know better especially if you want to be a good poppa." It was odd that she accepted Anju as her daughter quicker than Goten and Gohan. There was something about her that felt right. It wasn't like she could argue about it either. The teenager was just as stubborn as her.

They reached the mall. Once they arrived, she hopped out of Gatz arms.

"You're not going to walk in the mall like that are you?" She pointed at Gatz who was bare chested. Knowing how he was, she didn't let him answer and quickly turned to enter inside the mall. She didn't have the patience for it. Her first destination was the clothing shop she was at earlier before she found Anju in the dressing room. There were several clothes she left behind and needed to try on.

"Ow..what the hell?" Gatz exclaimed when he was hit across the head. He fully expected it, but couldn't help comment about it. It didn't hurt considering she hadn't put her full force into it. Taking the hit like a man, he smirked over at Anju who was talking about his hoodie and the fact that he wasn't discreet about his relationship with her mother. He enjoyed how the two women were on his case. He liked annoying the both of them to get them riled up.

"Anju is partly to blame. She did say I was going to have offspring. I was just trying to speed things up a bit." He got worse even after Anju mentioned how she didn't want to hear about it.

Chi-chi spoke how she didn't want to see Paul walking around naked. He didn't want to see it either as well as Anju. His smirk turned into a serious expression. He looked intense as he spoke.

"If he undresses around any of you, I will kick his ass. I don't give two fucks if he is a friend or if he if the Toughest in the Universe. He better keep his junk to himself. Like Anju said, we don't need to be seeing that. I expect you Anju to keep your eyes to yourself too. I might not know about being a parent, but I do know how to hurt someone badly so I suggest you listen to my warning too. " Paul meant well, but that didn't mean Gatz wouldn't hurt him if he crossed the line. They had their fights in the past. He growled lowly to himself when he remembered how he caught Paul and Chi-chi eating breakfast together before he knew Paul. It was a misunderstanding and eventually the both of them worked together to save Chi-chi from the Black Bow Army. It still burned his mind and haunted his temper.

Seeing the mall, he landed swiftly on the ground. Chi-chi pointed out that he was bare chested. She asked if he would go in like that. He barely noticed it. The answer was obvious. He would go inside bare chested.

"I'd like to see them try to kick me out..." Chi-chi didn't even bother listen to what he had to say.

"Hey!" He called out to her. Looking over at Anju, he punched he palm of his hand with his fist.

"I might have to kill someone today." He said viciously because something bad was bound to happen. His black eyes darkened further. Knowing Chi-chi's stubbornness well, she would probably get herself in trouble in the mall. He didn't waste anymore time and followed behind Chi-chi. He expected Anju to follow.

Once they reached the mall and landed, Anju followed them inside, passing her fathers hoodie back to him.

But hearing him confidently suggest that the mall security kick him out for being shirtless, made her wonder.

Still, she shoved it into his arms as she strutted past, following her mother already like a honing machine.

"Let's not give them a reason to, shall we?" She called over her shoulder. Not noticing him by passing her at a much faster pace, suggesting he may have to murder a person today.

Her eyes bugged out of her head as she caught up to them.

{Oh come on! If we're gonna be getting lunch, I really don't want to have to protect other people from you!} She complained internally of her father.

{Argh....why me?}

"I really hope you're joking. No one needs to die today unless they're those no good jerk offs from BBA...." She hissed at him, her pace losing it's confidence, and gaining instead an intimidating aura as her fists clenched in frustration.

She then thought back to his warning about keeping her hands and eyes to herself, and wondered just what other nonsense he could manage to throw out into the open to worry with her.

{Not like I'm here for a boyfriend you know...} She thought to herself. {I got bigger fish to fry, but sheesh...what do I do then about the people I can't control? I can control myself, it's guys my age that I'm worried about....wonder if there's a shirt that does it for me.}

She crossed her arms as she thought on the possible disaster situation.

If a guy decided to hit on her, or even attempt to get close, that may mean they instantly go onto her father's hit list. Meaning if they didn't watch it, they could end up 6 feet under.

{So what does he expect me to do? Explain it to every guy I meet?! "Yeah hi my name is Anju and my dad will literally maim and KILL you if you try and date me. So don't." ? Yeah, because EVERY guy is gonna believe that one.}

Though Anju acted and even put up the charade of being a rebellious delinquent, in truth, she honestly did want to obey her parents.

After all, she was a nice girl. She didn't enjoy the thought of anyone, be they close to her or a stranger, being hurt for no reason. Or, heaven forbid, because of her.

So the fact that her father would even threaten harm on any individual that only sought her friendship honestly bothered her.

Not only did this mean she couldn't have a social life, not that she felt she required one until this matter was all settled and the BBA was put out of commission, but also that she would be working double time.

Double time, as in, working to keep boys and girls alike away from her, becoming a potential loner, and not interacting with anyone outside of the inner circle of family she had.

But also working to keep her father from killing the few people who, likely, would be persistent enough to ignore her warnings.

She wondered if her mother could help her convince him that she didn't require such extreme measures to keep her safe, much less focused on the matter at hand.

{I don't need a damn babysitter...I already know how grave the situation is, having you know, grown up in it....so I don't know why he's assuming I do.... this is so damn frustrating.}

Anju sighed and simply followed the two at her own pace. She hoped perhaps once they got into the store, things would be better.

Better, and maybe even easier to deal with.

Chi-chi did not hear the small argument Gatz and Anju were having. It was better for her too. Her stress levels were all their peak, and the last thing she needed was more tension on her shoulders. It is why she decided to shop. The clothing store, where she first met with Anju, was still open. She was relieved to see that most of the clothes on sale were on the racks. Once again, she searched for clothes that were suitable to her.

She grabbed pants, a white shirt, and a head band that were on sale. She observed them for a moment.

{Oh my..these might not be suitable for me.} She thought to herself when she noticed how they were shaped. Being accustomed to wearing only traditional dresses, the idea of wearing tighter fitting clothes was intimidating. Her black eyes glanced up from the clothes and noticed that the duo walked in together. Gatz remained shirtless while Anju seemed disturbed about something. Calmly, she approached the both of them. However, she was mentally irritated by Gatz's partial nudity.

{That Gatz has no manners at all. He is walking around shirtless for crying out loud! I can see why Anju is bothered, but I must admit those muscles are incredible.} She sighed when she thought about how she cared about Gatz. For some reason, his bad manners intrigued her rather than cause her to dislike him. It was a troublesome concept. She guessed it was true that one had no control of their heart. To avoid further issues, she didn't comment on Gatz's shirtless escapade.

"I found these clothes. I'm going to try them on, and I will be back soon. Anju please watch over Gatz while I change and make sure he doesn't do anything...destructive." She hoped that Anju, being Gatz's daughter from the future, would know how to control him. Whether Gatz liked her idea or not about changing alone, she didn't care.

"Oh and one more thing. I am going in there alone. I mean it...alone. I need some privacy so I expect the both of you to understand." She admitted because the day was ridiculous for her. She was serious too.

Once she let them know where she was headed, she walked way and went into the dressing room.
