As Raditz walks through the street of Central City, he can't help but brush past who knows how many people. The cities always had been full of people, but this was crazy! He hadn't seen this many people since his last visit to North City! It was his first time away from the Saiyan Outpost in awhile, so he figured he'd check out Central City, he hadn't been there in a while, so it was worth checking out. He was still working his way through the crowds, figured he might as well, but right now he'd rather have been flying. There were so many people it was impossible to get anywhere, and if he suddenly started flying, well that would cause a panic.

He kept wading through the crowds, until he could go no further, due to a large group of people, large enough if he tried to go through there it would probably just wind up getting him stuck, so looking around, he found the nearest store, it was an Italian restraunt, and he had enough Zeni for a slice of pizza, their cheapest dish.. He was getting hungry, if he didn't get food soon he'd probably collapse of starvation. Entering the restraunt, he unfortunately had to sit down and wait for a table to be cleared up. This was going to be a long day.

The Ox Princess jumped off her nimbus cloud and landed swiftly in the city. She got a couple of gazes her way which she ignored. They were common because riding on a cloud was strange to most. Since she was a stubborn, yet strong headed woman, the stares of common people did not bother her. She was in Central City for the shopping. Apparently, after reading the newspaper, there were big sales in the malls. This was her first time in Central City. It was like other cities, but not as large or as populated as Hercule City. It was still heavily populated.

She was a woman who grew in a village kingdom ruled by her father. While she grew accustomed to seeing this many people now that she lived in the city, this did not mean she liked it. She grumpily bumped her shoulder into people as she made her path towards the mall. It was one of the largest buildings in the city. She was no the only one who knew about the sales though because she could see how packed the mall's entrance was. It was rather busy.

"Ugh, I should have came earlier. How am I supposed to get by all these people? I bet all the shoes are gone too." She contemplated the choice of using her trusty bansho fan to clear the area. It was a risk she was not willing to take sadly. She did not get up as early as she would have liked to because of chores she had to take care of. Though she was a fighter, she was a wife and a mother too. This meant cleaning was a must. She hated seeing a messy house. With three kids, a kid adult, and a husband who acted like one for the most part, the apartment could end up in a chaotic mess. Luckily, they had her. It was left spotless. Unfortunately, she was unable to get to her sales in time.

"What a bummer" She said in a defeated tone of voice. Glancing at a city bench, she plopped herself onto it and relaxed. She hoped that if she waited awhile the crowd would dwindle.

As Raditz gave up on the table and left the restraunt, wading through the crowds of people. He sighed as the crowds grouped up enough, that just to get sme air he had to flee to the park Chi-Chi was at. "Damn crowds." He muttered, as he began to walk around. "I can't believe this, I would be having a much easier time just flying, but it would freak people out." He stretched, and looked in the general direction of Chi-Chi. "Might as well get a walking." He muttered, deciding to look around.

The feisty woman, who wanted to be oblivious to her surroundings, saw a tall man walk into the park she was resting at. Her large, black eyes set on him. She studied his features. He looked strangely familiar and in a way she was not sure how. His power and strength were not human either. His wild hair was creepily familiar to her ex husband's. He had an aura about him. Soon enough, she was staring too much at the man she was positive was a delinquent from another planet. She glanced away as to not attract attention to herself. It was not that she was afraid. It was far from that. She was wary about the delinquents that roamed the planet. The last thing she wanted was a confrontation with one before the big sale.

[Where do all these delinquents come from? Why is he here? It's not like he is into shopping or anything.} She thought to herself. Sitting quietly, her stare fell upon the kids who were playing in the swings and jungle gym. It was like a time slowed down. In that instant, when her gaze fell upon the children, a loud explosion caused the earth beneath the children's feet to rumble. Their high pitched voices screamed in terror. The parents, who were vigilantly nearby, sprinted to the scene calling for their children. It was complete chaos. The children were instantly killed by the blast that shook her heart to the core.

"Oh my goodness!" She cried n horror because she thought she witnessed the murder of children. Her eyes welled in tears.

Chi-chi's eyes opened in present time. She let out the "oh my goodness!" even when she woke up. What truly did happened was the Ox Princess had fallen asleep on the park bench. She gasped awake from the horrible daydream she experienced.

"I need to cool it with the ice cream in the morning. Thank heavens it was just a nightmare...." The parents, who were watching their kids, gazed over at her when she let out an fearful outburst. It was like a premonition, but worse. Upon waking up, she saw the man that was in her dream. He was in the park like she saw...

As the strange woman let out the strange outburst Raditz glanced her direction. "Odd, it's not common for humans to do that, crap, she's looking right at me." He thought to himself. As she looked his way Raditz walked up to her, sighing, "Excuse me, are you Allright? That was quite the shout."

"No, how can this be? How was that delinquent in my dream, but now he is standing right in front of me." She stared at the long haired delinquent with a gaping mouth. In horror, she rose to her feet. It was like her veins turned ice cold from the fright. The poison that ran through her heart was extremely real. She stood from the park bench and glanced at her surroundings. The dream she saw was nothing more than a dream right? The more she gazed at the surroundings the more her panic grew. The same situations she noticed in her dream were happening.

"You need to help me get those kids out of the park now!" She yelled at the long haired stranger with a bellow that rocked the whole park. Whether he was good or not, she could not decipher that at the moment. Her shoulder bumped into his as she sprinted towards the playground where the kids were playing. She hopped over a ball and landed in the play ground. Without any regard for the parents who were watching, she began picking up children.

"Let me go lady!" The kids were shouting and yelling for their parents.

"Mommy!" A girl shouted to her mom.

The parents, who were watching, noticed what the lady was doing.

"Stop it you crazy lady!" They ran at Chichi about to whack her with bags and whatever else. There were onlookers by the long haired man dialing for the police.

"Stay back all of you unless you want to get burned to a crisp!" The Ox Princess narrowed her eyes at the parents. She was determined not to let what happen in her vision come to pass. Keeping a hold of three kids by their shirts, she pulled out her trusty weapon.

"You let our babies go you STUPID LADY!" The parents were not about to let the crazy woman talk them down.

Seeing the parents coming to the aid of their children, she grabbed her bansho fan and swung it one arm. The powerful gust knocked all the parents away from her and the playground. The parents bodies landed all around Raditz. There were some who were knocked out instantly. In that moment, the floor began to rumble and shake.

{Oh no it's happening!"} She saw the amount of kids she had to take out of the playground. There were kids balling their eyes out because their parents were hurt. Not to mention, the floor began to split and crack. There were only a few seconds left before the entire playground was turned into dust like in her dream.

"I need your help! Don't just stand there like a tree!" She glared at the long haired delinquent, but then hurried to grab as many kids as she could. She managed to grab ten kids total. There were some rested on her back, others in her arms, and the rest dragged by her hands. Once she had a hold of ten kids, she noticed that there were another ten. There was not enough time. In the mist of all the stress, she sprinted and carried the kids she had in her grasp to a distance away from the playground.

Once she placed the kids on the grass where most of their parents lay, she gazed back at the playground. The remaining ten kids whimpered in fear when they saw a bright light illuminate from the ground that surrounded them.

"Please no!" She shouted in horror. Her black eyes got teary because it didn't look like she could make it in time to save the last ten kids...

As Raditz observed the chaos Chi-Chi was causing he shook his head. He couldn't tell about her intentions at first, whether she was helping or purposely causing a ruckus. As he felt the ground begin to shake though, his outlook changed, "How does she?" He shook it off, now was not the time to be questioning anything. He rushed forward to assist the strange woman as she finished grabbing the ten children and got them a safe distance. He didn't have much time left, and he could tell. He quickly grabbed as many as he could, bearly getting all of them. He rushed away from the park as the explosion went off, panting. As he set the children down he looked up at Chi-Chi and asked, "How did you, know what was going to happen?" He was out of breath, and a couple of the kids had hit him on the head about 15 times as he tried to rescue the other ones.

This woman knew what was going to happen before it happened, and he need to know how, why, and who the heck she even was. So much for a relaxing visit to the city.

Ooc: (Sorry if this post is short. I have to design the one who caused all this. :D He or she will be up in the next post.)

The blast was like an atomic blast. The parents yelled in horror when they saw the bright light flash from the ground. The Ox Princess watched in dread as the kids, she was unable to get to, were close to being evaporated to their deaths. She could barely watch. This was until the long haired man rushed into rescue them. She clenched her fists and kept everyone back. At the last second, the whole playground was engulfed in what felt like an energy blast.

She covered her face from the blast and to protect herself from the debris. Eventually, she was blown onto her backside from the sheer force of the powerful blast.

The destructive explosion left nothing standing. The playground was nothing more than a pile of ashes by the time the blast subsided. She sat up to see that the long haired delinquent rescued ten kids who were knocked out. They were knocked out by the intensity of the situation. She rose to her feet. Glancing around her, there were piles of bodies laying around her. While the blast did not kill them, it likely caused them all to go out cold from how powerful it was. It knocked her onto her backside despite the distance.

She heard sirens in the background. The explosion must have been seen throughout the whole city.

"Thank you. You saved them." She bowed her head respectfully like she was raised to do by her father the Ox King. When one was the daughter of the Ox King, one always behaved well.

"I couldn't have saved them all if you hadn't helped." The stranger asked her how she knew the blast would happen. Truthfully, she did not know.

"I really have no idea how I knew that blast would happen. It's so strange, but I dreamed it would happen. I saw you in my dream too. I'm not sure what you were doing there. When I saw you standing in front of me, I thought I was going to get more wrinkles." She rested her hands on her hips. The aftermath of the blast was ridiculously severe. Where had it come from?

"This was no ordinary bomb thing. Do you know what it could have been?" She found herself asking a complete stranger for answers which was not normal for her.

Raditz set the kids down he sighed, she had no idea how she knew, or how it happened. Now itw as his turn to answer questions, how had theat explosion occured? He could have sworn it looked like a ki blast, but he wasn't sure. He didn't have a scouter with him, so he couldn't check for any strong power levels. He swore under his breath and then proceeded to answer with, "I'm sorry, but I don't know either, I can't sense power levels and I don't have a scouter with me. I'm at a loss on this one." He regretted not being able to tell her anything more than she could tell him. But there wasn't much else he COULD do.

The man saved the children. He said he didn't know how the explosion happened. She didn't know what a scouter was, but she could sense energy signals. In the area, she could not sense anything out of the ordinary. She figured the explosion was a normal one, yet that would be foolish for her to think that way. It was clearly an energy blast that most alien delinquents could do. Since she didn't know who he was, she introduced her herself. Respectfully, she bowed her head with her hands clasped in front of her, and said her name.

"Thank you for you help. My name is Chi-chi." She then lifted her head and went back to the situation at hand.

"I can sense energy signals, but I don't feel anything in the area. I want to say that was a bomb caused by some human troublemaker. It definitely wasn't." Her large black eyes rested on the taller delinquent. The people behind her were beginning to wake up. They hugged their children as police officers rushed to the scene. She ignored them for the time being.

"You're one of those saiyan aliens aren't you? Those delinquents usually bring trouble here. Are you sure you didn't come with anyone else?" She asked out of curiosity. He could not have been the one to do the explosion with all things considering because he helped her save the children.
