Taoranran was currently browsing around the Hercule Shopping District for a Seamstress shop, for the very simple reason that she was determined to make herself identical outfits of the one her Father Taopaipai wears for her own usage. She had been moving well on up in the Assassin World, and the 14 year old was determined to live up to the legacy of her Father. While she wasn't quite as well-known or feared as he was, she was determined to make her name just as famous as his was. She felt that would be befitting of her status as the Crane Princess to do, since her Uncle Shen would be retiring soon and handing over control of the Crane School to one her one day. Taoranran, dressed up in a female version mirror outfit of her Father, pink with the Crane Symbol sewn over her heart, and the phrase KILL YOU! printed on the back in red letters, the same shoes, and everything. Like always, her dark brown hair was pulled back into the very same braided ponytail, complete with pink hairbow, that her Father often worn his hair in, and her sword faithfully strapped to her back. Naturally, with her sword in full view, people formed a wide-berth around her out of fear of her pulling her sword out and attacking one of them with it. Of course, Taoranran would never go on a random killing spree, but these people didn't really know her at all to believe otherwise, anyway. After looking around, she finally noticed the kind of shop she was looking for. Smirking to herself in appreciation, she walked into the shop, stepping up next to a blonde woman that looked very familiar, but instead focused her attention on the seamstress at the counter. Pulling out a capsule that contained an exact replica of the outfit she was currently wearing, which was, of course, a female version of the outfit her Father Taopaipai wore, and held it up so the seamstress could see it, before politely coughing into her hand to get the seamstress' attention, who was currently conversing with the familiar blonde that was beside her at the counter. "Excuse me, I was wondering if I could get a full wardrobe made up of this exact same outfit. I'm willing to pay any price, as I have very deep pockets, if it's not too much trouble" Taoranran said to the lady at the counter in a cool, formal, polite tone of voice as she kept her face neutral, guarded, and mostly expressionless. _________ WC: 424 |

Whatever. That was the last thing she remembered saying to Krillin earlier that day before she took off. He had been a bit odd recently; even more so than his regular behavior and she was not going to put up with it. Not without doing something she’d regret anyways. Instead, intent on doing one of the few things she actually enjoyed doing, she went shopping. Unlike many ladies her age, she didn’t really waste her money. She bought only what was necessary and what was needed. Granted, asides from the necessary items that made the luxury of life possible, she did indulge in a fair amount of shopping for clothes. Then again, as far as she was concerned, a variety of clothing that were trendy, beautiful, and comfortable were a definite must for her. Heck, the variety of clothes and shoes at her home was quite impressive. She was not rich by any extent. However, her skills in combat and persuasion and that fact that unlike Goku and his friends she did not care about being irresponsible and selfish about her actions meant she pocketed quite a bit of cash from time to time. It was hardly ever something legitimate or legal but there were not many with the balls to tell her otherwise. 18 never considered herself an evil being. Then again she never truly thought of herself as being a good and righteous person. She knew dam well she was too far from being considered either. She lived for her family and herself. She would save and kill whom she had to just to make sure things went the way she wanted to go. Simple as that. That day, rather than going for fashion, 18 seemed intent on being comfortable. She wore a striped black and white long sleeved t-shirt with a sort of a v-neck cut to it. Over it, she wore a rather simple black tank top that covered most of what would have otherwise been unnecessarily displayed by her clothing. A somewhat short denim skirt, black pantyhose and boots finished the rather odd but comfortable outfit. As far as she knew, she was window shopping. Instead of literally buying items of clothing that day, she would make a mental note of the stores and the items she wanted to buy. Assuming she actually found something that caught her eye, she would simply have Krillin get it for her on a different day. On one of the many stores, it seemed one of the attendants had managed to catch her in a string of conversation that had surprisingly lasted more than a couple minutes. Something about her own style and likes of fashion. To be honest 18 was only half listening to the lady as her eyes were more keen on glancing over the newly arrived fashion items and the latest trends. Heck, she was happy as hell when a younger looking girl called out to the other lady, saying something about an outfit of sorts. Glancing over her shoulder momentarily, 18 recognized the Crane School symbol. Not because she had any ties to it or had ever trained with it but rather because it had been something of common knowledge for her to know ever since she was with 17 and 16. The school really did not mean much to her but the fact that the student was there wel.. The young teenager probably had more going for her in terms of skill than she was currently allowing to show. ”Nice outfit," she said looking elsewhere at a different dress but clearly speaking to the younger girl and her choice of attire. Her voice and behavior gave no indication that she was heavily inclined to feel or act in any way. Heck, she looked as calm and regular as she’d be in her home drinking a glass of water. Taoranran got a reply about how the lady could have as many replica outfits made for her as she could handle, but for a large number of replicas like the one she wanted, it would require a lot of money. Taoranran didn't particularly care that it would take a lot of money, though, because she had heard that this shop tended to make the finest quality pieces of clothing. If she wanted cheap, unreliable clothing, she wouldn't have come here. Hiring an Assassin of her caliber was expensive, though not anywhere near as expensive as her Father, most certainly not. She had plenty of Zeni for herself stored away, though compared to the billions of Zeni her Father had, it might as well be pocket change. "That's fine, I have plenty of Zeni to spend, anyway. Having a profession like mine ensures you are paid handsomely. I came here because supposedly, your chain tends to make the highest quality, reliable clothing out of other places. If I wanted cheap, worthless outfits, I would have went somewhere else. While I don't care for high-quality fabric in itself, I would at least like them to be durable. Last thing I need is them tearing easily. Zeni is absolute no expense" was Taoranran's reply, her tone polite, neutral, and very formal for her age, sounding more like an adult than a child. When she got the reply to lay the outfit down on the counter, she nodded her head and laid it down for the attendant to take. She got a reply from the blonde woman next to her that she had a nice outfit on, causing Taoranran to turn and stare at who it was that had said that to her. Now that she examined the woman closely and in more detail, she had recognized the woman as none other then Juuhachigou Jinzouningen, AKA #18, one of the finalists in one of the previous Tenkaichi Budokais, someone who had suspiciously been bested by that worthless oaf Hercule Satan, a loathsome ant who she never respected and would sooner shank him until he lied dead at her feet. It was surprising to see one of the few women in all of Martial Arts that was legitimately worthy of respect, unlike that whore Ranfan. "I thought you looked familiar. You're #18, one of the Finalists in that Tenkaichi Budokai a while back. You're a bit of a legend in Martial Arts. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Taoranran, Daughter of the Infamous Assassin Taopaipai, and Niece of the Crane Hermit Master Shen. It's a pleasure to meet you" Taoranran said with a polite, respectful, formal bow, once again showing a surprising amount of maturity and respect for someone of her age, considering how teenagers of her age usually tended to act like disrespectful, spoiled brats. Her tone of voice and facial features as she bowed to the blonde woman were neutral, guarded, cool, polite, and formal, which further enforced the apparent discipline and proper manners that she seemed to have grown up, considering she was wearing an outfit that looked a bit similar to the ones that Chi-Chi preferred, albeit with her own twist on it. __________ WC: 531 TWC: 955 |

From the start, 18 had made a point to listen attentively. Her glance, and her attention at least as far as looks was concerned was on nothing but the clothes she found interesting. After all, everything else being equal, 18 hardly ever found people interesting. If she ever did, it meant it would be something extremely good or extremely bad. But, as her history with strong emotions and battles tended to showcase, more often than not, it was not a good thing. Still, she kept a relative short span of attention on the girl as she overheard what she spoke; something about having a lot of zeni. While 18 wouldn’t consider herself rich, she had a fair amount. Still however, in her point of view, she could never have enough money. Hell, that had been the main and only reason she associated with Hercule before Gohan’s relationship with Videl made it somewhat of a formality. The worthless lying sack of dog vomit was so beyond her likeable range that his equally obscene amount of zeni was the only reason she kept on blackmailing him time and time again: for money. While she didn’t intended to steal anything from the young girl, it was one of those scenarios where knowledge was power. And for 18, much like with zeni and with clothes, there was never enough power. ”I’m not a legend,” she said picking up a deep red scarf that had several golden stripes. It even had an intricate but pretty design of a golden lion with a red mane at the bottom-most edge of the scarf. It looked like something she would definitely end up buying or at the very least sent Krillin to get. That was of course until she saw a similar scarf that was primarily green with black stripes and with a design of a gray snake rather than a lion. The smile she made was a clear give away that she would make it hers eventually. "Still,” she said pausing before turning on her heels just the slightest bit to face her for only the first or second time, ”That’s some impressive family ties.” 18 did not know Taopaipai or Shen in person but she was definitely knowledgeable of them. Much like Goku, Roshi, and a lot of the people that actually mattered, those names had been engraved into the cyborg’s memories by Doctor Gero when 18 and 17 were modified. As such, she maintained some basic knowledge on who those people were. From that, it was a safe assumption to think Taoranran was also a martial artist like them. She could be mistaken but there was better chances of being right. ”Anyways nice to meet you,” she said with a gentle bob to her head as if she was slightly agreeing with someone. Her eyes drifted from the clothes to those that randomly passed by them, and to the clothes again. ”You like shopping too?” she asked while she picked up a red dress by her, holding it a few inches from her eyes examining it. Also, being held at an angle of sorts before Taoranran, it was almost as if she gauged how it would look on her physique. ”By the way, do you have a nickname, a shorter one?” Her voice was not mocking. It was serious. She would not mind calling her Taoranran if that’s what it took but it was a bit of a drag. Granted with her own name being just two digits, she never really had much trouble saying it if she had to. Her original name however, well, that was something she did not use and hardly recalled anymore. WC: 609 TWC: 1,251 Edited by Pam18, Feb 1 2015, 12:14 AM.

Android 18's response to Taoranran's calling her a legend seemed a little odd, as if 18 herself didn't particularly care whether she was regarded as a legend or not. In fact, it almost seemed like she didn't necessarily want to be one. Taoranran, who had been busy building up a reputation of her own in the Martial Arts community, found that at least a little unusual. She supposed #18 was one of those few who wasn't in it to be famous or anything like that, or particularly cared whether people knew her or not. Using her deduction abilities, it seemed that the blonde she was currently conversing with was very apathetic about a lot of things, seeming to not really care about much at all. It was interesting, but not at all unusual. Taoranran was one such person, to be quite honest. While she took pride in some things and cared for certain things, most of the time she was apathetic and uncaring about a lot of things. Taoranran could get behind such a similar thought process such as the one she had. Taoranran didn't need mind-reading capabilities or educated guesses to figure out that part of #18's personality. Considering Taoranran was one such person herself, it was quite easy to figure out when a person was like her on that level. If #18 didn't particularly care about whether or not she was a legend, than Taoranran wouldn't bother continuing on with the topic, and would simply move on to something else. "I appreciate the compliment, #18. I take great pride in my family legacy, especially since my Uncle Shen retired recently and left me in charge of teaching the students of the Crane School" she said to the blonde woman as Taoranran gave the older female an appreciative nod of her head, though her expression and posture had remained in that stiff, rigid, formal, cool, neutral, guarded appearance that she had been seen entering the store with. She was always in tight control of her emotions, and would not allow the chance of overly emotional outbursts to take over her. That was for emotional fools like that Bastard Monkey Son Goku. She was a woman of discipline, a serious, dedicated Martial Artists. She wouldn't be very good if she was easy to read. "It's nice to meet you as well, #18" Taoranran said in that stiff, rigid, neutral, guarded manner of her as she clasped her hands together formally and greeted the blonde woman with a polite, formal bow, before standing back up in that rigid, formal posture of hers again, complete with folding her arms behind her back and balling her hands into fists all the while. One could tell with ease that Taoranran was a very disciplined, serious young lady, one that showcased more Adult-like behavior than that of a teenage girl of the age she happened to be. If the woman she was talking to was anyone but the Blonde Android, the person she was conversing might have been put off in some manner. Android 18 had asked her if she liked shopping, and Taoranran thought about it for a moment. While not particularly a fan of it before she had taken over the Crane School, she had come to like it a bit more after having been relegated to Teacher status, which also required acquiring uniforms, food, various beverages, etc, for the students that were in attendance. So, as a result of that, she had grown a bit of a fondness for it, although she didn't really tend to splurge on herself much. She was a person who tended to just the bare essentials and stick with what she currently had. "I have a bit of a fondness for it, but I wouldn't call myself a fanatic by any means. As for my nickname, you can call me Tao, Taoran, or Ran, but not Ranran, as that happens to be my Mother's name" she said truthfully. _______ WC: 657 TWC: 1,612 |

Raising her eyebrows in surprise, she thought for a second about what the girl had said. ”What does a martial arts teacher make nowadays anyways?” She was actually very interesting in knowing, even if her expression only showed she was the slightest bit more keen on the answer than she had been for the better first half of their conversation. As usual, it had to do with money. Perhaps some could call 18 a selfish, money loving woman, and that would be alright. She would not care. She would hit them and strangle them with their own intestines but she would not mind. Although she was not the most active martial artist out there, her skills were not that rusty. If the pay was good, then perhaps one day she could entertain the thought of bothering herself to train others. If it was good money she’d have yet another source of income aside from stealing, blackmail and extortion, and she’d feel less guilty about not giving a dam about righteousness and peace. Not like she’d give two dams regardless anyways. ”I like it,” she said in regards to the shopping, picking up a pair of medium size earrings as she held it over her earlobes before a mirror, judging how they’d look. ”It takes my mind off of things.” ”By the way, she said pausing as she placed the earrings into a bag, deciding it would be one of the possibly few items she’d choose to buy right and there at the store. ”Is the rivalry with The Turtle still a thing? Or water under the bridge? To be fair, 18 could not care less either way. But there was no harm in knowing how things were. While she had a near encyclopedia of knowledge of things that happened in the past, she was not as caught up with the plethora of events unfolding around her. Sure, she had more connections and attachments to members of the Turtle than she did to the Crane but that meant nothing. She had sworn no allegiance to one or the other. She would not mind learning techniques from either but she’d be damned if she’d call Roshi and Krillin Master; hell or anyone else for that matter. Last time a man got sassy with her, she emasculated him and broke his arm… and that was the prince of all saiyans, or how 18 liked to call him, the Prince of Nothing. ”Yea that’ll do. Good nicknames.” She was not completely sure what she’d call her as of yet but she had a good idea. It definitely would be either Tao or Ran. Mostly because they were the shortest to say and because they made the most sense. Ideally, she liked Ran the best. Still, there was some sweet, nice, and kind tone to that name that just did not seem to fit. That was not meant to say that the girl was not all those things however. The girl just simply did not look like someone who would give a dam if she was or was not sweet, kind, and nice. In that sense, Tao would fit a bit more. A memento to someone who, albeit having no real impact or importance for 18, seemed to be quite the prominent figure in the girl’s life; father-daughter relationship aside. Yea, she’d go with one of the other. ”I’m 18. Just 18. With a rare and momentary humoristic grin, 18 had an odd thought as she spotted a cute dress at the other end of the store. It was too small for her to wear regardless of her tendencies to wear small clothing. In either case, the colors matched most of the colors the girl liked on her uniform. ”Say, do you ever wear dresses?” It was a simple question. 18 herself was not one to wear dresses often. She liked them however. They just were not practical for training and combat and the other unorthodox activities she liked to do. Still, for those situations where they were called for and encouraged, she loved them. WC: 687 TWC: 1,937 |

Taoranran raised an eyebrow in curiosity when 18 asked her how much a Martial Arts Teacher made these days, and she tilted her head to the side in thought. To be honest, she didn't have a clue, as the Crane School operated differently from other Martial Arts Schools. The Crane School didn't charge admission or require their students to pay for tutelage. The Crane School had always stayed afloat due to her Father's, and now her own, funds to function, and considering that amounted to billions of Zeni when combined, it would be a sudden surprise for it to shut down anytime soon. "To be honest, I have no idea. The Crane School does not get it's funding from paying students or parents, really. Rather, it's always stayed afloat very well from the deep pockets my Father has, considering his astronomical assassin prices. When you normally charge 10 Billion Zeni for each Kill, even if jobs come rarely, one successful job can set you up for life. If you would like to become an instructor yourself, I suppose you could ask around the different dojos and ask them what their usual charging fees are" she said to 18 with a shrug of her shoulders. Taoranran nodded her head in an understanding manner when 18 had told her that shopping takes her mind off of things. She had her own version of that, only it had nothing to do with shopping. "I understand where you're coming from with that. I usually tend to train to focus my mind on other things" Taoranran said to the blonde female. From how she had been acting this far, as well as revealing what she did to take her mind off of other things, it would be quite easy for 18 to deducde that Taoranran was very serious about her training. 18 had asked her if the rivalry with the Turtle School was still going on. In response, Taoranran allowed a smirk to appear on her face. "Well, I tend to hate the Turtle School just as much as my Uncle Shen and my Father, so yes it is. When I became Crane Master, I had found out some previous students had a tendency to go back-and forth between the schools, so I had instituted a ban saying that any former Crane Student that went to the Turtle School would be forever banned from the Crane School" she explained to 18 with an affirmative nod of her head. In response to 18 telling her that they were good nicknames, Taoranran nodded her head slightly in a grateful manner. Of course, when the blonde had told her that her name was just 18, that nod of gratitude became one of acknowledgement, before Taoranran quickly went back to her neutral and guarded, but otherwise unreadable expression and stance, looking as stiff and rigid as a stone statue, staring straight at 18 and giving the older female all of her attention, once again showing an air of etiquette and maturity not often found in young girls of her age. Taoranran blinked for a moment when 18 asked her if she wore dresses, following the blonde's gaze to a dress that was around her own size. Turning her gaze back to 18, the brown-haired teenager was quick to respond. "Not really. I'm always training and studying. I don't really go out and socialize much. I'm not really into feminine things like makeup or dresses. Aside from replicas of this outfit, I only wear dresses like these. I feel more at home throwing various blades and working up a sweat" she said to the older female in an honest manner. _________ WC: 605 TWC: 2,217 |

Surprisingly enough for 18, she was enjoying the conversation. If anything, it was quite informative. Ran was like her in the fact that she seemed rather collected in most situations and chose to display a rather steady and standard facial expression to most situations save for those when something different was needed. "I see..."![]() There was that odd look to her. Of course, 18 made sure her expression did not change as much as she imagined she would smile had she truly allowed herself to let loose. There was no denying. 18 knew she was a selfish woman of sorts that was completely in love with money. Unlike many hypocrites who claimed to be all good, she knew she had plenty of flaws and imperfections and she was dam well okay with it. The girl seemed interesting enough of an acquaintance but the fact that her pockets were so deep just made the potential relationship between them a little more interesting, for 18. "Don't mind me, I have no interest in becoming a martial arts master. I simply like to weigh my options. Just in case." Her statement could not have been any more honest however. For someone that cared so much about money, the different ways of getting it was quite the useful information. Of course, she liked to balance the amount of work put in to the amount of money she would get out. Although she could earn some decent cash as a master of martial arts, the amount of work she would have to put in to receive it made the earnings not be as grand as they seemed. Instead, she had better ways. She was earning dam good cash from a couple companies as a model. Hercule still pretty much owed her his ass in money. Plus there was always the occasional scam and rig she was involved in that netted more than she could spend. ![]() Squinting her eyes some, she would listen to Ran talk about the relationship between the Turtle and Crane school. 18 herself had been taught in the ways of the Turtle. Heck, she pretty much knew every technique that Roshi ever had to teach. That however was not common knowledge as even Krillin was surprised to discover during a spar that she knew some of the more obscure Turtle techniques. She would not bring this up to Ran however. The two were getting along decently well, and she could honestly say she could stand the presence of the young girl. There was no need to make things difficult for the both of them and say something that just plain and simply would not be needed. Instead, 18 merely listened on, nodding in approval and understanding at Ran's remarks. "Well, how about something cute that would help you in your training?" She could not help it. Money and diamonds aside, 18 just simply liked fashion. She already knew that Ran would be the kind of lady that ended up being kind of stubborn. She would likely be one to refuse and just end up wearing the outfit she seemed to be so proud about. After all, buying so many copies of the same item pretty much laid it out. Still, she figured she would show her something. And, waving a hand at her, she showed her to a rather peculiar outfit. It was not a fancy dress of any kind however. It was more of a workout outfit. It consisted of black biker shorts and a short sleeved top of a near identical color to the outfit she seemed to love. Granted she would not have to change her wardrobe completely but the workout outfit could certainly come in handy for her one day during training sessions. It was designed for that purpose anyways and the colors closely matched that of her own outfit colors. The shorts were not too short either. Had it been for 18 she would have picked much shorter shorts, but since it was for Ran, the biker shorts reaching to about mid thigh length seemed to be appropriate enough. "How about it?" she asked raising an eyebrow in anticipation. WC: 688 TWC: 2,625 |

Taoranran had noticed the unusual change in Android 18's facial expression for a moment, though it appeared that the blonde woman had caught herself and carefully schooled her expression again. Taoranran was a very observant person and had impeccable eyesight, thanks to the various methods training she underwent. So, while the change in expression and even quicker schooling of facial features had happened really fast, Taoranran was capable of tracking even the most minute of changes in a person or her surroundings. However, Taoranran had made it seem like she had not noticed it at all, not saying anything or expressing herself facially or with her eyes to let 18 know she had caught it. Taoranran nodded her head silently in acknowledgement when Android 18 had told her that she was merely weighing her options. Taoranran had assumed that the blonde fighter was someone who had a bit of an interest in money, which was fine with Taoranran, as she herself tended to hold a particular interest in it, along with her Father. Working as an Assassin tended to gift you with a particular appreciation for money, her Father Taopaipai being the biggest example, considering just how much he charged for a single kill if one of his discounts weren't in place. Android 18 had suggested something cute to help her in her training, which had caused a change in Taoranran's expression for a moment. She blinked in surprise for a moment, her left, brown-colored eyebrow furrowing in confusion as she wondered what it was Android 18 had in mind for a training outfit. Judging by the blonde woman's attire, she seemed like she had a more modern idea of what passed for cute attire, which more than likely meant that it would clash with Taoranran own, more conservative, traditional idea of cute. Following the blonde fighter's eyes with her own, Taoranran quickly located the top and bicycle shorts that had happened to closely match the colors of Taoranran's traditional, female Chinese dress. Taoranran furrowed her eyebrows a bit in thought as she looked over the outfit with a critical hit. While it matched the color scheme of her outfits particularly well, she wasn't sure if she should take it, considering that rather traditionalist manner as to which her Mother Ranran had raised her. She wouldn't necessarily say that she hated it, because that would be downright rude and all, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to accept it either. However, she knew that she would have to say SOMETHING, or else she might risk irritating the blonde Android, and considering this was #18, someone that Taoranran respected above all else in regards to how Female fighters went, she felt the need and desire to be respectful. She needed to be neutral, as well as pick and choose her words carefully, lest she risk getting on the bad side of one of the few respectable Female fighters out there. So, she proceeded to start treading on careful ground, and chose her words carefully. "My Mother Ranran is a very conservative woman, with a rather traditional view on things. She would not allow me to wear anything but the traditional outfits I always wear, my Father and Uncle Shen included. While I'm curious enough to at least try it on, I'm not so sure if I should get it, or how much use I would get out of it" Taoranran said to Android 18 with a thoughtful frown on her face as she looked at the outfit the blonde Female had pointed out to her, not really sure if she should actually say no to the idea. __________ WC: 602 TWC: 2,819 |

Just as she had expected the girl did not seem to be one to truly take on or enjoy the adventure side of things beyond those that a keen relation to training or combat. In essence, she had just sort of expected her not to want, or at the very least not to right away decide to go along with 18's idea of trying out the outfit. "I sort of figured you would say something like that. But since you are already here, let's not waste your time." Sure, Ran had her own reasons to perhaps not want to try the uniform. Heck, chances were that, even if she tried it, and even if she bought it and liked it she still would not wear it often if at all. There was no problem with that however. It was as natural a thing as breathing. More often than she cared to remember, 18 had seen several clothing pieces and accessories she completely loved. Then, after buying them and taking them home, the interest would vanish just as surprisingly fast as the urge to buy them had come along. In fact, only a select few items remained as her favorite ones to keep and wear even after several trips to the store and several buying sprees. To be honest, a good part of the fun of window shopping and buying, at least for 18, was trying the outfits on. With a smile that was half amicably happy and half tentative adventuring, she motioned Ran to accompany her. If the young girl thought about it however, she would notice that 18 was not mistaken. Sure, again, Ran could have her reasons for saying or wanting to do something a certain way. But, with enough reasoning, it was clear to see android 18 was on the side of logic. Ran had come all the way there to inquire about the uniforms she wanted because she wanted them to be done there. Despite having talked to the lady that worked there, formalities aside, things would take quite a while. Not to mention the items needed time to be made and delivered among other technicalities. In essence, since Ran was already there, and so was 18, she might as well make use of her time well. "It will only take a bit," she said grabbing the clothes and directing Ran to the dressing room. Although they were both girls and 18 could certainly go in with her as it seemed to be a little more socially acceptable than with guys, she did not. It was likely to do with Ran's slightly more serious personality. It had to do with the fact that, personality wise, Ran was a lot more like 18 than most ladies she found herself with in that situation. That and the fact that the girl was just a teenager and they had just met. "Go ahead try it on, and come out so I can see it. If you don't like it we'll leave it. And if you like it let's take it. Even if you might not wear who knows, maybe one day you might." 18 would not be just standing around however. Rather than waiting dully like a ghost, she had managed to grab a couple of incredibly cute and sexy sandals she had seen after directing Ran to the dressing room. And, sitting on a rather comfortable beige chair in front of the rather luxurious dressing room, she tried the sandals on. They were rather opened up to allow for proper airflow. aside from the light creamy pearl color of the sole, the sandal consisted of an intricate and beautiful white design. Yea, she would definitely send Krillin some other time to pick those out for her. Sitting back, the back of her head leaning against the wall and legs crossed, she teased her bottom lip, biting it gently as a habit to pass the time, waiting for Ran to come out, and see how the clothes looked on her.
