Estrella's face was turned so that her green eyes could gaze into Seifer's intense ones. The dreadful question that was tossed her way was hard to swallow. He spoke calmly, but she knew him better than that. Once he found out the truth, there was no stopping him. Her thoughts on what Troy threatened to do if she told Seifer the truth haunted her mind. As badly as she wanted to tell her husband exactly what happened, it was not an option. Her fear for her husband's life was more important than him defending her honor. She let the fear do the talking rather than her heart like Blitz suggested. She remained silent and her eyes avoided gazing into Seifer's further. He could sense weakness. It was like his 6th sense. If he sensed her weakness, he would automatically assume that she was lying. She held her tongue as her mind raced with how she could possibly tell him what happened without saying Troy was behind it all. She hated Troy. Her temper too had begun to show itself. The scarred man waited for Estrella to speak. She said nothing and proceeded by looking away. His impatience became obvious. Rather then wait further, he held her face in place and forced her eyes to look into his. He didn't want to be mean with her, but it was sometimes the only way he could get through to her. "I order you to tell me what happened. As a squad leader, I have the right to fucking know." He wasn't about to let her get away with saying nothing. He cursed to further show that he wasn't joking around. She was forced to stare into those eyes that so many were afraid of. Her finger rubbed along the lines of her eyelashes to keep herself from crying. Seifer's passion caused him to use his power to get her to talk. It was the worst. "Why S-seifer? I d-don't want to reliv..relive that moment. P-please don't make me." She choked over her words because she was in a terrible position. Her hands were stopped from covering her face by Seifer's grip. He was not letting her get her way. "Estrella, tell me!" He raised his voice because he lost his patience. He didn't sympathize with her despite how broken spirited she was. In the end, he would get her to talk. He preferred now than later even if her speaking of it was dreadful. She didn't realize how much torture he was in especially because he had to be aggressive with her. Hearing Seifer raise his voice, she held back her tears and took in a deep breath. Her stubborn attitude was trying to be defiant, but her exhaustion started to settle in. She had no choice, but to tell him a stretched truth. He wouldn't stop until he found out exactly what happened. Knowing how obsessive he could be, she understood telling him some form of the story would at least buy her more time to figure out what to do with the Troy situation. "Okay.." She nodded and said willingly. "I'll tell you." She added so that he would calm down. Seifer let go of her face and sat back when she obliged to his demand. She exhaled profoundly again to relieve the nerves in her chest. What she was about to do wasn't easy. Not only would she have to retell an extended truth of what happened, but she would have to make sure Seifer didn't see through some of the lies she may say. It was difficult especially with how perceptive he could be. Boldly, she stared into Seifer's eyes because if she did not, he would know right away that she was not being entirely honest. "I was ambushed. It happened while you reached the base. After I helped you with those rebels, I heard a gunshot and then some yelling. It was from Troy." She paused when she mentioned Troy's name. This part was where she had to recollect herself. Seifer sat at the edge of his seat and gazed into her. Not once, did he take his eyes off of her. The moment she said the freak's name he expected the Chicken Wuss to be behind it all. Her memories began to resurface of the incident. She remembered the horror of Troy's treachery, struggling to fend off 8 men, and her running away for her life. During her retelling, she would pause and tighten her eyes to relieve herself of the tormenting visions of her beat down. It was hard for her prideful self. "I saw that Troy was shot so I healed him." The tears in her eyes resurfaced because she wanted badly to tell Seifer the truth of Troy's treachery, but she couldn't. "Leave it to that punk to get shot." He blurted out. "It must have been a trap to lure me out because after I healed him there were 7 rebel soldiers in the bushes. They walked out and we were outnumbered." She admitted with honesty because that was part of the truth. Seifer listened quietly until the part where the 7 men came out from the bushes. "How the fuck did they know you were there? I made sure that I cleared most of those freaks out." He waited for Troy to be behind what they were discovered. Estrella could already sense Seifer's perception kicking in. Her teary face wasn't helping, but she responded as best as she could. "The light from my healing magic must have been spotted by rebel soldiers. They probably thought they couldn't get to you so they went after me instead." Her voice murmured because she had told a small lie. Seifer thought about her answer and waited for her to continue. Her screams, her desperation to get away, and raging cries of treachery towards Troy echoed inside her mind. Being unable to control her trauma, she began to cry uncontrollably. Her shoulders shook, her lip quivered, and her voice broke when she went further into what happened. "I told Troy to run for it because he had the walky. He could contact you while I kept them busy. They said they were after me anyway." She added that the men were after her, therefore, Troy being bait would not have worked. It was her way of keeping Troy away from being blamed despite that the ambush was his doing. "Why?" He asked even though he knew the answer. They wanted to get to her to get to him. "My healing powers...and to get to you" She responded weakly. Gritting his teeth, he remembered tossing the walky to Troy. It was a bad mistake on his part. "You used yourself as bait? Why didn't the fucker do it?" He couldn't believe Troy agreed to her plan, but even if he hadn't, he saw that they weren't after his uselessness. They pinpointed Estrella because of her abilities. Not to mention, they wanted to take him out by hurting her. What they failed to realize was now he was more determined to destroy them all than he was before. They dug their graves the second they looked at her wrong. "They didn't see him as a threat like you. Those rebels wanted to get to you. I tried to get away Seifer, but there were too many of them. They beat me over and over again. I couldn't stop them." The memories of fists connecting to her face and the stomping was what set her over the edge. "I don't want to hear anymore." Seifer could no longer stomach her story especially when she went into detail about how they brutally assaulted her. Those men had no honor, and he wanted to dispose the world of their kind. They were threatened by her abilities. If they were threatened by an innocent woman like her, they were way over their heads by unleashing an unforgiving beast. "I'm so sorry..." She murmured defeated. Her pride was hurt due to how the men assaulted her to get to Seifer. In that moment, she began to sob in a heart breaking manner. Her hands covered her face because she was ashamed at what occurred. Her apology further set him off . Listening to her whimpering and crying, he couldn't handle it any longer. His teeth grit with rage. He grabbed the chair and tossed it into the door. The chair splintered on impact. This wasn't even the beginning of him releasing his rage because he wanted to do so much more. What did she have to apologize for? His hand ran through his hair as he tried desperately to control himself. Seeing how broken she was, he walked to her and leaned down to embrace her. He knew how damaging it was to a woman like her and immediately consoled her. He felt her face press against his shoulder. The way she was trembling revealed it all to him. Those fuckers, whoever they were, needed to die. He wouldn't rest until they were. As he hugged her, his furious eyes settled on his gunblade which he rested alongside the nightstand by the hospital bed. Estrella's felt warmth surround her when Seifer leaned to hug her. Her slender arms wrapped around his neck while her face pressed against his shoulder. She let her tears of frustration, anger, betrayal, hatred, hurt, and sadness out. After a couple of minutes of them embracing, his comfort eventually soothed the pain she was in. Seifer stroked Estrella's hair until her weeping went away. He had to be strong for the both of them especially because of how damaged her spirit was. Deciding that Estrella required something to cheer her up, he released her and grabbed his gunblade. He then crouched alongside her with his gunblade in hand. He let her look at it while he rested it safely above her body. His grip remained firm as to avoid having it get to close to her. His eyes looked at her, and then back at the handle. WC: 1,655 TWC: 48,994 |

![]() The fierce spirited Estrella watched Seifer after her weeping quieted. Her teary eyes observed him when he grabbed his gunblade and crouched alongside her. His gunblade was inches above her body. While gazing at the blade's elegance, she trailed the length of it until her eyes settled on Seifer's. He didn't seem to be as angry as he was moments earlier. What was he planning? She knew how important the blade was. Other then her, he always kept it at his side. The first time she met him, those many years ago, she remembered how the blade never left his side. Seifer always thought he didn't have a word to express how he felt about Estrella and one that would do his feelings for her justice. This still remained true, but he finally figured out how to show it with one meaningful gesture without being too sappy. All it took was one hard look at her soulful, yearning innocence to know what he had to do to show her. Seifer forced a smirk upon his face despite the anger he felt about the vengeance he had to start on. When her eyes rested on his, he gently grasped her hand and rested it along the gunblade's handle underneath his hand. His hand guided her's into the right position until her finger was upon the trigger like his. His hand rested firmly on top of her's to steady it. ![]() "What are you doing Seifer?" For a moment, she questioned his sanity when he rested her hand on the trigger. It was a bit creepy how he was looking at her too. Did he want her to become a gunblade wielder? Her thoughts raced with what he had planned. Her green eyes had become concerned. He continued to smirk when Estrella questioned his gesture. He saw the worried look on her face, and she had a reason to be concerned. His psychotic tendencies resurfaced . With the pulling of the trigger, they were showing off to the rest of the world that they would no longer take any of their shit. "Once you pull this trigger Estrella, those freaks who assaulted you are dead and anyone else who thinks they can fuck with us." He growled menacingly. "This blade is special to me...usss." He hissed. "It symbolizes the start of our new future to the top. With us together, we can have it all. Those freaks will tremble when they hear my name, and they won't ever dare look at you wrongly." He glanced at her face to see how she reacted. He was waiting for her approval and acceptance. Despite her virtuous expression, her grip on the gunblade tightened which was all that he needed to know that she would be by his side like he would hers. Seifer's declaration frightened her at first because of how cold and possessed he sounded. She took one look at how hopeful he was that she accepted it. Realizing he was doing it for her, she let the fear go and embraced it. Her grip tightened around the handle of the gunblade. Seifer's hand, which rested on top of hers, would know her response to his promise. She smirked with Seifer and nodded. His devilish grin widened. His finger patted her finger to encourage her to pull the gunblade's trigger. BANG! The gunblade's vibration rocked the hospital room and crushed any electrical components. Seifer laughed sadistically at the damage that was caused. He had to admit that he found it incredibly satisfying to have Estrella pull the trigger with him. Estrella felt the adrenaline rush through her after pulling the trigger. It was like nothing she experienced before. While Seifer laughed, she thought about what happened. The destruction inside the hospital room was proof of what the future awaited. She wanted to remove her hand from the gunblade's handle because her hand, being unaccustomed to it, shook tremendously. Seifer kept her hand on the handle while he continued laughing. He wanted her to embrace what he felt about her. While keeping her hand on his gunblade's handle, he reached for her face with his free hand and leaned her closer. Harshly, he kissed her lips as it symbolically represented the sealed deal they had made for the future. The raven haired beauty was taken back by the scarred man's explosive nature. There was a hint of excitement within her heart too while he laughed from the trigger being pulled. He wasn't done yet showing what he meant was real. When he grasped her face towards his, her eyes closed from the roughness of the kiss. This possessive kiss was a metaphor for what was to come....the future. There was no stopping fate. The future was about to commence... WC: 785 TWC: 49,779 Edited by Estrella, Apr 22 2015, 07:14 AM.

Valdus touched down on the outside of a rather large base complex. It was owned by some unknown organization, Valdus wasn't too concerned with the details when Taoranran gave him the mission. He was supposed to infiltrate the establishment, and find any crucial data on a David Hater, he was a scientist here who specialized in intricate poison samples, Valdus guessed Tao was interested in it because she had a thing for toxins. Valdus decided to do it willingly because Taoranran had helped him out in the poison department before, back when he needed it. Unfortunately he never got to use it like he wanted. Valdus shot like a flash of light through the base, ducking behind cars and moving behind large crates trying to be as stealth and full of espionage as possible. He came to a cargo truck, hugging the grill with his back as he tip toed to the corner of the left side of the truck, he poked his head out and saw a guard preoccupied with loading boxes and another on a nearby roof with a gun mounted on the edge of the roof. Valdus narrowed his eyes at the large gun, putting his head back behind the truck, ducking down so he was not seen. He didn't need bullet holes in his new outfit, sure it was smart fabric, but he refused to see it get ruined. ![]() Suddenly it began to rain down on Valdus, he frowned as he looked down at his clothes getting wet and sighed. He was never going to win, was he? He quickly shot underneath the truck, crawling to the other side, barreling out in the middle on the right side. He got to his feet and saw a big building in the distance. It looked almost like a hospital. He smirked as he figured that would probably be a good place to start, I mean...toxins were a health hazard, what better place to put them then with the ill? Valdus shot like a bullet towards the hospital building, hugging the wall and going to look for a back entrance. He found a door, but it was locked. Using his strength he twisted the control panel upside down and shoved it inside the wall, the malfunction caused the door to open and Valdus shot into the hospital. With the rain no longer falling down on top of him, his clothes engaged their auto drying function. ![]() Valdus smirked as his hair and clothes went from soaked to dry almost instantly. His hair being fine like silk fell back down on his shoulders. He ran a hand through it to smooth it out, as the air drying system on here always left his hair a little frizzy. After grooming himself for several seconds and his clothes finally becoming dry he decided it was time to get to business and see what was going on in this hospital. Suddenly there was a loud BANG! It sounded like somebody had fired something...but it wasn't on this floor...whatever had been fired was powerful. "Well...looks like the fun has started." Valdus said with a smirked, running to the nearest stairs to see what caused the commotion. WC: 532 |

**Time Skip** Since the tragic field test exam, three days came and went. For every day that she was in the hospital, Seifer often sounded his gunblade for all to hear. The hospitalized Estrella recuperated quickly once she had enough energy to utilize her white magic abilities. The first two days were difficult because of how stubborn she was when it came to resting. She wanted to move around and not be tied to the limitations of the bed. The boredom was unbearable too. The doctors and nurses struggled to keep her resting because she was in desperate need for it. Not to mention, her injuries were severe. Despite her stubborness, she did as she was told. The countless hours she spent resting returned her to full strength. Her self healing magic had given her the go ahead she required to leave the hospital. A cheery smile spread across her lips. "I'm finally leaving this awful place." She hated the hospital. The three days she spent inside the room were more than enough. She rose from the bed to change into real clothing. The patient gown was disgusting. She was relieved to see that a pair of her black trademark leather pants and leather jacket were folded neatly on the chair beside the bed. Fortunately, her kind husband had been thoughtful enough to bring her some clothes. Her smile brightened further. Seifer had been a real hero these past three days. He was with her every step of the way even when she was sometimes a pain to deal with. There were not enough words that she could use to begin to thank him. She appreciated what he did for her. Without a second thought, she removed the patient gown and tossed it aside. She was momentarily in her black undergarments, and she leaned over to grab the leather outfit she yearned to wear. The second she reached over she heard the door open. Her head turned. She did not notice who it was at first so she instinctively hugged herself to cover any lady parts. ![]() Seifer walked along the lengthy hallway with a jump in his stride. His long jacket flapped behind him. His gunblade was strapped to his back marking his non violent mood. He nodded at nurses and doctors as he passed them to greet them in a friendly manner. He was in a good mood today because today would be the last day he'd have to be in a damn hospital. The best part was that Estrella was okay. It relieved his heart. Her healing prowess sped up the process too. After the horrible beating she received at the hands of the rebel chicken wusses, he thought nothing more about seeking revenge by destroying them. He was obsessed with vengeance for her. For the time being, he spent his time helping his wife get back onto her feet. He removed the violent thoughts from his mind when he reached her room. Seifer walked into the room whistling and saw that Estrella was out of bed. At first, he thought she left without waiting for him. His eyes traveled the room until he found her. He stopped the instant he saw that Etrella was stripped down to her bra and underwear. He did marvel the view and nearly grinned, but then it dawned on him that others could have walked in the room too. "What the hell Estrella? Why didn't you lock the door? Someone could have walked in here and saw you like that." He sounded annoyed. Estrella tried not to blush because she was embarrassed. "I guess I forgot." She chuckled despite how irritated he sounded. She lowered her arms because she was no longer worried about who it was that was looking at her. "Besides you should have locked the door when you left early this morning so it's your fault not mine. Where have you been all this morning?" She complained like she always had, but then questioned where he was because he wasn't with her during the morning like the past couple of days. Seifer walked to her until he got close enough to tower over her. He smirked when she complained and placed the blame on him for the door being unlocked. She was definitely returning to her normal self. The question about where he was came up. It was good timing because he was just about to tell her too. His hands rested on her shoulders because he had good news to give her. "I had to go to the Limitless headquarters this morning and give a field report." He continued grinning because he expected a big smile to appear on Estrella's face. Her innocent eyes looked up at Seifer when he rested his hands on her shoulders. He had news to tell her. When he mentioned the field report, she became concerned with how she did. His grin was the only thing that kept her from overreacting. "And..?" She asked to get him to tell her. He saw how worried she was. "I passed the field exam." He purposely left her out of the equation because he was having too much fun seeing her emotional roller coaster. She was happy for Seifer. "That's great...!" She smiled, but the worried look in her eyes didn't sell her excitement. Seifer tried not to laugh because he saw how much it bugged her that he didn't mention if she passed. "W-what about me?" She asked timidly. To tease her, his grin went away and was replaced by a serious look. Seifer's serious expression caused her to look down at the floor. She felt defeated for a moment. Her eyes began to tear. She thought she had done enough to pass. Seifer couldn't bare to see her depressed especially because he saw her watery eyes. With unexpected excitement, he told her the truth. His trolling became obvious when he started laughing. "You passed too!" He pulled her in for a hug and twirled her once because the both of them passed. He wasn't surprised. The both of them were far better than any cadets Limitless could possibly have. They were the best. When Seifer started laughing, she wondered why he thought it was funny. She almost wanted to punch him for thinking that it was funny. Then, with a burst of joy, he hugged her, lifted her off the ground, and spun with her in his arms. He told her she had passed at the same time of him hugging her. The happiness of passing was overshadowed by the slight annoyance she felt by him playing with her feelings. "You're an asshole!" She blurted out with a smile on her face. Then she hit him across the forehead head because of his bad behavior. Once she got her revenge in by hitting him, she rejoiced. Her laughter bubbled with excitement. She looked like a kid who unwrapped a present she always wanted. Seifer smirked when she hit him and placed her on the ground. Her bubbly laughter was exactly what he wanted to hear. "You almost started crying boo hoo" He acted mean, but the smile on his face showed to her that he was only teasing her. Estrella placed her hands on her hips and looked away with denial. Of course, she was a bit sad that she thought she failed, but she would never admit to Seifer that she was really about to cry. To act tough, she denied it all. "I did not!" She said in a kiddish, yet feminine voice. Her arms then folded across her chest to further deny that she was about to cry. Seifer couldn't bare it because of how adorable she was acting. His grin stayed even while she looked pissed at him. These moments reminded him of his old days when he played around and made fun of everyone except when he made fun of Estrella, she went over the top. Her overreactions made him laugh. He tried to contain his happiness with her being back to normal. It didn't suit his toughness if he was laughing all the time. With her, he couldn't help it. Seifer admired Estrella's stubborn behavior. He took a step closer to her to look down at her lovely face. His arm was tempted to go around her, but he wanted this moment to be serious because he remembered what came after the field test. "You know what the best part about you passing is?" He talked in a low, husky tone. His finger went under her chin so that she had to look up at him. Estrella felt a finger go under her chin. It relieved her defiant attitude. Her facial expression softened when Seifer motioned her face to look up at him. Her gentle eyes looked into his. She didn't know what he was about to say. Calmly, she responded to his question with a curious sound. "Hm?" She hummed responsively. He looked down into her eyes and smirked to make the romantic scenery less cheesy. "You've already proven yourself, and you won't have to do anything else for the rest of these exams. You can leave the rest to me." His smirk became devilish because the cage match was what was on his mind. He counted on tradition holding true. If everything went according to the past, the fucker Troy would have no choice, but to face him. The history of the cage matches were always dueled by two men. This meant Estrella was out of harm's way, and he got to hurt someone he hated at the same time. It was a glorious sensation. She forgot about the cage match. Hearing what he said about her not having to do anything else, she continued looking up at him with a confused expression. "What do you mean?" She asked with a soft, questioning tone. Seifer removed his finger from under her chin and stroked her cheek with his thumb to brush away the loose strands of hair from her beautiful face. He enjoyed towering over her because he could see every thought and emotion going through her head. She was oblivious to the cage match. He couldn't blame her. He inhaled like he had a scent of a fresh cake in front of him. He was enjoying every second of this scene. A grin spread because he was about to give her even more good news. He was sure to get a smile from her. "The cage match is next which means I get to handle business, and you'll get to see me kick that chicken wusses ass. I'll crush him." A taunting laughter followed because he couldn't wait to let out his aggression on a man he really hated. Her first reaction was to smile because she wanted it too. She forgot about the cage match that followed the field test. In the past, the men usually fought one another even though their was a voting process. It was a tradition and an honorable representation of Limitless. There had never been a female in the cage match before which meant she should not have any concerns. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Her situation was different especially because Troy was a coward and a traitor. Her happiness was short lived when Seifer said he would hurt Troy. She remembered what Troy threatened her with. There was no doubt he would force her into the ring with her own husband just to keep his sorry ass safe. The yearning to smile at Seifer's news was replaced with a look of concern. Seifer's eyes narrowed when he saw that Estrella did not respond how he expected. She was not smiling. He thought his news would bring her joy. The Troy freak was behind most of their miseries. Usually, Estrella would be laughing along with him. "What's wrong?" He asked with seriousness. Estrella snapped out of her stressed trance. She wanted with every fiber of her being for Seifer to thrash Troy. "I'm sorry please have patience with me. I am still a bit traumatized." She admitted the truth. Seifer's jaw clenched when he was reminded about the incident at the field test. His veins burned with rage. He began to grit his teeth. His fist clenched with ferociousness. The men who harmed her were next on his list. The maddened expression on Seifer's face pushed her to admit the truth about what she really wanted. She wanted Troy to suffer for what he had done. She wanted to be the one to kick his ass in front of everyone. It was unlikely though especially with how things went at the Field Exam. Being black mailed, forced her to comply with Troy's threat. Seifer promised his vengeance on the other men too, but she was more worried about Troy harming Seifer. To get Seifer's thoughts on the cage match, she stepped closer to him until they were an inch a part. Her finger ran over his scar as a symbol of her affection and support. "I do want you to beat that fucker to a bloody pulp for me." She said passionately. Her eyes never left his. "So, so badly." Her voice whispered with need. As badly as she wanted Troy to get his face smashed in, she did this as a distraction. She did not want Seifer discovering the truth about Troy's betrayal and his threat upon her. The seductive way Estrella murmured and touched him caused an empowering tingle to course through his veins. When she stroked the scar on his face, he protectively wrapped his arm around her bare waist and pulled her closer to him until she pressed against him. Him pulling her closer to him was all the proof she needed that he was ready to do what she asked. She slid her finger down his scar and rested it upon his chest where his heart was. Timidly, she spoke again. "Will you do it for me?" She asked innocently, but with cruel intentions behind her question. There was nothing innocent about wanting a man's face to be smashed in. "Anything for my princess." He replied lowly and without hesitation. Her heart beat fast by how he talked to her with infatuation, yet she had to end the deep moment before it got to her. Troy was still out there, and his threat remained in tact. If she pushed Seifer any further, he could snap and put himself in danger. Her devotion to him blinded her to his ability to protect himself. Troy would kill him. Even if she didn't know how, she could not take that risk. Seifer would do anything to protect her, and she would do the same for him even if he was against it. Seifer smirked devilishly at the request he waited and wanted to hear from her. Her shyness about asking him to destroy someone intoxicated him. Her defenseless nature was irresistible to him. The way she needed his protection reminded him of his life-long, romantic dream of being a Knight to a princess. This princess was different than the ones he saw on t.v as a kid. She was wild, unpredictable, tough, and wore it with an angelic expression. These traits that made her incredible also put her in danger constantly. He was obsessed to show her that he was the only man who could keep her safe. He was about to attack her with kisses because he liked how vulnerable she appeared. Before Seifer could kiss her, she placed her finger on his lips. His surprised expression almost made her feel bad about what she had done. The growl in her stomach came to her rescue. "You'll do anything? I'm hungry. Can you get me breakfast now?" She placed a smile on her face because she killed the moment. She knew it too. Her smile was an attempt to lighten the mood. As much as it sucked, it was necessary. She used his vow to do anything for her against him. Seifer groaned at the harsh interruption. Her smile didn't help either because he walked right into that one. Her smile was infectious, yet the need for her to eat forced him to oblige. Trying to control himself from kissing her anyway, he pulled away from her and fixed the collar of his long coat. "Fine, I'll get you some breakfast." He sounded moody that she chose that precise timing to send him off to do something for her that didn't involve hurting someone. He wanted to be by her side and not anywhere else. "I'm sorry." Her voice was sincere because she hurt his feelings. He wasn't the type of man to react in a sad way either. His aggression indicated that he was mad at what she did. It hurt her more than him to kill the romantic moment. She tried to lighten the mood with a teasing apology. He wasn't hearing it though. "Make sure you lock the damn door this time when I leave." He ordered and walked to the door. Upon leaving, he slammed it to show how pissed off he was at what happened. Her eyes shut close when Seifer slammed the door hard. "I'm sorry..." She repeated again after he was gone. Regretfully, she turned to her chair and grabbed her leather clothing. Mentally, she cursed at her stupidity of hurting her husband's feelings. He was mad at her for spoiling the tender moment. He probably felt like she didn't want him around. He wasn't at fault here, and it was never her intention to make him feel that way. To at least respect him, she did as he ordered. She would lock the door while dressing. When he walked out of the room, she took her leather pants and walked over to the door to lock it. Her fingers were about to twist the lock until the knob turned unexpectedly. ![]() "Seifer..?" She asked because she thought he may be back. It was suspicious that he would be back so soon. A part of her hoped it was him. It wouldn't be though. The door barged open. She gasped when she saw who it was. Immediately, she pulled up her leather pants and rushed to grab her leather jacket. Before she could grab it, the individual who bum rushed the room turned her around by her shoulders and glared right into her eyes. "What the fuck is your problem you idiot?" She said enraged when she saw that it was Troy who entered in her room. The twerp spun her and rested his hands on her shoulders. Since she hated being touched by anyone, she shoved his arms away. ![]() Troy, who took a moment to admire Estrella's bare upper body despite how angry she sounded, released her shoulders when she shoved them. He heard the whole conversation between Seifer and herself utilizing the vent system as his spying device. He waited until Seifer was a distance away from the hospital room to make his move. Chuckling at her anger, he started to click his teeth because he was dissatisfied with the hello he received. "Tsk, tsk, tsk is that how you treat an old friend? May I add that you look absolutely stunning. Those bruises healed great." He said sarcastically. Estrella was nerved by his comments. "No thanks to you. You son of a bitch!" She was about to slug him across the face. Her temper got the best of her to the point she forgot about Troy's threat. Troy saw Estrella prepare to punch him. He wanted to gain control of the situation. Quickly, he brought the blackmailing forth. Since she was sensitive, he figured she would calm down the moment he mentioned the psychotic she called a husband. "You touch me. I swear I'll kill your husband. Don't you forget. I take it you haven't told him yet about what really happened. I hope it stays that way." He warned her and noticed how she stopped what she was doing. It worked like a charm. She clenched her fist tightly and stopped herself from hurting Troy. "I hate you. I swear I do. You will pay for everything you did." She said through her teeth. Her green eyes were shimmering with tears of pure hatred for the man before her. Troy decided to get to the point, but first he would embarrass her further. "Before I get to the point, put your jacket on. I can't focus on what I need to say." His remark was both condescending and shameless. Estrella grabbed her leather jacket without a second thought. She didn't want the creep looking at her. Willingly, she put on her jacket to cover herself. Feeling violated for the moment, she stayed silent and hoped he would leave soon. "I'm going to make this short and sweet." Troy stood eye to eye with Estrella. He wanted her to fear him. "The cage match is tonight. You know what that means right?" He waited for her to reply. The tears in her eyes that formed were gone. To piss off Troy, she smirked at his response and decided to do some back talking too. Her remark was just as vicious and condescending as his. "It means Seifer will tear your pathetic ass to shreds with his bare hands." She said with pleasure. "WRONG!" Troy shouted loud enough so that she knew it too. Troy restrained himself from back handing her. He could not leave a mark on her or else it'd be too suspicious. "Do you remember the deal? You keep that freak of your husband away from me until I make it into Limitless." He waited for her to talk again to see what was on her mind. Estrella folded her arms. "So what in the world do you want me to do about it? Every time he sees you he wants to break you. I can't say I blame him either." She acted like she didn't care either. In her mind, she wished Seifer had obliterated Troy. Troy remembered the first night they were at the hospital. His spine was almost broken in half by Seifer's vicious tackle. He was like a wild animal. "I want you to enter in the cage match. " He demanded straightforwardly. Estrella looked at him with distraught. "You want me to fight my own husband? Are you crazy? It will never happen. There is a voting system, and nobody wants to see a man fight a woman. In the history of this cage fight, not once has a woman been voted in. Are you that much of a coward that you can't even tough his beating out? You're pathetic." She almost lost her voice at the man's demand. She didn't even want to think about Seifer's reaction either if he found out his opponent was her because the voting was rigged. It was a dumb idea and one that could possibly have Troy killed regardless if he wasn't in the match. Troy knew how she would react. It had to be done. If he was in the match, he would die. His death was not an option especially when the rebels were very close to infiltrating Limitless. "I will die if you let me go in that ring with your sadistic husband. He almost killed me the first night we were here." He told her because he thought she would come to her senses. His death would mean Seifer's death too as he threatened Estrella during the field exam. Estrella laughed and then gazed at Troy coldly. "I wish he killed you. I wish he broke your scrawny ass in half. You act like I care if he does kill you. In fact, I want it." She threw back in his face. Troy had enough of her back talking. His hand grabbed her neck. He was a seasoned soldier and was well capable of killing even if he wasn't physically strong looking. She choked when Troy grabbed her neck. Her fingernails dug into his hand to ease the stress on her neck. Despite not being able to breathe, her glaring eyes never stopped looking into his. If he killed her, her worries about him killing Seifer would be over. This nightmare she was living in would be over. Unlike Troy, she wasn't afraid to die. The traitor put his face inches from Estrella's even if she looked at him boldly. "You listen to me bitch. You WILL enter that cage match against Seifer. I don't care how you do it even if it means rigging the damn vote. If you don't, I promise that I will order my men to ambush your husband and kill him. Do you understand me?" He wasn't playing around. Her bold expression faded when he said he would hurt Seifer. The man had her ambushed which meant the same could happen to her husband. Once again, her heart spoke louder than her mind. Pushing her pride aside, she nodded once to accept his demand. "Good. I expect this to be done by tonight. You send me a text when it's done." Troy released the grip around her neck and pushed her back into the wall. When Troy let go of her neck, she coughed to get oxygen back into her lungs. Her hand rubbed her neck to ease the pressure. Then she heard a sound at the door. Her gaze fell eagerly on the door in hopes that it was Seifer who returned. Troy turned to see who it was. He didn't think Seifer would be back so soon. It was a dangerous situation if Seifer caught him in the room and alone with Estrella. Captain Blitz opened the door this time. "Did I miss something?" Blitz asked calmly. ![]() WC: 4,240 TWC: 54,082 Edited by Estrella, Apr 23 2015, 06:30 AM.

Three days, three long agonizing days. You know how long Valdus has been trapped in this base trying to get out? He had nearly been seen three times, making escape harder each time. He couldn't just lift off and fly right out in the open. With the kind of firepower they were carrying, and the possible chance that seen would completely botch his attempt to keep this whole thing covert. He walked down the hallway in the most stealthy way he knew how, he had found a box in a closet, and some...questionable poster and hung it in front of his box as a stealthy diversionary tactic. Valdus came upon a guard who expressed confusion at first, then gushed at the photo before Valdus promptly took him out with supreme force after unsheathing the box.![]() Valdus grabbed the soldier and quickly dragged him down the hallway back to the storage closet he had found the box and poster in. He opened the door to the closet moments later, shoving the guard in, creating a pile of about six guards. He had a collection brewing, and it was beginning to smell in there. Not because they were dead, but because due to learning some pressure point techniques at the Crane School he was learning for long awaited Machine Gun Fist technique, he had to work his hardest to try and earn that move. He had mastered the finer points of the technique, but he had yet to master the concussive speed force and rhythm at the same time to produce the desired effect. He knew how to do it in a slow motion, but the sped up effect he couldn't quite get the hang of yet. Valdus closed the door and sealed it shut. He had refrained from knocking out guards the past couple of days, out of fear of alerting them to his whereabouts. But he had spent the last three days studying the guard layout and what paths they took when they went on their patrol. He believed he mastered it quite well, and with the six knocked out here, he could get back to the hospital no problem. He managed to make a blunder the first day he was there, for some reason the floor he went on where he heard the gun shot was heavily guarded and it stopped him from making a successful entrance. He looked around as he poked his head out from behind the building, it was some kind of artillery, it was heavily guarded, but it had a storage closet on the outside, making Valdus think it was the best place to start to keep himself from arousing too much attention. He left the guards at the front alone, they maintained radio silence a lot of the time, possibly paranoid somebody was going to listen in since they were outside. Because of that simple fact, Valdus learned a whole lot of nothing when he entered this base. He tried to listen to them from the shadows, but it was pretty much a bunch of silence. They seemed to talk to one another about casual things for brief periods of time. Like "How's the kids?" and "Got vacation plans?" nothing overly personal, or detailed. Short answers, short questions. It was a strange happenstance. Valdus looked outside from around his corner and saw a bunch of guards approaching. Oh crap...had they spotted him!? He pushed himself back against the wall and held his breath. WC: 578 TWC: 1110 |

Ooc: (Estrella/Seifer are at the hospital currently. They will be at the base in a couple of posts where Valdus is. If you don't feel like reading the rest of the roleplay, you can read the blue only. I have to get them to the base so it might take a couple of long posts.) Eugene was inside the base that was heavily guarded by the best Black Bow Limitless protection money could purchase. There was a reason he required protection. In the past couple of months, he feared for his life due to the incident he had with a luscious vixen and an over zealous man. He feared a scarred mad man would kill him before he got to lose his virginity. It was not the genius' fault that he had a weakness for women. It was love at first sight when he set his eyes on the beautiful Star. ![]() "How would I have known that she was taken? Cant blame a guy for trying. " He muttered while he worked on the woman's long bow. The silver-haired gentleman waited for the cadets to respond. His blue eyes moved from Troy to Estrella. He was thankful he got there in time. Seeing how Estrella looked shaken, he imagined that Troy tried to threaten her. Since it was his mission to keep an eye on Troy and watch over the cadets' actions, he kept the knowledge of Troy's betrayal to himself. He wanted to act as cool as possible so he would not alarm Troy to what he knew. Troy exhaled in relief when he saw that it was Captain Blitz that entered in the room. Estrella leaned off the wall she was pushed into. She desperately wanted to tell Captain Blitz the truth. Before she uttered a single word, Troy interrupted her. "I was checking on how Ms. Divina was doing." Troy acted like his visit was noble. Captain Blitz saw through the lie. "That's very kind of you. I did as well." Blitz commented respectfully. Troy glanced at Estrella. Smiling at her, he then walked towards the exit because he didn't want to be in the room when Seifer returned. "I will see you later at the cage match Estrella. Wish me luck." He said as if he indicated that it would be him to enter into the cage match and not her. Captain Blitz's head turned when Troy passed him. Once Troy left the room, he turned his attention back on Estrella. He smiled to ease her tension. Estrella brushed off her leather jacket to freshen her look. The dread on her face would give what happened away, and she did not want anyone getting involved with her mess. She was relieved when Troy left the room. When Captain Blitz smiled, she calmed her nerves and forced a smile on her face too. "How are you feeling Ms. Divina or may I call you Estrella?" He acted gentleman-like. He was smooth, kind, and soft with his mannerisms. The Captain, who was the leader of their cadet class, wanted to call her by her first name. She remembered how badly she treated him during the classes. Her intention of being mean to the Captain was to show her toughness. Nevertheless, the raven haired beauty respected him. "You may call me Estrella." She replied coolly. Blitz removed a blue rose from his blue embroider trench coat. He placed it in a vase next to the hospital bed. After setting the rose in its place, he walked over to Estrella to cut to the chase. He too did not want to be seen in the room with Estrella when Seifer returned. The gunblade wielder respected him, but that did not mean he would be happy seeing another man alone with his wife. He understood it and wished to respect it. Estrella's perceptive, green eyes studied Blitz. What was he up to? "Why did you come to see me?" She was surprised by his visit. "First, I wanted to see if you were okay. Secondly, wanted to congratulate on you passing the field exam. There was no doubt in my mind that you would." He bowed his head to further prove what he meant was true. His words were kind. She nodded at him when he bowed his head. "Thanks." She whispered weakly. The Captain then chuckled because there were other reasons why he was there. Not only did he have to keep tabs on Troy, but he got a humorous call. He wouldn't lie to the lovely girl especially when it concerned her husband. "I also have to admit that I did get a call from the nurses here. Apparently, a scarred knight has vowed to get his princess breakfast. This very same knight broke someone's nose, who took too long on the line, to prove his everlasting devotion into getting his enchanting princess the breakfast she so deserves." He tried not to laugh because he wanted to see if Estrella knew what he was talking about. She caught on to the story. Her cheeks reddened when she realized that Blitz spoke about Seifer. {Oh my goodness...I told him to get me breakfast not break someone's nose. He must be super mad.} She thought to herself. Apologetically, she responded to Blitz's story. "I'm sorry. I didn't think Seifer would be that violent about getting me breakfast." She said with honesty. Blitz chuckled and shook his head. Estrella still had little idea how far Seifer would go to insure she was safe. He had to admit that it was naive on her part. Her devotion to Seifer was admirable and the Captain knew all too well that love was tricky. If she trusted in who she was and the man alongside her, she would no longer have to suffer how she was currently. He hoped that she could see this to be true. "No, there is no need to apologize. I get it. A woman needs to eat the most important meal of the day, and those egg and bacon bagels are the best in that cafeteria too...and only the best for a fair maiden. I would hurt someone too if I didn't get one." He joked lightly. "I know why he is acting the way he is. He has been under a great amount of stress since the field test. Be patient with the man." Blitz admitted because Seifer was left in the dark about what truly happened. He couldn't blame Estrella for wanting to keep her husband safe. As badly as he wanted to help the damsel, he couldn't. It was up to her to decide what she wished to handle it. "You have nothing more to worry about dear. The cage match is next. It shall be a good showing." Blitz predicted that whatever Troy spoke about with Estrella concerned the cage match. He would not let on to what he knew about it though. He had a feeling that tonight would rock the Limitless' principles to it's very core. He suspected that, for the first time, a woman would be placed in the clutches of the cage and against her very own lover. He hoped it wasn't. Glancing at Estrella, he didn't think her pride could handle anymore without causing further damage. {I wish that were true.} Estrella thought sadly to herself. To keep Blitz unconcerned with her troubles, she agreed to his remark. "It should be." She responded timidly. Blitz saw her nervous nature. What he suspected was definitely true. "What's wrong Mrs. Almasy? You seem bothered." He called her by her real last name. He wanted to get her attention and perhaps give her a nudge in the right direction. He provided her with her last name so that she saw she had an option of how to handle the mess she was in. It was horrible seeing her struggle with every decision. Her heart was bigger than most imagined. She looked away from Blitz when he called her by her real last name. "I'm still a bit traumatized. I'll get over it." She admitted and hoped that Blitz wouldn't push the issue. The Captain noticed her closed-in response. She was not ready to admit what truly happened to her at the field exam. Not wanting to force the issue, he changed the subject. It was best to leave her alone. "You'll be okay and those men will be brought to justice. I can promise you that. I'm going to get going. I'm heading to the stadium since I have a lot of errands to finish. I'll see you there tonight. I expect to see you dressed lovely. I also want to see a smile too." The older Captain grinned to get her to smile. There was nothing to smile about because she would be put in the cage match. Not to mention, she too had errands to run. Troy forced her to be involved in the match which meant she would have to rig the voting. Since Troy wanted the voting rigged, she knew of one person who could do it. The voting was done electronically, and a nerd is exactly what she needed. Luckily, the nered who could do it owed her a favor. "Thanks for dropping by. I'll see you there." She did not smile, but she did look more at peace to keep Blitz from asking further questions. Captain Blitz removed his hat as a sign of respect and then left the room The white magic specialist waited until Blitz was out of the room. Once he was gone, she walked to the vase where Blitz placed a blue rose. It was a colored rose she'd never seen before. She grasped it in her hand, but did not get cut because the thorns were trimmed. The elegant rose was brought up to her nose. Her gentle green eyes took in its beauty. Admiringly, she sniffed the rose and a smile spread across her lips. She was not a big fan of flowers, but this rose was different than others she had seen. "What should I do blue rose?" She asked somberly and wished it would give her a response. Taking in the rose's beauty, she remembered Seifer would return shortly. She knew how he was. If he saw a rose in her hand, he would likely ask where she got it from. She couldn't say it was from another man. Blitz was a respectful person and knew his boundaries. She wanted to avoid further upsetting Seifer and causing complications for Blitz. With regret, she slipped the blue rose under the pillow. She felt bad when Seifer left mad at her because she spoiled a romantic moment. He wanted her to need him, and she definitely did. Her shooing him away to get breakfast probably sent mixed signals. While she waited for him to return, she remained deep in thought about her options. The nerd, she had to find in Limitless' headquarters, owed her a favor. She did not think that rigging the voting would improve Troy's chances of escaping Seifer's death clutches. Unfortunately, she had no choice. Her eyes settled on the pillow longingly. Was this rose a sign that she should go with down another path? Should she tell Seifer the truth? When she thought about telling Seifer the truth, a dreadful sensation pierced her heart. She could not bare putting him in danger. Seifer walked along the hallway with long strides and a scowl on his face. He was not in the best of moods. He was at least fortunate to have broken someone's nose who took too long. It let out some of his pent up aggression. He was pissed for two reasons. Not only did he have to wait in line for half an hour to get Estrella breakfast, but she picked the worst time to ask him to get her food. He was irritated because her asking him to leave at that precise moment, was as if she didn't want him around. He couldn't bare it. He would never admit it, but it hurt him. Eventually, he reached the room and put his hand on the door knob. He turned it slowly and was shocked when he saw that Estrella didn't bide by his order. He growled lowly when he saw that the door remained unlocked. "She don't want to listen? Fine, I will kick the fuck out of this door." His temper got the best of him. Violently, he kicked the door open because he wanted to scare the hell out of Estrella. He wanted to scare her so that she would listen to him when he asked her to do something. It was for her safety. If he had to give her a rough lesson, he would. Estrella, being deep in thought, didn't notice that Seifer kicked the door violently. Her eyes were tearing again because she was lost about what she needed to do. Kicking the door open, Seifer saw that Estrella did not react frightened. In fact, she didn't even notice what happened. His vicious scowl softened when he saw Estrella saddened. She was still not herself. His brutal heart felt guilt when he took in her upset appearance. Her innocence was shattered, and he would be there to put the pieces back together. Putting aside his anger, he walked over to her with a brown bag in hand. He walked carefully to her as to not startle her. Then, with a low husky voice, he spoke to her. "I got you your breakfast princess." He tried to ease her into her a smile. She wiped her eye to keep the tears from falling when she heard Seifer's low voice. "Thank you.." She took the bag from Seifer and placed it on the nightstand by the hospital bed. Her nostrils took in the fresh scent of the bagel. It smelled delicious, yet her overwhelming emotions kept her from smiling. This was her chance to get Seifer to understand how much she needed him. Seifer looked over her body to make sure she was okay. Seeing that she was physically okay, he then asked the obvious question. "What's wrong?" He asked concerned. "If you don't like that breakfast, I will go back and ring that fucker's neck for selling it to me." He said aggressively. When Seifer asked her what was wrong, she decided to tell him what bothered her so that another man would not get assaulted. "I feel lost Seifer." She said in a heart breaking tone. Seifer slid his hand over his eyes and down his face to indicate how hard it was for him to see her like this. Those freaks who ambushed her were the reason behind it. He didn't bother asking why she was lost because he already knew. Whoever did this to her, he would make them feel misery... His need to smash and trash the entire room wanted to take over with how deranged he felt. Her suffering caused him to suffer too. She covered her face in embarrassment because once again she was crying. She cried more in the last three days than she had in her life. It was bruising to her pride. She wondered if she even had any pride left. Seeing Estrella break down, he knew how damaging it was to a girl like her. She wrapped his arms around her and hugged her. His lips kissed the top of her forehead. After him kissing her forehead, he cupped her chin in his hands. He would get tough with her to get her to react to what he had to say. "Hey, you fucking listen to me. You are Estrella Almasy. Do you know what that means?" He said harshly, but truthfully. He was trying to rile her up. Estrella's teary eyes gazed up into Seifer's. She didn't answer his question. Seifer answered it for her. "It means nobody fucks with you. Those freaks that ambushed you are already dead and tonight I will show the entire world what happens if they mess with my girl. That punk Troy will be used as my first test-crash chicken wuss. I will rip his face off and toss to the dogs." He said with absolute seriousness. She choked in laughter when Seifer pointed out Troy being used as a test dummy, but instead he said chicken wuss. Seifer didn't realize what he said that was funny because what he said was serious. Either way, he grinned when he got Estrella to laugh. He was the only one who could get her to laugh, and he liked it being that way. "You okay now?" He asked again. Estrella nodded and the kissed him on the cheek for helping her. Sadly, she would not get to see Seifer thrash Troy like he promised. When he made her laugh and comforted her, it made up her mind. She could not let Seifer get hurt. Seifer felt like a king when she kissed him on the cheek. He smirked and explained to her what they would do next. "Good, eat your breakfast. We are heading out to the stadium." He pointed out to her. His excitement about the cage match couldn't be hidden. He was ready to let out some aggression while at the same time showing off. He loved battles. She nodded to his plan. "Okay..." She agreed cutely, but then she remembered about her long bow, and the other business she had to attend too. "Oh! Seifer before we go to the stadium, could you drop me off at the headquarters? I need to get my long bow." She was being honest, but she did have to talk to the nerd who would help rig the vote. Her long bow was taken to the headquarters to get repairs. This was her alibi to keep Seifer from asking any further questions. Seifer forgot about her long bow . He understood that it was the only item she had from her family. He mentally cussed himself for forgetting. It was not just because it was important to her, but it was also due to the fact that he wanted to be at the stadium as early as possible. Calmly, he accepted taking her to the headquarters. Once he did, it was back to business. "Sure, but then we are heading to the stadium." He didn't want any further delays. Estrella nodded once again. She then grabbed the bagel from inside the bag and took a big bite out of it. She would need her strength for the day. There was no telling what would come her way especially if the voting went according to plan. The whole stadium of cadets would get a shocker of a lifetime. She wasn't worried about them though. She didn't want to think how Seifer would react. {This is going to be a long day.} She thought to herself. Estrella finished her delightful breakfast and glanced at Seifer who was busy cleaning his gunblade. This was a daily routine that she grew used to seeing. The gunblade was as close to him as she was. This was almost like her long bow except her bow was the only reminder that she once had real parents. Respectfully, she walked to Seifer. "I'm done Seifer. I want to get the hell out of this hospital." She spoke in a soft tone. Seifer appeared intense and methodical when he cleaned his Hyperion which is why she avoided talking loudly. Seifer leaned against the wall of the hospital room. He had a soft towel in his hand. While he waited for Estrella to finish, he carefully cleaned his Hyperion. His gunblade was well taken care of. He would clean it at least once a day. The weapon was essentially his life. Since his child hood, he dreamed of owning a blade because it was one step closer to him fulfilling his dream. The gunblade was his weapon of choice. It took years to master it. There were many men who tried and failed, but he was able to do it. He was able to handle the beast. There were others who preferred a modern weapon. To him, the blade was the most honorable weapon to use. After wiping the handle, his eyes peered up to see Estrella. She finished her breakfast. "Good, lets go." His head nudged over to the door. Then he placed his gunblade on his back and fixed his long coat. He was ready to leave the hospital too. She walked passed Seifer to leave the room. The hallway was empty. Since it was the early morning, most of the nurses were not on shift yet. Seifer walked by her and led her down the hallway where the exit would be. Eagerly, she followed him. The exiting of the hospital would mark her return to living life to the fullest. To keep herself from losing her cool, she decided to have fun with Seifer. "You know you won't be able to use that gunblade of yours in the fight today." She teased him to keep herself calm. What Seifer also did not know was that Troy would not be his opponent. Her thoughts were on the favors she would have to use in order to get Troy what he wanted. Fortunately, she knew one nerd who owed her a big favor. This was the reason she wanted to go to the headquarters. While her weapon was a priority for heading to the headquarters, keeping Seifer safe was more important. Seifer smirked at Estrella's observation. "I don't need my blade. You should know that." He said arrogantly. While his power was enhanced by the gunblade, he was well capable of kicking some ass without it. He was a militant trained at Balamb Garden. Even without his weapon, his fists and boots were just as dangerous. He led Estrella down the hallway. The exit sign was in his sights. She saw the exit when Seifer commented about her observation. "Ya.." She laughed nervously. Recalling how brutal Seifer could be, she was reminded who her opponent would be. Seifer was unaware that tonight it would most likely be her to step toe to toe with him. Not to mention, she would be the first female in history to participate in the cage match. There would no doubt be riots everywhere. This was due to Troy's cowardliness. She just hoped that Troy would get what he deserved. He was worse than a rat. She could no longer stand the memory of Troy betraying her and grabbing her throat in the hospital room. With a burst of energy, she ran passed Seifer and pushed the exit door of the hospital open. It swung open with a violent, yet anticipated force. The light on her skin felt incredible. Her hands rose to the air as if she were a child. "I am free!" She said out loud in a voice of excitement. Seifer watched Estrella in shock when she sprinted by him and pushed the door open hard. Then, when he heard her happiness and saw her delight, a smile spread across his lips. He too was excited that she was free from the hospital. The hospital only brought out the worst in him. Luckily, the cage match and getting Troy alone was the remedy he needed. He smirked at the thought of crushing the little freak's face in. The eagerness of wanting to get Troy alone in the ring forced him to push Estrella along. They still had to go to the headquarters. "Come on dweeb. We got shit to do." He said to Estrella in a joking manner. Lightly, he grabbed her slender arm and pulled her towards his motorcycle. Estrella laughed until Seifer called her a dweeb. "Hey, I am not a dweeb!" Her Spanish accent made her seem annoyed. It seemed like she was annoyed, but she was only playing along with Seifer. Her arms folded in irritation as her spoiled and stubborn attitude revealed itself. Before she could complain further, Seifer grasped her arm and led her to his motorcycle. This meant she was no longer "free" like she yelled into the sky only seconds earlier. Seifer knew exactly how to troll her moment. "Yes, you are a dweeb. Now get your ass on the bike." Seifer ordered her. He enjoyed moments like this. He liked playing around with Estrella because her innocent and playful nature reminded him he was human. It reminded him of his younger days at Balamb Garden. This was no time to go down memory lane though. He had work to do today. To get on the motorcycle, he lifted his leg over the seat and straddled it. His long coat draped behind him. His hand reached for one of the black helmets with a dark visor, and he put it on. Patiently, he waited for Estrella to do the same. ![]() WC: 4,102 TWC: 58,184 Edited by Estrella, Apr 26 2015, 03:51 PM.

The sound of guards as they rushed past, Valdus didn't move as a fleet of them marched by, their eyes focused forward through as they were running a drill. Valdus hugged that wall with all of his might. ![]() He avoided being seen, by some form of slut magic he pulled it off. They marched past and Valdus was left on his own. He quickly circled around the building and shot like a bullet underneath a nearby truck. He quickly rolled onto his back and breathed a sigh of relief. This was really tasking, all the stealth and espionage wasn't all it was cracked up to be like those movies on the television showcased. He thought it was going to be all babes and explosions. So far it's been him hiding out in dark holes and sweating like a pig. It was a complete bust, he hated his first espionage mission. Suddenly the car above him began to rev to life. He quickly hooked his feet on a hanging bar and grabbed hold of a panel below the truck, hooking his fingers around the rounded edges to hang on. The truck began to move and rolled off to some unknown destination. Valdus wasn't sure where he was going, but he was interested to see where it was going to go. For now, he would have to contemplate what was going to do to get that toxin data, Taoranran would be most irritated if he came back empty handed and late. He would solve this problem soon, there had to be a way to get closer to those computers. Then he would get the data and blow this joint, he had no interest in sticking around any longer. Seifer straddled the motorcycle and handed the 2nd helmet to Estrella. He waited for her to hop on. He remembered that she usually rid behind him. This would not be so today. When she approached the motorcycle, he grasped her wrist lightly and led her to where she had to sit. She would sit in front of him. The reason for this was so he could have his arms around her. Since she only got out of the hospital today, he thought her holding onto him would be tiring. Not to mention, he wasn't taking any chances. He wanted to keep her as close to him as possible. Estrella grabbed the black helmet and placed it on her head. Then she naturally took her place behind him. As she was about to sit herself behind him, Seifer grasped her wrist. He led her towards him. With a little force, he had her sit in front of him on the motorcycle. His long arms went around her to grab the handles of the motorcycle. She turned her head side to side to see how sheltered she was. Her eyes trailed the crosses on his sleeves. He was definitely not taking any chances, and she was too occupied with what she had to do to argue. Calmly, she rested her back against his chest and leaned forward so he could see when he started to drive. She didn't have to hold onto anything, therefore, she rested her hands in front of her. The scarred gunblade wielder scooted forward until he was pressed against her. His height allowed him to see over her head while his long arms were protectively around her. His hands gripped the handle bars. Seeing that she was ready, he turned on the motorcycle and turned the handle to have the engine roar. He gazed at Estrella one last time to check if she was okay before he pulled down the dark visor of his helmet. Aggressively, he kicked the kickstand and sped forward. In a matter of minutes, they were free from the Hospital's sights. Once he got on the highway, he weaved in and out of traffic avoiding cars that were going too slow. He wanted to get to the headquarters as quickly as possible. During his weaving, his arms kept Estrella secured. (Highway Appearance) ![]() She too pulled down the black visor of her helmet. She closed her eyes when the motorcycle took off. The sudden speed had her worried mind relax. It was a powerful rush considering how fast Seifer like to go. Even while driving fast, she felt safe with him. He knew exactly what he was doing. Once they were on the highway, her eyes opened. The way he weaved in and out of traffic had adrenaline pump through her veins. It was a good type of adrenaline. It brought a smile of delight on her face when she felt Seifer press himself against her back. She figured he wasn't taking any chances just like her. Hopefully, he'd be able to understand why he was fighting her instead of Troy. Feeling safe and fun at the same time, was a sensation she longed to feel ever since the field test. The field test damaged her more than she let out to anyone. ![]() Estrella, who sat in front of Seifer on the motorcycle, rested her hands on the motorcycle in front of her. She felt comfortable and safe with his arms surrounding her. It was hard to tell her facial expression because of the black visor from her helmet, but she smiled softly to herself because of Seifer's dedication to keep her safe. He scooted forward so that his firm chest rested against her back. He was set on watching her like a hawk ever since the field test. She did not blame him. The hard part would be getting him to leave her alone for a couple of minutes alone with the nerd who owed her a favor. Seifer had his arms around Estrella as he weaved in out of traffic with the motorcycle. His eyes would gaze at her every now and then to take in her subtle beauty. He scooted forward to press himself against her. He wanted to keep her as secure as possible. After what happened at the field test, he promised himself he wouldn't let her out of his sights. He gritted his teeth as his blood burned for vengeance. He wanted to torture the sick fuckers who thought they could even look at her wrong and get away with it. The red cross on his sleeves were the symbol of his knight hood and one he wore with pride. Smirking to himself, he thought about how tonight would mark the first day of him displaying to all what happened when one fucked with what was his. Troy was in for pain. Seifer had seen the prick fight in training. He was weak and had no chance. The little fucker knew it too. Every time he confronted the chicken wuss he would avoid it. Being an expert at close quarters combat and a trained militant of Balamb Garden, he was superior to anyone that came his way. The headquarters was in his sights. It was only a matter of time before he could finally get his hands on the chicken wuss. He gripped the handle bars firmly and sped forward on the straight away to get to the headquarters faster. His revenge would be started with the one man who pissed him off during the field test. He was not a man. He was a cockroach. Glancing at Estrella one last time, he gritted his teeth thinking that she had to put herself on the line for a pathetic freak like Troy. {There it is. Ugh, that nerd better not give me problems. I doubt Seifer will let me out of his sights for too long.} She thought to herself when she saw the headquarters. Seifer sped faster on the straight away. Being used to the speed, she embraced the adrenaline rush that helped ease her nerves for a couple seconds. The day would get increasingly more tense. She dreaded Seifer's reaction at the cage match. If the nerd did help her do what Troy blackmailed her with, then Seifer would be beyond livid. His calm state right now would not last. The beautiful complex that was the Limitless Headquarters came into view. The fierce white magic user looked like a little girl who opened her gifts on Christmas for the the first time. Silently, she admired the structure because she could see the reflection of the whole city behind her. While she had been to the building a couple times before, she was left breathless each time she visited. She momentarily forgot that she was there for an important mission. Seifer stopped the motorcycle. He was not interested in the building. Planting his feet on the ground, he kicked the stand and got off the motorcycle. Then he noticed Estrella's admiration towards the building. Smirking to himself, he ran a hand through his slick back, blonde hair. He then touched her chin to get her attention. "I know I look good." He chuckled because he knew that would get a reaction from her. Estrella was snapped from her trance by Seifer's remark. His comment caused her cheeks to turn a light pink. While he was attractive, she was not admiring his good looks. She punched his shoulder to show that his joke was out of line. It was a light punch that revealed her stubborn attitude. She was not about to admit any soft emotions. In the past two weeks, there had been too much of that. She had a tough reputation to protect. "I was admiring the building you weirdo." She said through her teeth to hide her laughter from his foolish remark. Seifer smirked after she punched him and called him a weirdo. She was back to her old self. "You want me to come with you?" He asked out of curiosity. He didn't think there would be trouble with her getting her long bow from a well protected Limitless building. After vowing that he would never let her out of his sights again, his question made him uncomfortable to ask. He kept a straight face as he said it as to not alarm her of his intentions. She shook her head. This was the opening she needed. She didn't expect that Seifer would ask for her if she wanted him to come. In most instances, she would say yes. Unfortunately, she needed Seifer not to know what she truly came to the building for. Her weapon, conveniently, happened to be at the Limitless Headquarters which made her partial lie believable. "No, you don't have to. I should be out soon. I just need to pick up my long bow." She answered his question straightforwardly. If she hadn't, he would know what was up. Seifer gripped her hips and helped her off the motorcycle. Once she was off, he released her. He understood how important the long bow was to her. He agreed to her comment. "I will wait for you here then. Don't take too long." He mentioned with a calm, yet assertive voice. He had the cage match to prepare for. After commenting, he looked over his motorcycle to keep himself busy while he waited for her. "I won't." She responded with a soft tone. To show her appreciation, she rubbed his arm as a sign that she would do as he asked. Inhaling deeply, she headed for the Limitless building. Estrella scurried down the hallway in a rush to get to the tech area where she would find the guy she needed. After grabbing her fixed and treasured long bow from the armory, she hurried to the tech room. She knew Seifer would not be patient, therefore, she had to make her trip to the tech room quickly. Upon seeing it ahead of her, she opened the door and entered the room loudly. She slammed the door behind her to keep anyone from eavesdropping. Luckily, the man she was looking for was the only person in the room. He was right where she expected him to be. A man wearing glasses studied the number components on the advanced technology. As he was looking over the technology, he jumped when he heard the door slam. He grabbed the closest weapon which happened to be an electro rod which could stun an opponent with one touch. He was about to use it when he saw who it was to greet him. It was an old classmate who he happened to be fond of. To keep himself from losing he, he removed his glasses and rubbed his eyes. It was the first time she came to visit him after they were separated into groups. "T-tell me I am dreaming" His comment showed how perverted he could be. At this moment, he thought he was in a fantasy. The desperate Estrella shook her head at Eugene's annoying hormones. She thought he would have learned his lesson about admiring. She ignored his stupidity and went straight for what she needed. Looking back out the glass of the door, she made sure that no one was in the area spying on them. "Eugene...I need your help." She said in a low tone. Remembering why she came to him directly, it was because he owed her a favor, and he was a talented hacker. "...and you do owe me a favor." She reminded him. Eugene rose to his feet and noticed how serious Estrella was. She looked worried. He was not used to seeing her vulnerable. When she reminded him of the favor he owed her, he chuckled. "If I recall, you owe me a favor. It was your husband that locked me in that locker." He continued to chuckle at the memory of being thrown into a locker by a freaky, scarred man. He didn't remember doing anything wrong. It wasn't illegal to stare or talk to someone. She pinched the bridge of her nose. "It was your fault for trying to hit on me. You're an idiot. I told you to stay away from me that day." She wanted to remind him that he was the reason he was thrown into the locker room. "I kept him from doing worse. You know that." She tried to reason with him. It was true. If Seifer had his way, Eugene would probably be dead. Eugene grinned at her aggressive attitude. He enjoyed it. It's what attracted him to her in the first place. "Alright, what is it that you need?" He asked because she had a point and he was curious as to what she wanted. Estrella took a step closer to Eugene. Her green eyes stared into his to show what she was about to say she meant it. "I need to you to hack into the voting today for the cage match. I need to win. It has to be Seifer vs me tonight." She said without hesitation. Seifer's safety was riding on this, therefore, she had no time to be timid or scared. Eugene covered his mouth and couldn't help laugh harder. "Are you serious? You know I could get in trouble for that right?" He was blown away by what she requested of him. It was odd too because no woman, in the history of Limitless, had been voted into the cage match. His conscience of putting her into the cage match against a scarred mad man was not allowing him to see what good would come out of it. They were married, but this did not mean he would condone it. She continued gazing at him. "It is important." Her expression remained hardened because she was desperate for him to say yes. "You have lost your mind girl. I can't do it Estrella. It's not the hacking that is the problem. Why would I send a woman into that cage match? What is wrong with that Troy fellow? He can't fight him? Are you trying to prove something?" He couldn't understand why she would put herself in that situation. She should be resting especially after what he heard the incident that happened during the field test. Estrella had no time to explain. Being annoyed, she grabbed Eugene's collar and slammed his back into the table. She glared down at him with a menacing expression. "Listen you little shit! I need you to do this." She sounded aggressive. Behind her aggression, she was struggling with her emotions. Eugene rose his hands in the air when he was pressed against the table at Estrella's unexpected outburst. "You're not used to hearing this, but I say no Estrella." He didn't back down from her aggression. Estrella's eyes began to tear. He wasn't agreeing to her terms. She decided to try another way of getting her point across. Seeing that Eugene wasn't budging, she released his shirt and gazed at him with her watery eyes. Eugene saw how hurt Estrella was when he said no. He began to feel bad for saying it. She avoided crying in front of Eugene, but to get her point across she let her true feelings be known. It was hard for her to appear vulnerable to strangers. "I need you to do this for me Eugene. Someone very important to me is in danger." Her voice sounded heart broken and desperate. Eugene saw how shaken she was. This was the first time he saw a good heart reaction from her. In the past, she was moody, cocky, and spoiled. Seeing her shaken, he realized she was desperate. He sighed and decided he would do it. He wanted whatever was bothering her to go away. "Fine, I will do it." He gave into her plea. It wasn't hard to hack into the voting system, but he was still confused about why she wanted to be involved in a cage match. Not to mention, the turmoil it would create if other soldiers found out a girl was voted in. He could imagine the outrage it would start. Estrella's watery eyes softened and she sighed in relief that he accepted to do it. "Thank you" She wasn't used to uttering the words thank you. In this situation, she had no other choice to give her gratitude. It was surreal depending on another person for help. She hated humanity as a whole and made trusting those around her difficult. Eugene nodded at Estrella when she thanked him. Behind the mean girl attitude, she wasn't as bad as she let out to be. It's probably why she wanted to be in the cage match. He figured she wanted to prove that she was tough. She was that type of girl. Nevertheless, he avoided asking questions. Instead, he grinned and decided to ask her for something in return. "I do want something in return though." He continued grinning obnoxiously. Estrella rolled her eyes and sighed in defeat. "What the hell do you need?" She asked with irritation. The tech nerd kept on grinning. "First, I want you to promise me that Seifer won't hurt me again. Secondly...." She waved her hand at the first request. "Done." Then she heard he wanted another one. "Those are two requests asshole." She cussed at him because he was poking her patience. Eugene chuckled and knew she was telling the truth. The second request he didn't think would be too much trouble. She wanted to do it to him most likely. She would get to hurt him, and he would get to live through a fantasy. "I want you to put me in a choke hold for about ten seconds." He always had a nerd fantasy of getting his ass kicked by a woman. What better woman than Estrella. She looked at Eugene in confusion. Was he serious? Looking at his grin, she was afraid to ask. While she did want to choke the bastard out for requesting two favors, she had to ask if he was sane. "You can't be serious..." She questioned his motive. Eugene nodded and lowered his head. "I am very serious. Come on just for ten seconds. I want you to choke me like you hate me." He encouraged her to do it. She tried not to laugh at his stupidity. Shrugging at his strange request, she grabbed his head and put him in a head lock. Her arm went around his neck to squeeze his air hole. "I do hate you so that won't be hard." Her facial expression tightened as she applied more pressure. When she looked at Eugene's face, he looked like he was enjoying it. He was a sick fuck. The ten seconds were longer than they had to be. Eventually, Eugene agreed to her terms after she almost killed him. She was tempted to end his life that precise moment. Unfortunately, she needed his help. Once he had, she took her long bow and headed towards the exit of the science room where Eugene prepared to hack the votes of other Limitless cadets for the cage match. The night of the cage match was certain to be one that no one would forget. Eugene glanced at the woman he admired. "Whatever has you doing this Estrella, I know you can handle it." He said with confidence. In the distance, he saw a blond haired nightmare headed towards the room.... To Be Continued.... WC: 3,228 TWC: 61,420 (I am going to end it here Valdus. The truck pulled into a big building, there were large computers everywhere. Valdus let go of the underneath of the truck and plopped on the floor. He scooted his feet under him and pushed himself out the back of the truck. He rolled up to his feet and quickly shot behind one of the super computers. He examined the labels on the top of the computers, they were done in a numerical value. Taoranran told him about something like this, giving him a sequence of numbers he had to memorize like a mathematician just to make sure he wouldn't forget. He got behind one computer, a large circular computer that was beeping and hollering away with the tinkering of super computerness. He grabbed hold of a panel, examining the numerical sequence and smirked. It was the one alright, he'd remember the sequence of numbers in that pattern anywhere. He pulled the panel off and began to root around through the computer main frame, he had to find a specific drive that contained the information. It was organized in a letter format, everything starting with BBA at the start, Valdus had no clue what that meant nor did he have any interest in the subject. He just wanted to get out of here finally. He found the disk drive, scooping it out of the drive and unplugged it. He quickly put a decoy drive into the mainframe to act as a scapegoat, it would radiate information that would lead them back to a Grocery Store chain out in the North City outskirts. Valdus grinned as he closed the panel and then exited out of the hall of mainframe super computers. He shot passed a guard and then jumped underneath the truck he used to get in here, he would wait for it to leave then he would leave this place finally. WC: 310 TWC: 1429 |
