Lagi was already in pretty rough shape. Or at least that's how he looked. His well-to-due dress apparel and cloak were but tatters now. Such was a result of Gatz's training. Still, Lagi's mind stayed in tact. Though, he already knew some changes had to be made, he wasn't about to drop all of his values for the sake of training. Gatz erratic behavior was going to put everyone on base at risk. Lagi did his best to dodge the beams that were fired in his immediate area, but the rest there wasn't much he could do about. They'd find their marks elsewhere if Lagi wasn't being hit. He couldn't very well just take the blasts either, they'd surely kill him. He could stop one, maybe, but then he'd be dead and the mayhem would probably continue. So once again, Lagi was powerless against Gatz. Perhaps that was the lesson here. No matter how strong he was, there was going to be something stronger that he might not be able to deal with. Thankfully this time it was Gatz, but who knew how long until it was one of these Black Bow bastards? Or someone from Red Ribbon at that rate. The world was in a gentle state, but all the more reason for them to take care of the forces they were already building. Fixing all this destruction would cut into training time, and that meant they'd be weak. "That's enough, General. You've made your point." Lagi said. He hadn't even noticed that he was hovering in the air now, the ground beneath him being destroyed by the terror. He would have liked to enjoy it, but he had to keep this from getting anymore out of hand. That is, he hoped he could stop it. If not, he didn't know what he was going to have to do. "I get it, I'm still weak. No matter how strong this transformation is, there's still dozens, maybe more, that are much stronger than me." Lagi nodded, "I have to accept that. I think it'd be a good idea if our future training sessions took place somewhere nobody but the two of us would get hurt." Lagi insisted. He discarded the tattered remains of a cape that hung on his back by just a thread. "The clothes off my back is a fine price to pay for training, but innocent lives of cadets trying to help stop our enemies? If that's what it costs, then I'll walk away now. If that's hard for you to take, then that's between you and I. It'd just be wasteful to continue tearing our own base apart." Lagi did his best to be the voice of reason for the Android Terror. He wanted to make him see that it was his decision, but he wanted to voice his suggestion. Of course, if Gatz insisted their training sessions continue to take place here, Lagi would find somewhere else to train. It'd be lovely if they could be somewhere entirely without worry of what would happen around them, however it just didn't work like that. They were here on Earth, meaning that Earth was their battlefield. If they were protecting it, they best be wary of that. WC: 536 TWC: 5,953 |

"Well there goes another building. I knew this would happen but..at least it was not my dojo thank heavens for that." She commented in sarcasm. The flames that erupted on the base towards the night sky were ones that one would believe to be from straight out of a nightmare. She did not know what type of destruction the Black Bow delinquents were capable of, but if this was an indication, she understood why Gatz was relentless with his boot camp training methods for the cadets. What they witnessed that night was a glimpse into the future. The cadets that cheered were silent and worried that The General would lose control and slip into a state of destruction. She eased their tensions by stepping in front of them. They were safe despite how gruesome the surrounding parts of the base were. There were three warehouses on fire, a helicopter in pieces, and other equipment destroyed. She had her intense stare gaze at Lagi who continued to defend himself even after Gatz shot forth beams from his eyes. The pride in her new student showed itself because even though her husband was rough the boy continued to hold his values. He would not be made into someone he was not. She observed the scene in silence while the cadets shivered at the sight before them. The amount of destruction the General caused in a matter of seconds had not shocked her. She had seen it before, but was odd was how accurate he was with his shots. He was somehow able to not hit her dojo in the process. "I get it, I'm still weak. No matter how strong this transformation is, there's still dozens, maybe more, that are much stronger than me." Lagi voiced his concern about the surrounding area. He mentioned how the delinquent transformation was not enough. She saw the error in his words. The fact that he was able to learn as quickly as he did was an accomplishment in itself. When he said he was weak, she interjected before he could continue to damage his confidence. "Are you kidding? You are not weak. I doubt Gatz or myself would waste time if we thought you were. You were able to turn into a delinquent in a matter of minutes and use ki on top of that." She said out loud before Gatz decided to add his opinion because his opinions were usually brutal. She did not want their student's hopes to be crushed. Then her student's true concern showed itself. He was worried about the base. She too had a bit of anxiousness when Gatz decided to do his teachings outside the dojo where everyone could see. Why did Gatz choose the base as a battle ground? What did he want to accomplish? She did not voice her opinion on the matter, but instead tried to keep Lagi calm. He did not have to feel guilty. The cadets were unharmed and neither of them would purposely hurt them for no apparent reason. "There is nothing to worry about. Gatz can be careless at times, but I trust in his judgement." She defended and reassured Lagi that there was indeed a method to his madness. However, internally, she was intrigued to know why her husband chose the base as a place to fight Lagi. The terror stopped shooting eye beams when the kid stopped fighting back. He was starting to talk shit about how he was weak. The apex predator didn't give a fuck what he thought. Floating in the air, the killer android scanned the area to see if there were any casualties. ![]() Why the fuck was the twig freak stopping? There was no one hurt or injured just building getting destroyed. Checking on his girl, she was safe too. He knew damn well not to be careless around his prized possession firing random blasts that could hurt her. ![]() He didn't give a fuck about the stupid puss cadets like his girl did, but he didn't kill any of them either knowing he couldn't be wasting potential bullet sponges either. They were getting a full taste of what was to come to them if they weren't ready having known what they signed up for. Feeling their fears that were making him feel empowered and his blood gushing, his hollow glare set on Lagi. He descended to the ground and landed with his arms at his sides. "You freaks don't get it do you? The world will be a fucking hell you can't wake up from if you aren't ready. This is the exact place training should take place. Do you think those Black Bow Bastards or Red Ribbon freaks are going to give a rats ass whether there are people walking around on the streets? Fuck no. They are going to attack, brutalize, choke, snap, rip holes through, tear faces off, destroy, wreck, and annihilate anything that gets in their way in the most populated areas too. I'm preparing your asses for war where body bags will pile by the millions if you freaks aren't ready. You'll see bodies decaying on the streets. The stench will fill your nostrils making you wish you trained harder. They don't give a damn where they are or who you are. You want to be a fucking hero then earn it. Earn it by keeping this trash or whatever belongs to you safe. You want something, you take it, you own it, you protect it. " Stalking left to right while he was talking, he was pumping the cadets up with his speech getting their weak hearts pounding for blood. They were weak, but they could feel the terror's powerful rage through his words. "Defend it, right here, right now! " Roaring his words, he expected Lagi to come at him again not giving a deuce if he thought he was weak. WC: 455 TWC: 6,683 Edited by Gatz, May 18 2015, 11:21 AM.

Mrs. Chi-chi's words did little to sway Lagi's stance on the situation, but he at least felt a little better. Though, just because the general hadn't hurt anyone other than the boy who ran, doesn't mean he wouldn't. Who knew what he'd do if things got any heavier than they already were. What if the rest of them ran for the hills with his next assault? What would he do then? Melt the rest of their faces off? Lagi wasn't willing to find out. Not that he could exactly stop the Android Terror, but he was sure with his new found transformation he could cause enough of a distraction to keep him occupied while they escaped. He gave a nod, signifying his understanding that there was no danger to the others, just to himself and the buildings around. Still, Lagi didn't feel great about destroying their own territory, he figured if Gatz was willing to have it rebuilt, then why the hell bother trying to argue. Unsurprisingly, Gatz didn't bite at Lagi's attempt to tale the madness elsewhere. He reasoned that, when the war began they wouldn't have choices in the battleground. Which was a fair point, but he wasn't certain that treating the base like a battlefield was the best idea. Like he had mentioned, if the Black Bows saw Final Heaven torn to pieces, what would stop them from marching in here and striking while the iron was still hot? For that matter, what kept them from striking now? Were they afraid the Red Ribbons would do the same to their base as soon as they left? It didn't matter, what did matter was Gatz's speech. He told Lagi about the horrible stuff that was going to be happening when they started fighting the Black Bows. The realization of just how much these machines were capable of was a little much for him at the moment. Gatz's projection for casualties was a lot higher than Lagi expected, and it was a lot higher than he was willing to hear. Millions dead? At the hands of these machinated monsters? His heart sank and his stomach burned. His face twitched, especially his still open eye. "Millions? Dead?" He repeated under his breath. He didn't realize just how bad this was until then. Though, he supposed he was stupid to have such a low expectation for a war that would allegedly reshape the world as he knew it. "Alright, I get it Gatz. I need to stop looking deeper into this stuff and just take your training at face value. I've been thinking too much and feeling too little." He admitted. He was planning on changing that. The generals mention of Lagi wanting to be a hero was a bit of a shock. It sounded so childish in the context, almost like he was being mocked. He dared Lagi to protect the base if he wanted to stop it from being torn to pieces. No, he commanded Lagi defend it! With Gatz's words still echoing in the air, Lagi's head snapped towards the man. "Fine then! If you're going to be treating this like a war I suppose I should start too!" Lagi howled, drawing his sword. His ki coursed through his veins. From his hands, he was unknowingly channeling energy into the blade, which was causing flames to spring to life and dance around the blade in a veritable twister. Lagi drew it and held it in front of him, seething in anger. The golden aura around him crackled as he growled, gaining more and more power. His muscles bulged and his right eye opened again and, at the same time, his hair spiked more tightly together. The flame around his blade grew immensely in size. For a moment it looked like it was going to engulf his hands. However, the glowing orange blade's power was finally revealed, and Lagi intended to make full use of it. Lagi exploded forward, slashing at a distance in an 'X' formation. The sword slicing through the air unleashed a blast of flames in the form of an 'X', mimicking Lagi's slicing pattern. He didn't stop there, he couldn't stop there. Something in his chest was pushing him to continue. He followed forward, lagging behind the flame blast by a good three seconds. He sped forwards, his eye's narrowing on the Android Terror. Lagi drew his sword back like a baseball bat as he grew near and, just as he was within range, swung for the fences, aim his blade to land horizontally across the man's chest. Lagi was done with the games, and he wanted to show Gatz that. If this was what he wanted, then this is what he'd get. The other cadets might not like seeing this side of Lagi, but he didn't give a damn. If he was going to have to go through this, then in time they likely would too. That is, if they were worth a damn. If not, then they'd just be meat shields. Evolve or die, it's plane and simple. Lagi had been able to finally tap into his power, and the way he understood these other cadets had a fairly decent knowledge of ki. So what was holding them back? They lacked the willpower. They didn't want this enough. That, or they were too scared to seize the opportunity they had. Too scared to give their training with Gatz their all. Just like Lagi was. He could understand their plight, but he in no way had the tools to help them overcome it. It was up to them. Gatz had brought it out of him, now they had to bring it out of each other. "Gatz.." She mouthed to Gatz when he landed on the floor. Lagi's words must have hit a nerve with Gatz because her husband was enraged with a passion that hit her to the core. He was an intense man. The cadets that surrounded the base were both intimidated and intrigued by her husband's brutal words. His harsh truth was one she had seen firsthand for herself. It was in Central City that she recalled how the Black Bow Army went through everyone and everything. It was nothing like she witnessed before. In the past, she was normally protected from the brutality of evil monsters, but this time she was in the cross hairs. There was no escape for her. They wanted her and for reasons unknown to her either. Her hand clenched the pendant around her neck as Gatz shouted at the cadets as to why training was necessary. It was the pendent that he fought life and limb to retrieve for her at the Black Bow headquarters. It belonged to her mother. Once more, they had her deceased mother's items for reasons that she could not understand and did not bother to ask. They were troublemakers. It was plain and simple to her. Lagi remained firm with his stance. He was concerned for the base as for the cadets. The cadets were safe and as for the base, this was not the first time that its walls were tested. The physical presence of the base could be rebuilt. It was the spirits inside that could not. She understood why Gatz was aliment to enforce his will on those who dared question his methods. She decided to help Lagi out with his training. Rather than continue to observe, she glanced at the cadets. They were busied watching the fight. She pursed her lips together and whistled at them. She then guided them away from the battlefield itself to a safe distance which was close to her dojo. While her dojo stood, she knew her husband would not be reckless enough to destroy it or else he'd get an earful from her. "Move it!" She shouted at them. There were some cadets that were relieved to leave the scene while there were others who wanted to see the wonder that was Lagi firsthand. They were able to see the fight from the dojo, but it was at a safer distance where they could not be harmed due to where the dojo stood. Once she guided the group to a safe distance, she turned her attention to the fight which begun when Lagi realized that her husband was partially correct. His body was as vibrant as the sun. "Oh my...impressive. He looks like the sun." She thought to herself. The ground shook from his new found confidence. In the dark skies, he looked like a star about to cause trouble. He used his delinquent form to attack with a sword in hand. Patiently, she watched to see what her husband would do because, despite how confident she was in his abilities, she did not want either of them to get hurt. WC: 561 TWC: 6,256 |

![]() "Did I fucking stutter? Millions dead." Repeating his words because the twig freak had trouble comprehending, he saw his girl start to move the cadets to safety. It wasn't his style, but knowing how his wife was, she wanted to give Lagi a chance of showing his stuff without worrying about shit that didn't matter. Smirking at her, his glare then returned to Lagi who was powering himself up for another charge. The terror's vicious, cruel words of wisdom got the fuck to react. It was about fucking time too. Needing to relieve his violent tendencies, he waited for the glowing monkey to attack and to stop talking. It was damn war! Keeping his hollow glare on the freak, he saw the monkey pull out a sword like it was going to do something. The terror folded his arms across his bare chest waiting for the twig freak to attack whose muscles buldged in size and his hair got spikier. The killer android's infrared sensors were noticing the increase in power. Feeling it, the terror unfolded his arms and let them fall at his sides. His chiseled triceps were twitching with anticipation. His muscles flexed with raw power preparing for what was to come. Lagi attacked straight on with a speed. It was making wuss cadets to fall down like dominoes even at a safe distance. It took a blink of an eye for the twig to get to in the terror's face who was already readying a return package. To the trash around him, Lagi was moving in fast, but to the mighty General the freak was attacking in slow motion giving the modern terminator a chance to strike back. The speed wasn't anything special to the terror. They were both beasts in combat with him being the ultimate one and the freak trying to prove he was one. Smirking at Lagi's x formation swing with his sword and with a split second to spare before getting his chest sliced, the terror reached for his backside smirking dementedly at the pain that was coming. The apex predator thrived on pain. It was pleasurable to him. Seeing Lagi come in, the General went for it. He pumped and cocked his shotgun with one arm . He aimed at the incoming face he saw with at twisted thrill in his burning, red eyes. The terror didn't hesitate to pull the trigger. The shotgun roared and fired at the same time that Lagi's first swing connected with the terror's bare chest not giving the twig freak a chance to get a second swing in. ![]() The blade slashed along his bare chest causing the terror's blood to squirt out like it was coming out of a water fountain. It dripped across the ground in droplets. He leaped away from the glowing freak taking in the damage. There was a gash across his chest. It was bleeding along his abs so the terror did one better. He smeared the blood all over his chest and abs making him look more barbaric in appearance. He took one look at his girl wanting her to watch as he crushed the freak. He was all about showing off. Touching the blood with his hand, he then licked the rest of the blood off his hand so he could grip his shotgun better. He was sneering in humor because the freak wasn't giving in like most bitch wusses would have. It was the damn training and he was behind it like the fucking boss he was. Smirking cockily, he set his glare on Lagi. Giving no fucks whether or not Lagi was suffering from the shot gun blow, the terror charged forward with his shotgun in hand. He mocked the monkey while he was at it just to keep the monkey's rage going. He went for a straight barrel whip that if it ended up hitting would get the freak spitting out teeth. Time seemed to stand still as he followed through with the strike. Gatz raised a gun from seemingly nowhere and pointed it right at Lagi's face. As he closed in, the spray of bullets slammed into his face. If not for the speed he was coming in at, the blast probably would have just been a minor annoyance. However, the speed of the projectile smashing head on with Lagi's speed caused the pellets to tear into his flesh. Thankfully none of them hit his eyes, or if they did his grimace had protected him from being blinded. Lagi turned back to see Gatz's bare chest with a long cut across it, blood seeping from it. Lagi bared his teeth as he whirled around to face the Android Terror again. He was interested in seeing his reaction to the attack, but he was not looking forward to more retaliation from the General. The brute smeared the blood from his wound all over his chest and midsection. He made a show of it by licking the blood from his hand. Lagi was a bit disgusted, but not really intimidated. Lunatics did that kind of stuff all the time to try and scare him away. Justice doesn't waiver just because some psycho likes the taste of his own blood, or someone else's for that matter. Lagi's left arm shot up as Gatz lunged forward and tried to smack him in the face with the long barrel of the shotgun. He winced in pain as the Android Terror's weapon smashed into his forearm. He was holding the arm out, in an attempt to parry so that he'd have Gatz open for a followup strike, however the force of The Terror was too much for him. His left arm came racing towards him, being forced against his head. With a growl, Lagi pushed away. He wasn't so sure he'd be able to force the gun away from him, so he pushed himself away instead. Rushing back into the fray, Lagi snarled as he slashed at the Android's gun arm. He followed by bringing his free left hand up and forming yet another ki blast. Bright orange ki sparked to life in his palm and, as he thrust it forward, a beam of the same color burst from his hand. This was still new to him, every time he created a blast he felt so much more alive. He was amazed by his own power, but humbled by the General's presence. The fact he was going toe to toe with the android was enough to make him feel good about himself. Of course Gatz wasn't fighting at full power, he didn't want to obliterate Lagi, but the fact that the General would take this time, and exert this much effort into training him was enough to make him feel good about himself. He wasn't a hero just yet, but Gatz was going to mold him into one, whether he knew it or not. Lagi had learned a lot already, and he was sure that in no time he'd be someone that the Android Terror could count on. They didn't seem to have need for his skills as a detective, but his power was certainly an asset. At least that's how it seemed. It seemed to be pertinent that Lagi's power be utilized by Final Heaven. They must have more meat shields than they do real fighters, people of a serious caliber that will be essential in annihilating the Black Bows and the Red Ribbons once and for all. That was something Lagi looked forward to, but something he wasn't eager to rushing into before he was ready. Of all things, this has taught him he isn't ready, but that he will be when the time comes, and the General is going to make sure of that. WC: 637 TWC: 7,538 Edited by Jeice, May 20 2015, 08:13 AM.

Her black eyes glimmered with intensity at the fight that was meant to push Lagi to his limitations. She saw the thrill in her husband's eyes because of his desire for combat. While Lagi's body appeared to scream stop, his spirit raged on with the word never. His delinquent form appeared to challenge his morals, but even with his new form, he was able to control the lingering darkness. She was impressed by his determination and his ability to learn quickly which was why she figured Gatz was eager to continue the training session. The battle between the two raged on and with it her concerned interest. The cadets that stood alongside her and around her were forced to do the same. {Gatz! You are crazy!} The Ox Princess shouted mentally when Lagi attacked Gatz with his sword. If it were any one else in the fight, they would move to spare being sliced, but her husband was unlike normal individuals. Her husband did not try to avoid the incoming attack. He challenged it. A booming shock wave blasted from the two tyrants when their respective weapons collided. Instinctively, her forearm covered her eyes to shield her face from the dust and debris. Her long, loose hair blew to the side harshly from the power that shook from the two tyrants. Her heart pounded with eagerness to know that both of them were alright. She lowered her forearm and noticed the long cut on Gatz's chest. She cringed when she saw the wound and internally wanted to check on him. It was a bloodied gash that was inflicted by Lagi's sword. In return, Lagi suffered injuries too. The two men did not allow their injuries to stop the battle. Her husband's toughness revealed itself. He was unlike any one that their student may have faced in the past. Rather then Gatz dwell on his injury, he smeared the blood across his chest to intimidate his opponent. Then he licked the blood off his hand. Her nose scrunched in disgust at what he did. "Ew..." Her head shook in disbelief at what Gatz was capable of as far as savagery was concerned. Nevertheless, Gatz wasted no time. He yearned for more violence and with violence came more fighting. He sped forward to attack Lagi once again. His impressive speed was hard to follow. In a blink of an eye, her husband closed the distance between Lagi and himself. This time the mighty General tried to utilize his weapon. He tried to smash the barbaric weapon across Lagi's face. In defense, Lagi utilized ki to help defend himself against her husband's assault. Admittedly, she was happy with how he was able to withstand her husband's training and learn ki. It was no shocker that the boy was a natural. It was in his blood. His saiyan blood was what allowed him to be in the delinquent form in the first place. His strength and skill would continue to grow. Suddenly, she felt better about the future. Since she was a fighter too, she understood the importance of this battle. It was incredible how competitive the two men were. A fight like the one between Gatz and Lagi needed to appreciated it. For this reason, she encourage the two warriors. She jeered with enthusiasm. The cadets joined in with her when they saw her outburst. "Go!" She pumped her fist into the sky proudly. ![]() WC: 610 TWC: 6,866 Edited by Bel Zephyra, May 20 2015, 08:51 AM.

"There is no escape from me!" Commenting cockily, the android terror chased his fraying prey after his shotgun strike did damage to the freak's forearm. He leaped after him not giving him the opportunity to gain separation for too long. He kept his shotgun in hand and readied to smash the half monkey again with it, but the wuss was not stupid. He did what prey did best. He started backing away to gain distance and to go on the offensve. The apex predator was not about to let that happen. There was no one that got away from him. Keeping up with the golden freak, the terror got right in the freak's face again and with a clever gun trick the terror flipped the shotgun in his hand. He caught the gun by the barrel rather than the handle which most fucks wouldn't be suicidal enough to do, but the killer android was in complete control. Grabbing his shotgun by the end of the barrel, he then tried smashing the handle of the shotgun into the twig freak's nose. The chicken wuss saw it coming because he defended himself with a sword. The shotgun was knocked out of the terror's hand when he used it to block the sword strike. His legendary weapon falling to the floor didn't phase the killer android from his task. He was ready to break the freak's face with his fists of mass destruction, but was caught with a blast that blew up in the terror's face. The indomitable force was halted for a second by the energy blast. It was shot point blank and gave the General no chance of blocking it. The cloud of smoke cleared revealing the terror's sneer and primal desire for violence. The monkey was tapping into his power and hunger for battle. The terror could feel and read human emotions knowing damn well the fuck liked the power that he had was learning to gain control of. There was no one better at teaching a fuck how to be powerful than the android terror. The terror being the ultimate beast. Feeling the blast burn his skin and hearing his girl in the background feeding into his might, he smirked at the sensation of what he was feeling inside of her tiny frame. His advanced sensory was constantly at work and even more so when she was nearby. It wasn't her estrogen filled voice he heard talking. Fuck no. He tuned that shit out. Being a beast, was being a beast. His testosterone pumped aggressively and her feminine shit would get him feeling soft. It was her looking up at him that was feeding into his psyche and his need to show off his power to her so she knew he was the boss. He was in total control. Wanting to dig into Lagi's fears, he tuned everything out and became the android terror of old. The cold blooded murder who terrorized everyone and everything. He snapped necks for breakfast, choked bitches out for lunch, and stomped trash into the ground for dinner. He painted a scenario to feed the monkey's lust for more power because that is how it needed to fucking be. ![]() "Why you stopping? I ain't down freak. No good piece of trash. Pathetic, didn't do your fucking job of being a hero to stop the villain from terrorizing. Keep attacking or all these worthless fucks are going to be a pile of corpses on your conscience!" He lunged forward at the boy to grab at his sword wielding arm. If he managed to grab, he grunted barbarically to out muscle and overpower the twig freak onto his shoulders. He glared at his girl for a second while doing a signature attack he liked calling the G6. Doing this, he then took the freak for a ride by twisting the freak's body in mid air and then slamming him onto the floor below unforgivably. ![]() WC: 703 TWC: 8,205 Edited by Gatz, May 20 2015, 09:56 AM.

Lagi found it hard not to be impressed with himself. After all, standing toe-to-toe with the Android Terror wasn't an easy feat. This was made quite apparent by the injuries Lagi had sustained thus far. He could only imagine how his parents would feel if they saw him like this. They'd probably pleasantly surprised by his power, but pissed at him for being so reckless and getting hurt. Compared to how they'd feel about all this, Gatz's taunts meant nothing. He knew who he was, and he was damn proud of it. Saiyan monkey or not, he was Sullivan Oshiro's son. He was proud to just be that. "I was actually pausing cause I thought you needed a break." Lagi taunted, giving the Android Terror a sinister looking smirk. He spun his blade in his hand, preparing to continue, "I suppose if you're so ready to go, I can continue." Lagi's taunts were meant to show how much he didn't fear the terror's next assault. He welcomed it in fact. Lagi was malleable, and Gatz was a master craftsman, tempering the young half-blood into the warrior that he needed him to be, and that Lagi wanted to be. They had come so far already, and Lagi wanted nothing more than to continue. He was going to press on if it killed him. He shifted his stance and drew his sword back. He sped toward the General again, preparing another blade strike. He slashed at the man, but his blade arm was caught! He was so impressed that he was stunned for a moment. He certainly didn't expect that, or the next move in Gatz's arsenal. In one swift motion, Gatz had Lagi on his back. Unsure of what was going to happen, the Saiyan boy was hard pressed to respond. He didn't know exactly how to respond. As quickly as he went up, the Android Terror slammed him down, throwing him into the air and pulling him towards the ground in a ruthless manner. Lagi landed into the concrete face first, feeling the full force of the terror smacking him right in the face. Unsurprisingly, he lost consciousness for a moment. The force of that blow would have killed most men, including the spectating Cadets. A low growl formed in Lagi's stomach as he thought of how embarrassing that must have been. Though, he wasn't going to let that rage blind him. His immediate reaction was to get right up and fire another blast towards Gatz. That's just what the Android Terror wanted though. Lagi slammed his fist into the dirt angrily. He pushed himself up into a plank-like position. He brought his legs up under him. He grabbed his sword, which he was laying on top of for a moment, and it sparked to life again with flames. He shot the Terror a glare before jumping into the air. He disappeared in a burst of intense speed, one the Cadets couldn't likely follow, but Gatz would see nonetheless. The next time the Cadets could see Lagi, he was behind the terror. With a growl, Lagi thrust his blade forward towards the center of the General's back. He pressed his free hand into the bottom of his hilt to add more force. He wasn't sure what he expected to happen, if he was going to hit or not. If Gatz were a normal man, this would be a killing blow. However, Lagi knew that the General was far from normal, and far from a man. He was an extraordinary beast. He'd shown that already today, and before in the past. If his reputation alone hadn't convinced him, then the man's behavior today certainly had. He smiled at the thought, remembering a line he once read. 'for he who makes a beast of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man.' Lagi recited in thought. 'Samuel Johnson, you genius.' He laughed under his breathe. Perhaps he too would have to become an animal rather than a warrior. Another thought that made him laugh. He couldn't discard his beliefs for power. He was not that hungry for it. He certainly wasn't that fickle either. He spat at the ground, sure that the android had choice words for him for standing over here laughing to himself. He was prepared to face them, whatever they were. WC: 719 TWC: 8,257 |
