Goku Jr. was being his usual rambunctious self as he ran through the woods. He had just finished his studying and homework so his mother Chi-Chi let him roam and play for a while. The half-saiyan boy chased after a bunny, then a squirrel, and finally a mountain lion. He laughed as he chased the big kitty up a tree, finally deciding to leave it alone as he spotted the nearby stream. Goku jumped down to the stream, diving in so that he could catch some fish! The monkey-tailed kid swam up stream, waiting as one of the large tuna that populated the Paozu area swam obliviously forward. There was an explosion in the water as Goku kicked the fish, flying out of the stream with the fish on his foot. The boy threw the soon-to-be dinner onto the shore and shook himself off like a wet dog, getting water everywhere. "Okay, now I need some sticks for the fire!" Goku said, before hearing a twig snap and spin toward the source of the noise, narrowing his eyes and getting into a fighting stance, "Who's there?" WC: 185 Edited by Chiaotzu, Aug 5 2015, 01:52 AM.

Was there no solace to be had on this small blue planet?! One after the other, fighters had popped up to save the alien girl from a variety of plights. They ranged small, as in finding a contraption that could increase her training, to big in the variety of large dinosaurs acting like rocks she could hang near. Today would be different, right? Gnawing at the knuckle of her index, Renkon had jjust caught a slew of long-eared creatures; she had been told before that they served a decent if not incredible meal once skinned but forgetting the latter advice, the Metamoran had burnt all the rabit fur off a whole half. She had attempted slowly to eat the other end uncooked before gagging. Water was necessary before the next trial. This was where she had left off-- the forest, near a river, incompetantly trying to enjoy a day without excitement. Had it been this way? she raked at her memory. Not too much longer did she travel south before a voice called out. At least I know the Earth-lizards can't speak, was enough reassurance to not guard herself. ``NO ONE, WHO'S THEEEERE?`` an idiotic yell caught in her stifled snickers when she realized the answer had been almost automatic and.. not convincing. Goku's head tilted in confusion at that answer. His tail wagged this way and that as he took a step closer. The boy squinted at the bushes and asked, "If no one is there then who's talking? My name is Goku!" In a desire to sate his curiosity, Goku left the fish behind and leaped toward the source of the mysterious voice. What he found was very shocking to say the least. It was a girl! But not just that! She was an alien girl! With a half burnt rabbit! Goku found that he was just more confused than he had been before. This had not solved anything. "What are you doing with that bunny? Are you doing alien experiments on it?" WC: 121 Edited by Chiaotzu, Aug 5 2015, 01:52 AM.

It was clear by the voice sounding off that her company was young. He instantly threw his rebuttal at her playfulness and before Renkon could snicker, the spiky-haired half saiyajin had uncovered her location. Renkon had two hands buckled along her mouth, one still laden with fried rabbit. Eyes grew wide and perspiration would swell along her hairline. ``Wh-what? No one is here you're just seeing things.`` Just another one of her momentous misfortunes. She should have kept her mouth shut but now the small Goku was throwing out questions-- why did aliens( to her ) need to be so quizzical? ``What?? No! I mean.. I don't think so? Do Earthlings not spit their vittles over a flame..?`` HAD EVERYTHING SHE EVER LEARNED BEEN A LIE?! ``IS THIS NOT EDIBLE? HAVE I JUST SNUBBED THE LIFE OF YOUR BRETHREN, BOY?`` her consternation more than apparent. Showing her teeth in a tragic frown, Renkon shook the dead animal. Without another moment, Renkon slowly closed the distance between them and with a heavy heart thrusted her hand forward. ``Take him, offer him a good burial, oh my moons... I should have asked first.`` WC:191 Edited by Renkon, Aug 4 2015, 08:31 PM.

Goku was very, very, confused. What he saw was not at all what he had been expecting and it only became more bizarre the longer it went on. The child barely comprehended what this lady from another planet was trying to communicate to him, his head tilting sideways slightly like a bewildered dog. He scratched the top of his ebony haired head, staring at the dead rabbit in the woman's hands. It was definitely dead, but why was it half cooked? That was the strangest thing to the half-saiyan boy who couldn't comprehend someone not knowing how to eat a bunny. Taking a step back, Goku hesitantly offered, "You're... you're supposed to skin it first before you cook it. And I think you remove all the yucky insides too. I've only seen my mom do it before." That had been a mildly disturbing experience for him. Goku had not initially understood how much effort went into preparing freshly caught animals for dinner until he witnessed his mother perform the task. The event had proved to be enlightening and troubling at the same time but Goku made the decision not to think about it too much. "That rabbit's no good. Do you want to get another one? I can help you cook it. Or we could eat this fish I caught if you want fish?" He gestured back toward the stream where his fish still lay, waiting to be cooked.
