Tekuma was sitting under the shade of a rocky outcrop in the northern mountains, having currently being on her humanoid form would allow her to blend in slightly with the terrain. I.. feel like something's just out of reach. What is even.. what am I anymore? Before she could continue, one shock would turn her mind back towards thinking about the NRRA. The people that had given her life had in turn infused her with a distaste for those not belonging to the organization.

From Saiyans to Changelings, the bio-android perceived anyone not in the organization she was created a lunch opportunity. Vilcas lately had been tightening her leash, much to the creation's rather frustrated dismay. But she had been made to obey his wishes, and would continue to do so unless he was killed. Spreading out tendrils of ki sense a ways away from her, the creature kept tabs on any kis in the area.. forgetting she could be snuck up on by androids.

Flying in the clouds above, Orengee continued his analysis of the planet Earth and it's inhabitants. Unsure of where the population's loyalties lied, the Tuffle prince had to properly estimate it's collective strength. So far this planet seemed technologically adept in comparison to Tuffle technology. But any gaps the human's had in their resources were filled with a plethora of great fighters with impressive resourcefulness. If they ever took up arms alongside the Saiyans, they would be a tough obstacle for the lone Prince.

The Tuffle stopped immediately in the air as he detected a power level nearby on the surface below. Orengee raised an eyebrow, unfamiliar with this type of energy signature. He could not help but become intrigued at what new discoveries this planet held for him to find. He teleported and vanished from the sky down towards the cold and snowy mountains below.

Using Instant Transmission, he appeared in front of Tekuma in a blink of an eye.

"Interesting," the Tuffle Prince said as he looked over the bio-android. "That is a strange use of energy. What exactly are you doing?"

Tekuma was silent, her ki sense spread out as the prince appeared right in front of her. Jumping slightly in alarm, if she could sense his power she probably would have run by now. He was rather small, but the bio-android knew better than to underestimate smaller opponents. His gaze overlooked the female creature, and in response the red-tipped stinger would swish.

"It depends on what you mean." Replied the bio-android, keeping on guard just in case something bad were to happen. It wasn't exactly something she wanted to happen, considering she was just now getting over the pain Vilcas subjected her to, twice, via shocking with an electrical chip. Hopefully this interaction wouldn't resort to one of the more painful shocks, as she definitely still had a small headache.

Orengee could see Tekuma's resistance to conversation. He knew that if he was going to have a chance to learn and understand her strange ki, the Tuffle would have to emit a better social presence with her. The prince relaxed his defensive posture before speaking with the bio-android.

"I apologize," Orengee said with a bow. "It has been quite a long time since I have been able to show a stranger manners. I am Prince Orengee of Planet Plant; royal heir to the Tuffle Kingdom. Would you care to share who you are and why a unique individual like yourself would be out here in the wilderness all alone?"

Orengee had a certain aura that threw her off; not like a normal cyborg such as some of the creations Vilcas made from the bodies of innocents. Either he was an android or a cyborg, but regardless she remained on guard despite it lessening when he in turn relaxed. Soon after, he asked her a rather curious question after introducing himself. Knowing nothing of Planet Plant, or what the hell a tuffle was, she stepped back and bowed nonetheless.

Her systems indicated he was speaking some sort of truth; that or he was a really, really good liar. Her bow was one of respect after he had done so, and straightening back up her arms hung at her sides. Facing with the bottoms of the wrists up, a Red Ribbon insignia was imbedded onto her flesh. "I might not be royalty, but the name is Tekuma Mayakon of the New Red Ribbon Army. This is NRRA territory, where I am usually confined save for the missions Master sends me on." One of the words, Master, held disdain as if whoever it was got on her nerves..

"What about you, what is royalty doing out here?"

The Tuffle prince raised an eyebrow at Tekuma Mayakon. It was the first time he had heard of this New Red Ribbon Army since his arrival on Earth. The King's Guard, the missing Final Heaven, the defunct Final Destination, the Black Bow Army and now the New Red Ribbon Army? How many factions were on this backwater planet? Most of the world's the Tuffle had visited in his life were unified as one, despite their various histories. But this world seemed divided up between warring parties. And what happened to the old Red Ribbon Army? Questions and thoughts continued to sprint through Orengee's mind as Tekuma continued to explain.

But one of her words struck out to him.

"Master."

He could feel his fists tighten with a twitch of anger. The Tuffles of Planet Plant, now called Planet Vegeta, were a race that mastered technology and intellectual studies. Slavery of any kind was beneath them. Only the ignorant would need to depend on others in such way. But Orengee took a calming breath to slow the pace of his heart. The prince could not allow his anger to cloud his thinking, especially over the words of someone he had just met. He did not know if this aspect was something the entire New Red Ribbon Army was familiar with or a special case that applied to Ms. Tekuma Mayakon.

The Tuffle smiled and buried his suspicious thoughts.

"Why am I here?" Orengee asked rhetorically in reply. "I am here to find the means to defend my home world from it's vile enemies. So far I have met various warriors of... all kinds... on this "Earth". But you, miss, have peaked my interest. I detected the energy you radiate from miles away. It is quite unique if I should say so myself. I am curious to know more about you."

The Tuffle cyborg leaned in closer.

"What's this about "missions" and being confined?" he added.

Tekuma looked at Orengee, her senses picking up on the tightening of his fists and getting her ready just in case she had to fight. However; it seemed like he calmed down and in turn she did as well. He.. smiled at her? ...? Slightly confused, her face had a briefly comical expression before it faded off with a shock of the chip in her brain. Face twisting in pain, her teeth would show for a moment. Shiny white, slightly sharp teeth that lined her open mouth that were quickly hidden once the pain went away.

"G..Ghhhh." She murmured, rubbing her temples with her right hand as her entire body had noticeably gone stiffer than a board during the pain. Listening as he began to speak again, she felt horrible for being so disrespectful for that moment. Apparently she'd caught his attention, to which she turned with her back to him briefly once the Prince had finished speaking. Showing off her tail and wings, her wings were incredibly sharp and rather pointed; razor sharp edges protecting a pale tail with a white underbelly and red stinger. Turning back to look at the tuffle, she noticed him leaning in closer and asking about what she'd said earlier.

"Well.. I was born from genetic splicing to be blunt about it. My creator played God, and made an entirely new life form out of the hairs from two Saiyans," Halting for a minute, her tone had suddenly turned vicious before the deadly race name was dropped. Continuing on, she spoke in a semi-normal tone. "A Changeling's scale, and a Namekian's skin. My creator makes me go collect specimens or obliderate towns on rare occasions, of which the latter is fun but if I am not on a mission I must stay in NRRA territory or he hurts me. I'm basically his slave because he created me; and as much as I want to be respected like a good individual, like who I am, I get the exact opposite."

"People hate me for not being born of this world; and it's not my fault. I gather things for him to experiment, and if I'm lucky he'll let me eat one of the people. He very rarely lets me get something to eat, so I'm left there to starve until he sends me on a mission where I'm allowed to eat. I might be the only bio-android around, but for the love of.. grrrrrrrr. I'm getting sick of being treated like an inferior species! I want to make my own name, I want to be respected instead of squashed under their boot. We are only made through genetic manipulation. We're not natural, and just because we're inferior DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE TO BE TREATED AS SCUM TO WIPE OFF A SHOE!"

Grunting slightly, the pain in her head was getting rather severe, clutching it as she still forced words through gritted teeth. "A..Apologies for my behaviors. Vilcas puts a chip in my brain, and whenever I disobey or speak about him badly it sends shock waves through my skull. He has it hooked up to his wrist as well and thats where the more painful shocks come from. If I don't answer right, he hurts me. If I don't do something right, he hurts me again." Now biting her lip, the shockwaves would thankfully cease and allow the being to stand upright once more.

The Tuffle's eyes narrowed as he listened to Tekuma's story. He could feel her frustration and her pain. This world she was created in was neither kind or caring to her situation. Orengee could feel the strings of his heart become weighed down by the bio-androids words.

But, despite her sorrow-filled story, he was deeply intrigued. During the decade-long war between the Saiyans and the Tuffles over fifty years ago, the warrior prince had studied every facet of Saiyan life that he could get his hands on. Culture, fighting styles and even DNA samples. His research into Saiyan biology was fueled by trying to understand the strength of his enemies and to seek a weakness to crush them. Despite all of his efforts, the war fell into the Saiyans favor with their moon-based transformation into the terrifying Oozaru beasts.

Since his half-century exile from Planet Plant, now known as Planet Vegeta; Orengee had finally learned that the natives of Earth have unknowingly continued his research. These humans of the New Red Ribbon Army had continued development past study and into cloning and weaponize the Saiyan bloodline! The Tuffles, who were as skilled in technology as Saiyans were in combat, elevated the priority of knowledge and education. These genetic secrets that were learned enticed the Tuffle scientist inside of Orengee. How could he pass up learning such important information?

"That is a shame what you have been through, Miss Tekuma," Orengee said as he knelt near the bio-android. Taking her hand into his own, the Tuffle prince looked deeply into her eyes with care. "Could you take me to this "Vilcas" so I may see this monster for myself?"

Tekuma's eye twitched, trying to keep her cool despite the pain coursing through her body in large amounts. His eyes narrowed, and soon after he knelt and took her hand in his. The hand felt oddly warm yet cold for him being so small, and looking down at him the bio-android could only blink a few times in response. The Prince was a gentleman; being one of the few that treated her.. this nicely. It was a very decent change, and in fact it was a very very nice change from the people that mistreated her to someone who seemingly understood her pain.

His eyes were caring, soft blue orbs that were met with her own bright green eyes. Asking her to take him to the monster that was her creator, the being gave a wordless nod. Her own eyes were filled with grief and pain, the constant struggles along with her rather painful hunger. "This way." She replied,d the creation gently moving to hover into the air. She'd wait for the Tuffle prince before blasting off for the lab, hoping that Vilcas was in. But what exactly was the strange gentleman going to do to her creator?

Hopefully he didn't hurt her more for this.

The last Tuffle watched as Tekuma began to float in the air. The bio-android gestured for him to follow her to wherever this scientist was. Orengee nodded and activated his flight propulsion emitters built into his prosthetic legs. Taking flight, Prince Orengee began to follow Tekuma to wherever this scientist was. These last fifty years of exile had seemed like an eternity since the Tuffle had communicated with someone interested in the sciences. Hopefully this "Vilcas" could shed some light on any possible information on the Saiyans. If the prince was set on bringing war against the Saiyan Kingdom, this was another opportunity Orengee could not pass up.
