Tekuma was hanging upside down from a tree branch, in her humanoid form as the sun started to rise over the mountaintops. Today was one of those days where she weirdly wasn't required to do something as of the moment; unfortunately still hurting from Vilcas' attempts to figure out why she could go from her more menacing form to a humanoid form. Subconsciously rubbing her arm, the bio-android sighed with boredom.

Every day was work, work, work. And every day there was something in the back of her mind she just could not reach. It frustrated her that she couldn't figure out why she had something locked away, but every time she reached for it the chip in her head went off automatically with a rather painful shock. Not nearly as bad as the shocks she was given from Vilcas' control panel, but hurting nonetheless, a particular shock from her once again trying to reach those memories came into play.

Grabbing her head and falling out of the tree, the creation groaned from the pain due to the chip, and the aggravation from all of this was rising. Part of her already wanted to rip Vilcas' throat out for installing her with this painful chip, her being resorted to a powerful pet was all the more agitating. Letting out a ki-infused shout of frustration, the female punched one of the mountains with aggression. "Why am I a playtoy! I hate my creator playing god with me! I need to find some way.. Somehow, to climb the ranks and be better respected for who I am, not the fact I'm someone's toy!"

Loud grunts ring out in the silence, making a ruckus in an, otherwise, quiet day in the Northern Mountains. The culprit, the one behind the disturbance, is that of a saiyan. The Earthborn saiyan, Daci, currently in the middle of what looks to be a training routine. Standing outside of a homemade alcove in a thicket of trees, the fight threw punches and kicks at thin air, taking sharp breaths with every strike thrown. The air around him is forcibly pushed as the saiyan threw his strikes, the gust of wind caused by the sheer speed and power behind the punches. His rhythm consistent and practiced, Daci never broke concentration, despite the fact that the mountain ranges behind reverberated loudly, rumbling the ground near its base, where he just so happened to be. He was secluded enough for the any wary travelers to completely miss, but not secluded enough to not notice a sudden shock through the Earth's top plate. Seemingly nearing the end of his shadow striking routine, Daci picked a solo tree out of the thicket he currently occupied, shooting forwards in a flash. His heightened speed, after having achieved an entirely new level of strength, allowed him to disappear in miliseconds. It seemed all the movement he needed to allow anybody to see is a small twitch of his legs, only noticeable if somebody was actually looking for it. The saiyan, his battle instincts in tune, appeared in front of the tree a split second later, already halfway through a punching motion. The strike connected with the thick oak wood, the huge tree giving way immediately to the saiyan's power, the force completely obliterating it. The air current then followed the tree for a bit, the strength of Daci's punch pushing hte air like a shockwave. Taking a deep breath, the saiyan stood straight up, nonchalantly turning around to face the mountain that vibrated a moment ago.

That doesn't happen every day.

Shrugging, Daci lifted up off the ground, climbing higher and higher. He didn't seem to be moving with much alacrity, not really giving off the vibe that he's particularly worried about whatever it was, it just happened to peak his interest a fair bit. As he neared the tip of the mountain, he stopped for a moment, gazing downwards towards the ground. Maybe if he could spot whatever it was, it could decide if it really was worth his time to take a trip down there. He hated having to really go anyway while he was up in the Northern Mountains. The place was dreary as all get out, and it only annoyed the saiyan to leave his little camp unless he had a compelling reason to do so. As he peered down at the ground, he was unable to spot anything that looked like anything resembling a normal human. Daci figured that's who he would come across up here, if anybody. Letting out an exasperated sigh, he rolled his eyes and flew lower. He couldn't quite get a good look, what with the low lighting and the overall feel of the forest. As he decreased in altitude, he found that he had, indeed, glossed over the area a bit too fast. In the distance, he spotted what looks like to be a giant humanoid creature. It wasn't necessarily a giant, but whatever it was, it wasn't the size of a normal human. The saiyan touched down on the ground softly as to not make noise. He was keeping his power level masked as much as possibly, barely giving off a ki sense. Whatever this thing was, he simply wanted to get a closer look, perhaps observe the creature. He silently walked towards it, keeping himself well under the shadow of the trees, nearly hidden completely.

Tekuma huffed, punching the mountain once more as her anger overflowed. Every. single. day. She was being forced to do Vilcas' bidding, reduced to nothing but a fetching pet; she deserved to be treated like an individual. A shockwave traversed her mind; thanks to the chip in her head which caused her pain almost every day, around the clock. Clutching her head for a minute, a power level that was rather high and caused her to worry. If the bio-android had her locked away memories, she would have definitely run by now. However, it made a shiver crawl down the creature's spine, even more so as it seemed weirdly familiar.

She hadn't met Daci or Izuku since the battle and being operated on respectively; albeit she didn't know that. But the closer the ki that had gone from powerful to weak got to her, the more a nagging feeling of something weird; more like the memories starting to resurface despite what Vilcas had done to her. He hovered close by, but at the same time far enough away. Temporarily fading off her frustrated ki sense radar, he would approach her more than she would have liked if she was the owner of her memories. Standing at five feet seven inches, she was tall but not short. The defining trait of a bio-android was the tail and wings behind her, jutting out of her back.

"WHY! WHY AM I JUST A STUPID TOY! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF ALL OF THIS CONVOLUTED, STUPID, ASNINE BULLSHIT!" Tekuma roared, punching the mountain to relieve some of her intense anger. Putting a hand to her temple, where a series of shocks was running through her mind causing her quite intense pain, the memories continued to slowly surface and hung on the edge of her senses, just waiting for the right trigger to burst into her mind once more and leave the bio-android very, very confused when it happened.

As he got closer, the individual screamed out something about being a toy. Clearly frustrated and no way to alleviate that , it lurched forward, striking the mountain again. The force rattled the Earth again, making a fairly large branch come crashing down from the canopy of the forest. The saiyan, without a care in the world, simply did not move. The branch fell right down on him, the height from which it fell giving it enough velocity to break as soon as it hit the saiyan's skull. It shattered, splintering into three pieces, making a loud noise which no doubt gave his position away. Sighing, he stepped out from under the treeline, right into clear view. The creature had its back turned towards him, and the more he looked at it, the more it seemed familiar. The wings and the tail was definitely something he had seen before.

That's the thing I seen right before I fought Izuku. Why does it look different now?

It was definitely the same creature from before, only it seemed bigger. More bulkier, like it put on muscle. Recalling the power he felt from it, Daci began to just walked through the open, intending on walking right up to it. He took into consideration what Izuku had told him that day, about the way of life. Perhaps that thing was just doing what it had to in order to survive, much like he did during his childhood. Who was he to just end its life because it was surviving? He had no intention of ending its life on this day, but every intention of finding out more about it. Figuring it was useless to keep his ki signature hidden away, Daci put an end to his effort in keeping himself hidden away. He was sure that it would spin around on him immediately in a few seconds, so instead of allowing himself to be caught off guard, he decided to announce his presence.

Some reason why you're out here punching shit?

He did not speak with any ill will in his voice as to not put the creature into a state of distress. He was having a pretty peaceful training session until the Earth trembled. He simply wanted to know why.

Tekuma's tail lashed in frustration, the anger just not going away much to her distress. It sent her body tumbling into sort of a weird phase, giving her hyperactive senses which picked up on that small ki once again. Punching and kicking the mountain in a furious state, her slim arms and legs hid the massive power she currently possesed. If one with no ki sense were to look at the creature, the power she held would not be befitting of such a slim woman. Some of the NRRA grunts had been attracted to her form as of late; making her transform back into the taller, bulkier one when that happened to get her point across that the being was not someone to be reckoned with. The ki came closer, still horribly familiar as a voice echoed across the small area.

Some reason why you're out here punching shit?

And with those words, turning to look at the Saiyan sent the bio-android into a memory relapse. The previous memories of all her other encounters came flooding back into her head, crowding her mind with thoughts, emotions, and pain. While this happened, she collapsed to her knees and groaned in pain. The chip's shocking didn't really help either, and just added to the current pain flooding her head. From the absorption of Aaron to the interactions with Rebecca and Jikudo, everything came rushing back at once and forced the being to shove out some of the artificial thoughts to make place for the ones that had been there previously.

Standing back up, albeit a bit dizzy, the creature looked at the Saiyan before her. His voice and presence had been the trigger to her shoddily done brainwashing lock to literally fall apart. "Y..You.." She murmured, blinking her bright green eyes for a few seconds. "I.. This is where I belong now, I think. I was trying to alleviate some of my frustrations given because of my position in life. I've been treated like nothing more than someone's toy because the organization that gave me life thinks they can play God." Being honest but not knowing how to answer, Tekuma would wait for the Saiyan's response with a tight-lipped expression.

It was as if his voice set her off, except it wasn't anger and it wasn't directed towards him. It seemed, at least to the saiyan, that physical pain was the culprit here. It had grabbed at its own head, before hitting the ground after passing out. The saiyan simply stood in place after watching, a little dumbfounded and surprised at what just happened in front of him. He simply asked a question and it floored the creature.

Posted Image

He blinked a few times, before quickening the pace at which he walked, curious to find out what the real problem was. On his way over, the creature stirred and climbed back to its feet, clearly still dazed, based on the fact that it was holding its head and its eyes looked completely glossed over. The look soon faded, however, as it regained its bearings pretty quickly, shooting a response back at him. Now that he actually had a good look at it, he did recognize it for sure. It was the exact same being from Yunzabit Heights, except it was more feminine now. It more closely resembled a shapely human woman, but she seemed to be in pain. However, it seemed that she did recognize him from back then as well. She uttered the word "You" before blinking a few times to try and clear her vision. Using two fingers, he saluted the creature with a half hearted smile.

Me.

Then the juicy parts came to light. She felt the need to go into detail as to why she was out here in the first place, filling him in why she thinks she belongs out here, in these dreary Northern Mountains, all alone. Somebody had been continuously trying to pull the strings on her, controlling her every move and she wasn't having any of it. The more he heard, the more he agreed with her in a way. She wanted to beat to her own drum, no strings. She wants to control her own fate, not having it be dictated for her. That's the exact reason why he, himself, left the King's Guard. He didn't want to continue to live his life being given orders by people he didn't fully trust. There were a lot of dark corners in the KG, most which contained information only known to a select few. The rest were expected to carry out orders without know the reason or purpose behind them. If they were told, they were given a fabricated story that either stretched the truth or was completely different from the truth to begin with. He was not okay with being told he had to carry out orders given to him by a person he did not know or trust, didn't seem right. On his quest for absolute power, his stint in the King's Guard did him hardly any good and he's gotten so much stronger after making the decision to distance himself at first, and then fully leave the organization. The information he found out about the KG after the fact only made matters worse. It was Cyborg Sol, one of the leaders of the organization, that had given the order to one Icarus, to have a sparring match with his friend, Izuku. It was his friend's loss of his sight that truly broke the camel's back, if you will. Daci had made a vow to make Icarus pay dearly for what he has done. Back to the matter at hand, however, was this creature in front of him. The last he seen of it, it was taking a life.

I don't know who or what made you feel like this, but for the moment, it's not a concern of mine. I'm not hear to kill you, like you think. I do, however, want to make a few things perfectly clear. The only reason I attacked you before is because when I stumbled upon you, you had a human boy halfway down your sucker tube there.

He motioned his head towards the stinger on the creature's back.

That's not something you see every day and it's not something I had any real desire to let happen in front of me. My friend, however, made me realize something. You were doing what you had to do in order to survive, just like the rest of us. Now, I agree with what he said. Who are we to interrupt something like that? My issue with it...

Daci took a step forward and disappeared completely, moving so quickly that he left behind a still image of himself with a scowl on his face. The air moved with him and he appeared right in front of her, fist already clinched, his knuckles an inch or so away from the creature's face. The saiyan's punch was thrown so fast and with so much strength, the strike broke the sound barrier, his movement accompanied by a noise similar to the snap of a whip. The gust of air that came after him came with enough power to throw multiple vehicles, kicking up dust around them and the tiny area the two occupied, before the concussive force subsequently cleared the dust away.

You're not natural, you're not something born on this Earth like the rest of us. There isn't a damn thing on this planet that feeds the way you do, or even looks like you. It is because of that reason alone that I would shut that shit down. However...

Lowering his fist and stepping away from the, no doubtedly, surprised bio-android. He stood, half turned away from Tekuma, looking over at her. A smile formed on his face and his facial expression softened.

I'm not a mean person, I just have a very low tolerance for bullshit. So far today, all you've done is punch a few mountains. How about a formal introduction? The name is Daci.

Extending his index finger, he pointed right at Tekuma.

and you are..?

The day she'd been created was a day to remember. Only this time, she remembered things she'd never experienced before; as if someone else had been the donator of her mind and the other's memories were now beginning to surface. It wasn't a monster under the mask of a human, it was a teenage human girl that had been brutally killed to give this creature life. The teen's brain was Tekuma's brain, and now, both of their experiences and memories were one. A brief vision came to her mind of a redheaded human girl, who looked strikingly like her current, masquerading appearance. That.. That's it! That's why I can swap between these forms!

Blinking a couple times, the bio-android noticed the salute given to her by the Saiyan as he responded, seemingly understanding her situation before everything came crashing down. A scowl appeared on his face as he rushed the creation, stopping just barely in front of her which set off every possible alarm bell she had; yet the being was paralyzed with the terror coursing her veins. He partially scolded her for being not natural, not born to this world like the rest of the people she'd met and seen. From androids to saiyans, they'd all been born from the Earth. She, however, had been born from the pieces of others through genetic manipulation.

He lowered his fist away from the totally white-skinned, stiff as a board bio-android as he turned half away before smiling at her. Introducing himself as Daci, he pointed and asked her name. It took the being a few seconds to register this in her terrified state, before slowly calming back down in order to reply. "T..Tekuma. Tekuma Mayakon." She replied, rubbing her head subconsciously as a rather painful shock was sent through her body from the chip once more. Every time, EVERY SINGLE TIME. It was agitating the poor female to some extent, but her demeanor and voice would do nothing to show it.. but the agony lurking in her eyes would.

"I know how you feel about me now, and I can't say I don't care. I do care what others think about me; I wasn't what you think I am in a past life. This old guy kidnapped the girl of which I take the visage of now, and put her brain into mine during my creation. I never wanted to be this way; I was starting to get used to absorbing and using human food rather than people, before a masked android came and destroyed a town I worked hard to save from an alien group. He threatened to evaporate it unless I came back to the Red Ribbon with him. I decided to not for my own gain, but to protect those innocent people. Instead, he evaporated the city for no reason."

Tears began to form in the creature's eyes, dripping slowly onto the ground as they ran off her cheeks. "Their deaths are my fault. All the people I've killed, everything I've done to those who don't deserve it, this is all my fault. Just because I wanted to do something good, I ended up getting a town killed because of their exposure to me. I'm not just a piece of property, I'm a living being! The masked android gave me to someone apparently, and I woke up in this weird tank with a chip installed in my head. Every time I disobey or do something out of line, it shocks me with varying levels of pain."

"Every word I've spoken that is out against my creators, there is a lot of volts coursing through my body right now." Chuckling weakly, the pain was growing behind her eyes yet Tekuma would shove it back down. If anything, enduring this pain would eventually allow her to hopefully build up a resistance to it's shocks so she didn't have to deal with it any longer. Sighing, she raised her right forearm and flipped it, revealing the New Red Ribbon Army insignia, plain as day, on her wrist. "I stay in this dreary place whenever I can, no matter my hunger unless my creator calls me to do something for him. They've reduced me as some sort of fetching animal.."

Daci was starting to regret investigating and began to wish he had stayed put. The creature, currently having the look of a shapely woman, actually had a name. "Tekuma Mayakon" is the name it was given. Prior to that, though, it seemed the creature wasn't all that dangerous. At least, not as much as she was when the two first met. When the saiyan shot forward with his punch, simply letting the creature in on the fact that he could end her existence with one punch, it seemed to genuinely terrify her. The color drained out of her face and she stood completely still, not moving a muscle. It seemed, however, that doing so prompted her to let Daci in on her story, a story including a masked android threatening to blow up a town if she did not comply. It turned how that he blew it up anyway, which didn't really come as a surprise to the saiyan. People aren't trustworthy nowadays, especially in that case.

Best case scenario? You would have been better off putting up a fight, especially if he was going to blow up that city anyway. There is a time and a place to roll over and turn belly up. That was not one of them.

The creature then gave him the story on how she came to be what she is now. It's true, she wasn't something that was born naturally on the planet, but Daci could no longer hold her responsible for what she is, considering it was done to her against her will. In a way, he regretted scaring her the way he did. He didn't regret it completely, but sort of.

You misunderstood my reasons for doing what I did just now. I don't dislike you, I have no reason to. I don't know who you are as a person, so there is no reason to dislike you at this point. Now, upon hearing what happened to you, I feel inclined to go ahead and apologize for scaring the shit out of you a second ago. I just...I don't trust the beings here on Earth a whole lot. I have my few select people, like most, but you'll have to excuse my behavior for that exact reason. I, like yourself, am a constant skeptic about things.

The tone in her voice alerted Daci to something, however. Due to his development of his telekinetic ability, he was able to pick up on things easier than the normal person would. He could tell, simply from the vibe she was giving off, she was in pain. He wasn't quite sure what it was but every time she was stricken, something in her head gave off a pulse on a frequency his mind could pick up on. It seemed she wasn't lying at all, there really was a chip in her head. She began to cry as she explained to him what happened, taking him completely off guard.

It seems I've misjudged you after all. My first instinct would be to find some way to get that chip out, or at least disable it. There is no reason somebody needs to be constantly monitored. Like you, I do not desire to ever act as somebody's puppet. That was the reason I left the King's Guard, I don't like having strings. I'm almost tempted to see if I could tap into that chip with these new powers I've gotten, but I'm not even sure that would work. It would probably be quite dangerous as well, but it was just a passing idea. I'd need loads more training before I'd feel even slightly comfortable trying something like that. Did that guy ever give you a name, by the way?

Tekuma showed him the NRRA symbol embedded on her wrist. His natural reaction, a reaction that the KG instilled in him, was that the NRRA was the enemy, and anything to do with them needed to be destroyed. The issue with that is Daci only looked at the NRRA in the light because of the King's Guard. He never really viewed them as an enemy, not to him anyway. They've done nothing to him to deserve being one of his enemies, just like Tekuma. Although an idea did form in his head. That, and maybe he could get into a good fight today. He's been eager to try his new moves out on an actual target. Considering he just learned that the NRRA would be out looking for Tekuma, it wouldn't shock him at all if something like that actually happened.

Maybe you just need to get stronger, so strong that they can't control you anymore. No matter what, that chip is still just a piece of technology and like all technology, it can be removed. Until then, you need to keep getting stronger. Do everything you can to keep them from controlling your every move, even if you have to deal with or ignore the pain on the way.

The chip was starting to hurt much more now, the relief of what she'd said was off her chest and a brief reminder of the Tuffle Prince floated into her head. "...." He spoke, and she paid attention the best she could. That encounter left her feeling strange, for once someone had treated her... nicely. When she'd looked into his eyes, the care that was there seemed to be true. Did someone really understand her troubles, was he ailed with his race being treated like trash and inferior like she?

"I've tried to get the chip out once before. It sent such a major shock through my body that it near stopped my heart as a result. I'm trying to ignore the pain whenever it comes to light, but it's so severe at times that it will not go away." The chip would continue to radiate the waves Daci's mind could pick up on, but she refused to show it and kept her head held high. Soon he would speak once more after viewing her wrist, the bio-android noting his expression with semi alarm before his reaction faded.

"Do you think you could help me get stronger?" Offering a sheepish smile, she would take a step back if he accepted and sink into a fighting stance. Adjusting her arms, the female would then proceed to put one hand by her chest in a clawed position while another was above her head in the same position. "ready when you are."

Throughout this entire conversation, Daci had slowly begun to mask his power level again, feeling it necessary to teach Tekuma that underestimating somebody could be deadly. She didn't stick around to watch his fight against Izuku, so she has no idea exactly how strong the saiyan is. If she was to learn under him, he needed to stop from the ground up with her. Instilling discipline and respect in her is the first step in creating a strong willed fighter. He had mentioned her getting strong as kind of a passing offer to train her, once she seemed to pick up on as she request him to do just that moments later. Before he had a chance to respond, Tekuma had slid down into her fighting stance, telling Daci that one of two things were running through her mind, possibly both.

She's got nerve, I'll give her that. Since she's already in her fighting stance, she's either prepared to prove herself in a fight, or she assume that I'll just immediately accept her, and we'll start right here, right now. Let's she how she acts.

With that thought in his head, he didn't utter a single word. He turned slightly away from her, before raising his arm up in the air. His open palm then faced towards Tekuma, but Daci hadn't done anything other than that. He was simply standing still, his palm facing the bio-android.

Lesson number one comes first, with it being a lesson of knowledge. One of discipline...

The two stood at a stalemate, with Daci keeping Tekuma on her toes despite not making a move yet. He simply stood there, palm facing her, waiting for a reaction.

Don't ever underestimate somebody, no matter who they are. There are plenty of unimposing people in this universe that don't look even remotely powerful. Don't be fooled, some of those people are the world's most dangerous. At the very same time, don't be afraid. It's just you versus them, it's an ugly fight, and the only way to win a fight is to let it all out, give it all you've got. Even if you lose, you can be proud that you went out on your shield. This lesson? Respect. Always respect each opponent's power, that's the only thing that is going to keep you alert.

The sun was higher in the sky by now, warming up the area with bright sunlight. The saiyan's white and blue martial arts gi moved with the wind, as did his jet black hair.
