There they were. Fast asleep as the morning sun Shone brightly outside. Both safe in bed enjoying the warmth of just being there, together. As one. At peace. The blonde of the two sat up. She looked at her partner beside her. Even after so long of being together she still struggled to remember how it all began. They'd hated one another. Now she couldn't ever imagine anything more than this bliss. She grabbed a band from the bedside table and tied her waist length hair over her shoulder. Her green eyes never looking away from the one still asleep beside her. A small smile played on her lips. Simply happy watching her love sleep. |

Angelica Volkova's dreams were never peaceful. Each dream was a nightmare, having the same antogonist in the story. She never wanted to think of that face, let alone dream about who it belonged to. The messy black hair, the unshaven face, the satanic expression. She moaned in her sleep at the memory of the agony she felt whenever she had been around him. She unconciously grabbed the edge of her pillow and squeased it, her thin knuckles turning whiter than usual. "No..." she mumbled. Her short black hair was in her face and her red lips locked in terror. The red silk bedsheets were pulled up to her bare shoulders as she layed on her side. |

The blonde, Fiona. Looked down at her partner Angelica and sighed. She touched her shoulder lightly. "Angelica. Sweetheart. Wake up. Your killing that poor pillow." Fiona whispered in her lovers ear as she gently shook her. |

"NO!" Angelica suddenly screamed. The hand that was crushing the pillow swung out and backhanded Fiona in the face. She turned over on her back and her eyes snapped open. Her rapid breathing was the only sound in the room. Her eyes turned to Fiona. |

Fiona looked at Angelica in shock for a moment and then felt the blood dripping down her face. She wiped away most of it from her lip with her hand and kept it there to stop her PJ's getting stained. "I 'hud a' 'een 'at oming'" Fiona said said though her words weren't clear. She stood up and grabbed her t-shirt from the day before and wiped up what she could of her lip. "Better go get cleaned up." She mumbled when she could speak with more clarity and headed to the bedroom door. |

Angelica sat up in bed, shocked. It had been so real.... She stood up and walked to her in-room master bathroom and stepped into the shower stall near the bathtub. The cool water ran down her skin, bringing her fully into conciousness. She realized with an unusual pang of guilt what she had done to Fiona. |

Fiona sighed upon leaving the room. She didn't know why she did it. She would have bet money that Angelica wouldn't apologise, yet maybe somewhere there was a small thread of hope. Once out of the room she kept on high alert for anyone else. She couldn't be bothered thinking up a new reason for her bleeding. Once she arrived at the bathroom she locked the door and inspected the damage. Her lip was slightly swollen and cut. Fairly difficult to disguise the swelling, but the cut was easy enough to hide with the right make up. |

Angelica stepped out of the shower and dressed. A small part of her told her to apologized but she inwardly scoffed at that. Apologize? Angelica Volkova apologizes to no one. |

As Fiona cleaned herself up. she began wondering about Angelica. Why couldn't she even apologise for something as forgivable as a accident. She began wondering if something in Angelica's past had made her so cold. But how to find out with two things in her way. Angelica herself and where to get the information. |

Angelica went to the base kitchen where Sam and Lauren was. She sat in his lap at a barstool at the counter while he ate. She watched him adoringly, and almost critically, as if trying to figure out what she could do with his messy hair. Angelica rolled her eyes with disgust and went to the sink to fix herself a glass of filtered water. |

Once Fiona had hidden her wound best she could she decided she should go for breakfast. She walked out of the bathroom and straight to the kitchen. She went to the fridge and looked over the food to decide what to eat. |

Angelica would have loved to look over at her girlfriend, but resisted the urge to. She ignored the girl as if they were enemies like their facade suggested. The other members saw nothing unusual about it. |

Fiona found nothing instresting in the fridge so decided to simply have cereal. she wasn't really in the mind set to concentrate on cooking. Her mind was working overtime about Angelica. She prepared the Cereal and sat down. She winced through reflex when her lip brushed the spoon. Hoping no-one noticed. |

Angelica, always being one to take notice of her surroundings, saw it. She felt that pang of guilt again and found herself being angry at that. Guilt and apologies were not her thing. |

Fiona glanced around reading her teammates faces making sure no-one had seen and would start asking questions. She wondered if it was safer to simply eat in her room. |

Angelica stole and glance and saw Fiona was looking back. She quickly turned away. |

Fiona frowned. 'Perfect' She thought to herself. "What?" Fiona asked Angelica. At least she had a good excuse to avoid any questioning if anyone had noticed. |

"Nothing," Angelica snapped. She walked back to the sink, poured out the water, and left the kitchen. |

Fiona rolled her eyes and started picking at her Cereal. She knew she couldn't eat it with Sam and Lauren there and now she couldn't leave without Angelica there. She hoped they'd leave soon so she could eat in peace. |

Sam pushed away his plate and Lauren jumped off of him. He stood and, hand in hand, they walk out. |
