"Indeed? I was convinced you appear that ravishing at all times."

"All those moments I'm not with you, what is it you think I do?" Fiona joked. Of course she was mot likely with Scarlett or one of the other team members.

"I was under the impression you weren't wasting your time," she teased with a straight face. She got up and kissed her. "Now go. The day passes as we stand in place."

The women spent the day seeing the sights and shopping in Moscow. Relaxing, no responsibilities or worrying, no kids.

The next day, they were having a romantic dinner out in the city.

The women were between main course and dessert. A man walked up to them.
"Do you remember me? We met 2 nights ago." The man spoke with a russian accent but good english.
"Ah yes, Roma wasn't it?" Fiona replied with a smile.

((I forgot to ask, this is the same guy they met at the hotel in England?))

Angelica looked up at him, glaring. "And you require....?"

((Yes. It would be his 'day job' and part of his true identity.))

Roma looked to Angelica and then back at Fiona.
"I wish to know if you would both like a drink. It is to say thank you for the wonderful conversation."
Fiona who was ignoring Angelica's glare smiled at Roma.
"It's very kind of you to offer, but I'm going to polietly decline." She held up her glass that was mostly full. "We're fine for drinks."
"Inform me if you change your mind." Roma replied.
"I'll be sure to do that." Fiona appeased. Roma nodded.
"I look forward to it." He smiled.

"Stop your rambling and leave us to our meal," she said coolly.

She was now on high alert. This was no coincidence. One did not travel a thousand miles in the course of a day for no reason. Moscow wasn't even his home city. And even if it was, his sudden appearance at their second destination would still not be a coincidence.

This wouldn't be the first time she had be followed like this. But this was one the most obvious she had encountered so far.

Roma rolled his eyes with a cheeky grin in Fiona's direction. She held back a smile.
"Enjoy your meal Ladies. Perhaps we shall meet again." He said and walked away. Fiona looked to Angelica.
"He seems friendly." She commented.

She turned to look at her, incredulous. "You are joking."

"What's wrong with finding someone friendly?" Fiona asked. She wasn't aware of the connection between England, here and the man. She just thought he was a man who enjoyed stargazing.

"So you don't recognize our new acquaintance." She waved the waiter over so she could pay the check. He walked away temporarily. She turned to Fiona. "He worked at the inn in your hometown. He was annoyingly persistent in his questioning. The reason is, of course, obvious now."

Fiona rolled her eyes.
"Darling, I think you're paranoid. I doubt it is the same person. Perhaps they look alike." Fiona replied.

"Of course it is him," she snapped. She stood as the waiter returned with her card. "We're retreating to the hotel immediately. I want to observe whether he follows us."

Fiona sighed she didn't want a full blown argument on their honeymoon so she simply agreed and stood up. Of course she didn't mention that having met him at the hotel that it was more than likely to be where he was staying. It wasn't worth inviting trouble.

Angelica led her to the car waiting for them.

Fiona climbed in, in silence. She still felt Angelica was being over cautious and paranoid. She believed that old adage that everyone had a doppleganger in the world and it was more likely this was the case now. She still didn't say anything. speaking meant something could be said to start an argument and that was the last thing she wanted.

You did not get far in Angelica's line of work without being observant and ever vigilant. She never forgot a face or voice. She knew Fiona did not believe her and was unsurprised. She chose to ignore this.

She consulted her phone for a moment as she told the driver to take them back to the hotel.

During the journey Fiona had her own idea to put Angelica's mind at rest. It would require a small amount of research.

Angelica looked out the windows, legs crossed casually. She was seemingly taking in the sights. But she was watching closely for a vehicle in pursuit.

They arrived at the inn.
