Hi, If you are new to forums you may wish to read this before you post your problem. It is not forum etiquette to "hijack" another member's thread. You need to start your own. How is this done? Firstly, decide where your problem is best posted. In other words, if you have a problem with a Vista Operating System post in the Vista forum. If you post in the wrong forum don't worry - we will either leave it or we can move your post to the correct forum. After you have decided where best to put your post, at the bottom of the last post of every thread and the top of the first, there is a "New Topic" button. ![]() Click on this. You will need to give your problem a title. It could be " I keep getting blue screens". Do this in the blank box where it says "Topic Title" (You can leave the other box blank) Write a description of your problem in the big white box. Give as much information as you can. Then click the Post New Topic button just underneath. When a helper replies to you, you should get an email informing you and a link back to the topic. If you need to add to the Thread ( series of posts ) then simply click on the button. ![]() When you have finished click on "ADD REPLY" underneath the post box.
