The problem I mostly have is that I can't read Japanese, and if I'm not mistaken the two games have never been translated, hence the need for a rom...T_T

They're also available in Chinese.

LoCC is cool because it has the alternate story path (if you play virtuously) in which Zhuge Liang conspires with Wu to have Liu Bei and company killed, and Guan Yu joins Wei in order to help avenge Liu Bei, Guan Ping, and Zhang Fei's deaths.
