It's rather light on spoilers and just helps point out where the optional recruitments are and some other handy tips. One thing I will add however Nagamasa, don't be shy to use Rampage in battle; in fact I'd encourage it. It's one of the best ways to develop your officers, even if you don't defeat the opposing officer. Time running out is better then a defeat! And good idea Slick for the topic, you beat me to it.
