I found a pre-owned copy which cost about the same to the renting price. So I might just as well get it. Really? Then yeah may as well purchase it, can't be disappointed at a decent price. GoldenSummit, the gameplay - particulary the strategy element of Kessen II is amazing; probably even better then Kessen III. To me though that's the only part of the game which is superior. Although I guess if you prefer the characters from the Three Kingdoms Era that's another other area where it excel on Kessen III.
