Well, barring whether the information is real or not - her Wiki doesn't say that, the Wiki for DW characters does. Wow, it's so amazing to see such positive responses. And that the women of DW get lots of love (I never in a million years would have thought the Qiao's would be as popular as this!).
Awesome! And OH MY GOD, I know. My first long term DW exposure was DW5 on XBOX which had the Japanese voice track. I was listening and kept going 'Wait, she said Koumei-sama not 'My Husband' that's danna and what the hell she introduced herself as Getsuei not 'the wife of Zhuge Liang!'! Koei! Stop that!'.
Agreed and agreed (on that note, I couldn't believe how downgraded Zhen Luo and Shang Xiang's designs were - I was very sad). One note in DW5 that I missed was that her outfit resembled cloth more than anything; In DW4 they had practical armor and in DW5 they removed the stomach/chest plate and put in cloth. See, I think that's a great idea too. It reminds me of what I've read/seen in Japanese DW fandom (I think that in DW4, they started a trend where everyone called her Mama or something) and that would be a great addition. I've always hoped that they'd have her acting as more of a mother to Xing Cai, Guan Ping and especially Jiang Wei who I'd imagine she feels very very maternal towards (as well as prodigalish). Especially since I doubt they'd add Zhuge Zhan, seeing as how he didn't do much of anything. Oh man, that'd be amazing. Or hell, have them raid Japan and give her guns. <3
YES~, yes they did. And even Zhen Luo got better writing (In her Musou, she at least kept noting that Cao Pi met -her- standards and that he was -her- equal). And that cat fight was amusing in a shallow way, but really didn't do much for me either. So yes - total agreement with you there!
Bwahahah, I know. I think she needs to stop that too. |
