Orochi is just a charge type SW character.His C2 and S string cannot even connect all its hit on a single soilder or officer.His C1 is good vbut after that,the fireball and lighting are pretty much useless seeing the peons ar eknockbacked.His C3 and C4 is good for cword clearing and his special is fine.good officer killing but horrible accuracy.His musou is fine too.
