I'm honestly disappointed with how little of the game I played. I think I just got frustrated with trying to get every hidden officer. (you should NEVER go for 100% completion the first time you play a game... ) That and the fact that I was constantly picking my weakest units so I could keep everyone balanced. This time I'm picking a team and sticking with it. See if my guide helps if you plan again then. As for officers, yeah pick your strong ones on Major/Decisive missions; use weaker ones on the Minor ones though; otherwise you'll waste exp. That's what I do anyway! I actually look forward to my Orochi fix ending; I like the idea of been able to get back into this...again!
