What stage is the best for getting weapons for all three characters? Please don't say Wu Stage 4x, cause I have had so much trouble with that one.

You could also try Wei 6-X (same one to get Zhen Ji) on Hard ... that's where I got my first 4th weapons. I can't remember everyone who drops them (Kotaro for sure) but someone did a video on YouTube using Zuo Ci to farm that level.
