On my file I have only 3 items in total and it's driving me insane trying to find them, with an overall completion of 99%. I've got my own item guide up here as well, which is everything I have found. I even had a few discussions with s20mike who wrote a similar guide on Gfaqs (after my original one too btw...) who had problems finding some items, although I don't think he found anything I had not previously. Part of my current replay is to try finding those three elusive items I'm missing. I'll try note the exact ones when I can get the game on again to try pointing them out. I don't think I've got that Records of the Grand Historian one...hmm not sure. I know I've done a few missions where you have to bolt towards your bases and defend them in order to win. The item name doesn't match my guide, it that is the English version name? It's just one of those near finished completions I'd love to get, damn 99%...
