First Lieutenant Posts: 155 Group: Members Member #9,477 Joined: September 2, 2007	I pick tech slightly over speed because tech's skills can decimate officers in one shot. Also technique skills use little portions of the mosou bar. Speed uses none but is generally weak unless your Zhou Tai or Akechi. I like the speed dash but overall techs are the most powerful.
