Ok...this has been brought up in way too many topics across forums everywhere. People have frequently suggested the idea of a European Koei game and it turns out that Koei has decided to make one. The setting of this hack-n-slasher will take place during the Hundred Years' War and probably appear on the Playstation III rather than Playstation II. Little more is known about it though. If you want to discuss this then please feel free to here. The other thread in the Ideas for Koei Games category should be used to talk about new thoughts for possible European-based Koei games (besides the 100 Years' War which is covered by Bladestorm).
