Umm... Zhou Tai is speed, not Tech.
His R1 is similar to Mitsuhide, although Mitsuhide's 1 is slightly more spammable.

1. I didn't know that i manly use Mitsuhide as a normal fighter

2. I don't know if any else notice but doesn't Zhuo Tai's normal R1 look like what the MMPR Megazord did when it finish a bad guy
