THe only thing that holds him back from Fuma maybe is the Musou Attack. Hanzos is one of the few I dont recommend leveling up to 3, it just doesnt hit what you want after awhile. But he's in my top 5 overall. I've played Hanzo in any version of him in all games over the years, and the SW2 Hanzo is my fave. Though the Samurai Showdown (original) one was good too.
