Sergeant Posts: 28 Group: Members Member #7,603 Joined: May 28, 2007	Hello I couldn't find anything for my problem so... I Have enough War EXP and I think I did the promotion quest from Liu Bei (a quest were I have to defeat Liu Bei) And I returned to him but I didn't get something from him and my rank didn't change at all. He says something to me but I dont have any idea what I have to do.
