It's like all of annoying things combine here! You have to go base to base, all of them, allies, enemy, and yellows (and including Supply Bases). Each base will gives you locations once you go there. There are some annoying stuffs like do KO that divided by X, go X location under Y minutes, keep X officer for Y minutes then defeat him, etc... I will post instruction soon, in the best order. 	My First Signature in KW... This is the best internet speed (to connect a Japanese Server) that I can get... Connect to JP Server = 175 ms - 198 ms at this speed. However, at night in USA, my internet never get this good speed...
