I don't really use Okuni much, so yeah, just noticed she's another non-Bolt user. x.x I have my Guan Ping equip Flame instead of Bolt, that way, his C4 traps the enemies more and deals dealier damage rather than flying everywhere. The elements of in the weapons are like chemicals, you can experiment with them and play around with them, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, and eventually you get a result you'll be pleased with.
