Some need great boosts or reductions, and some are just plain disliked by the development staff. A lot of the stats bother me, particularly in Wei and Wu. A few examples: Current Cao Hong: LDR: 79 WAR: 81 INT: 44 POL: 35 CHR: 54 Projected stats: LDR: 85 WAR: 87 INT: 61 POL: 56 CHR: 72 Current Cao Chun: LDR: 75 WAR: 71 INT: 60 POL: 35 CHR: 72 Projected stats: LDR: 85 WAR: 80 INT: 65 POL: 54 CHR: 75 Current He Qi: LDR: 83 WAR: 78 INT: 72 POL: 64 CHR: 73 Projected stats: LDR: 92 WAR: 83 INT: 77 POL: 84 CHR: 76 Current Zhu Ran: LDR: 79 WAR: 69 INT: 71 POL: 60 CHR: 75 Projected stats: LDR: 88 WAR: 81 INT: 77 POL: 87 CHR: 76 I'll do some more later. And those stats for Sun Jian and Cao Zhang seem reasonable to me.
