Did the witch hunt, spoke to her a couple of times and then she gave it to me, after I defeated her in battle. It was without a doubt more than 3 times. Because I was expecting it to be 3 since I saw this topic beforehand. Did you happen to also get the conversation between Yoshimasa and her? Maybe there isn't a requirement with how many times you have to speak with her?
