Well, I certainly consider him one of the best in the game, and he is indeed my fav character of everyone in SW2. I quite like his Elvis style personality and his movesets. His R1 cover fire tactic is simply deadly, that alone can even take down powerful officers. Add that with excellent C3 & C4 moves he is certainly one of the more useful characters in the game.
