(In addition to eight ability slots, weapons now have three spaces for enchantment boosters.) With Tenbu, all attacks carry elements when your musou gauge is full. This makes it a god mode win button for many characters. Does that include charge attacks that don't activate elements normally like Cao Cao's C6 sword slashes besides the first and last slash.
