For the Sengoku Jidai knowledge try Shogun, SRS or Jodosendo Jikari, I know they know alot about that era. I'd recommend you have Takeda forces as I see they have the things you need. Maybe the Uesugi or the Mouri too. Can you have the Tokugawa arriving as reinforcements for the Oda? that would be awesome. Good, if they could give me 3 major battles prior to Nobunaga's death and the losing generals names and descriptions of who they were that would help so much, since the main character will participate and have to face these generals.
