The problem is we can't see the face yet...

The first female character seems to be a samurai woman, because of the outfit, maybe it's Chiyome, or perhaps she's the wife of a character already playable... She's in red, so maybe, she could be Yukimura's wife? But that's just an assumption... It could be interesting for Yukimura's personnality development in this SW.
Again, it's hard to tell now... I can't wait to know who she is!

The first male, I don't know, he seems to be young, but I don't see who he could be, and if the circle symbol on him could be a clan's mon.

The third? I don't even know if it's a male or a female, the pose isn't really masculine, so...

The fourth, it's clearly an european, I'm not sure who he might be...
