That other eye is the one that was hit by the arrow and that is why there is a white glow there. I think KOEI did this instead of putting a patch there because it would probably burn off when he transformed. I still can't believe they made him blue. Atleast make Zhao Yun green or something and SSX red. This is from the TGS MULTI RAID poster and I take him for 2 eyes EDIT: His nipple will taste like a yam favored ice-cream then.
