They might as well have a fun time playing the game. To the hardcore players, again, its their own decision. I mean there is no law or anything that we NEED to unlock them, its just our love for the game that makes us want to do it. I think that's what Koei intended. IMO though, they should have switched the requirements of Dream 27 and Dream 8. If it were Dream 8 at the end of all the grinding it would have been much more satisfying.
