Similar to Sima Yi, but in black daimyo robes. Voice: Something akin to Lelouch from Code Geass Weapons: Hidden-weapon sleeves From the screenshots they are already making a character based off of Sima Yi and its likely not Hojo. Maybe he could be based off of Cao Pi, Sun Ce, Lu Meng ot Zhang Liao.
